Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a liquid container input device for receiving and emptying a liquid container in order to supply a liquid located in the liquid container to a booth. Furthermore, the invention relates to a cabin with such a liquid container input device.
Liquid container input devices may be used, for example, in cabins that are spa cabins or medical treatment booths. Such cabins have an atomizing device, is sprayed with the supplied liquid in the finest mist droplets, which can be particularly well received by the person in the cabin housing person via the respiratory tract, bronchi and lungs. With very fine atomization, it is even possible that the atomized substances are absorbed by the body in a very effective way via the skin. This is also a particular advantage of cabins over breathing masks, since in cabins the whole body of a person can be exposed to the atmosphere enriched with the liquid mist, whereby a particularly intense absorption of the atomized substances through the skin is possible, while breathing masks the inclusion of the atomized Substances are only via the breath.
It is known to store the liquid to be atomized in liquid containers having a rubber-like closure. In the rubber-like closure usually a withdrawal cannula is pierced in the form of a hollow needle to remove the liquid from the container. The piercing of the puncture cannula is usually done by hand, without any aids. It may happen that the puncture cannula is too far or too far into the liquid container, which, if the liquid container is suspended or placed upside down in the usual way, leads to the fact that the liquid container can either be completely emptied or Again cannula can slide out of the liquid container. Furthermore, the known liquid containers are usually suspended or set up outside the cabin so that the liquid containers are unprotected, represent unwanted projecting parts and, moreover, do not impart an optically optimal impression.

The invention has for its object to provide a liquid container input device of the type mentioned, with the handling of liquid containers, which contain the liquids to be introduced into the cabin, in a particularly fast, safe and easy way is possible. Furthermore, a visually appealing and the liquid container input device best possible integrating cabin to be created.
This object is achieved by a liquid container input device with the features of
The liquid container input device according to the invention has a drawer with a container receiving space into which the liquid container can be inserted, wherein the drawer of a the insertion of the liquid container enabling opening position in an emptying of the liquid container enabling operating position can be brought. Furthermore, a container opening device is provided, which consists of a knife, which is arranged in the range of movement of the liquid container such that when transferring the drawer is opened in its operating position of the liquid container. Below the container receiving space of the drawer located in the operating position, a collecting container for the liquid emerging from the liquid container is arranged.
The liquid container input device according to the invention allows a particularly simple handling and opening of the liquid container in order to supply the liquid to the booth. For this purpose, only the liquid container has to be inserted into the drawer and then the drawer closed, whereby the liquid container is automatically opened, so that the liquid leak or can be removed. The movement of the drawer is thus automatically coupled with the opening process for the liquid container. A manual opening or piercing the liquid container is therefore not required. Furthermore, the opening of the liquid container takes place in a very accurate and secure manner, since the liquid container sit in a well-defined position within the drawer and the positioning and function of the container opening device can be tailored to the defined position of the liquid container.
The design of the container opening device as a knife is particularly advantageous in liquid containers, which consist of a relatively easily cut-through plastic material. The arranged below the container receiving space collecting container makes it easy to supply the liquid in particular by means of an intermediate pump of a spray nozzle or directly to a cabin.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the container receiving space has a front side, which can be closed and opened by means of a movable closure plate, wherein the closure plate is in the open position of the drawer in a closed position and in the operating position of the drawer in an open position. As a result, it is on the one hand possible to insert the liquid container with the drawer open exactly in the closed container receiving space and firmly fix on all sides until the container opening device has completed the opening process, whereas the other hand, in the operating position of the container receiving space is opened towards the front, so that empty liquid container can be ejected to the front.
The movement of the closure plate can be done in a simple manner in that the closure plate has an actuating projection which is pressed when transferring the drawer into its operating position from a fixed stop into a position opening the container receiving space.
A particularly simple arrangement results when the knife is stationary in the range of movement of the container head. In this case, when closing the drawer, the liquid container is guided past the knife, whereby the container head is opened.
According to an advantageous embodiment, a stationary container ventilation device is arranged in the movement region of the liquid container, with which the liquid container cooperates in the transfer of the drawer into its operating position in a manner creating a ventilation opening. Here, too, the movement of the drawer is thus exploited to introduce a ventilation opening in the liquid container, which ensures the complete and rapid emptying of the liquid.
A particularly simple embodiment results when the container ventilation device from one to the top Area of the liquid container is cutting blade.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the container ventilation device is designed as a container retaining device which locks the liquid container stationary when the drawer is returned from its operating position to its open position. In this case, therefore, the empty liquid container remains in its emptying position when the drawer is opened again to insert a new liquid container, so that the empty liquid container can be ejected through the new liquid container. As a result, it is unnecessary to manually remove the empty liquid container from the drawer.
The above object is further achieved by a cabin having a liquid container input device of the aforementioned type, wherein the cabin has an inner and an outer wall and the liquid container input device is at least predominantly disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the cabin.
Such a cabin offers the advantage that the liquid container input device not or only slightly protrudes over the cabin wall, so that on the one hand the liquid container input device and the liquid container used are protected and on the other hand protruding parts are avoided, which could pose a risk of injury and damage. Furthermore, such a design improves the visual appearance of the cabin.
According to an advantageous embodiment, a collection container for empty liquid container is arranged below the liquid container input device, which is located in a space between the inner and outer wall of the cabin. This embodiment offers the further advantage that the empty liquid containers are automatically collected in a non-visible collecting container, so that a manual removal of the empty liquid container from the drawer is not required and on the other hand, the empty collection container are very well cleaned.

From this operating position, a
