Abstract

L'invention concerne une buse d'alimentation de métal fondu, à l'extrémité de laquelle est formé un corps d'extension (11) ayant une partie inférieure immergée dans un puisard de métal fondu et dirigée vers un seuil latéral (2) de façon à ce que la surface d'une partie stagnante sur le niveau de liquide libre d'un métal fondu puisse être éliminée. Le corps d'extension (11) prend la forme d'une pyramide quadrangulaire retombée latéralement et converge vers un point (P1) à proximité du seuil latéral (2). Dans la mesure où la buse remplace la surface de la partie stagnante sur le niveau de liquide libre du métal fondu avec le corps d'extension (11) prolongeant l'extrémité de la buse pour supprimer la formation de coquille solidifiée inutile, la coquille solidifiée générée à la surface périphérique externe de rouleaux de refroidissement (1) et formant une bande ne contient pas la coquille solidifiée inutile en tant que matière étrangère et on peut éviter la cassure de la bande résultant d'une augmentation de l'espace entre les rouleaux.

Claims (4)

  1. Machine de coulée à cylindres jumelés, comprenant une buse ayant deux extrémités opposées, des cylindres (1) et des déversoirs latéraux (2), sachant que chacune des extrémités de la buse est pourvue d'un prolongement qui possède une extrémité inférieure immergée dans un bain de métal fondu (7) et s'étend vers le déversoir latéral respectif (2),
    caractérisée en ce que le prolongement respectif s'étend de manière conique dans la direction longitudinale de la buse depuis la partie inférieure du prolongement jusqu'au déversoir latéral correspondant (2).
  2. Machine de coulée à cylindres jumelés selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le prolongement respectif (11) se présente sous la forme d'une pyramide quadrangulaire couchée sur le côté et converge en direction d'un point (P1) à proximité dudit déversoir latéral (2).
  3. Machine de coulée à cylindres jumelés selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le prolongement respectif (12) est cunéiforme et converge en direction d'un tronçon de droite horizontale entre des points (P2 et P3) à proximité dudit déversoir latéral (2).
  4. Machine de coulée à cylindres jumelés selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le prolongement respectif (13) se présente sous la forme d'un prisme quadratique conique couché sur le côté et converge en direction d'une face verticale ayant des coins (P2, P3, P4 et P5) à proximité dudit déversoir latéral (2).
