- Sliding-folding shutters are known in particular in two- and four-winged version.
- the individual store elements lie in a common plane and close, optionally together with a second sliding folding shutters, the window or door opening, in front of which they are arranged.
- this accordion-like folded and the individual, pivotally interconnected shutter elements are substantially perpendicular to the wall plane, which has the window or door opening aligned.
- the store elements apart from the edge-side first shop element, which is only pivotally mounted, but not slidably mounted, in addition to their respective window or door opening facing edge sides parallel to the wall plane slidably mounted in horizontal guide rails.
- non-generic wing doors drive devices which have a pivotable about a vertical axis by a drive motor pivot lever.
- the object of the invention is to provide an automatically openable and closable sliding folding shutter of the type mentioned, whose drive device is simple and reliable and works in the closed state, a lying in a common plane alignment of the individual store elements can be achieved. According to the invention, this is achieved by a sliding folding shutter with the features of claim 1.
- the pivot axis of the pivot lever is spaced from the vertical axis about which the first loading element is pivotable, and the cooperating engagement parts of the pivot lever and the first loading element are mutually displaceable.
- the vertical axis of the third loading element and the pivot axis of the additional pivot lever are spaced apart from each other and the auxiliary pivot lever and the third loading element have cooperating engagement parts which are mutually displaceable.
- a sliding folding shutter system with a two-leaf and a four-leaf sliding-folding shutter according to an embodiment of the invention is shown in the figures.
- the four-leaf sliding folding shutter comprises the shutter elements 1 to 4.
- the edge-side first shutter element 1 is in the region of its one side edge 5 about a vertical, immovable axis between an open position ( Fig. 1 to 11 ) and a closed position ( FIGS. 12 to 18 ) mounted pivotally.
- swivel fittings 14 which may be formed in a conventional manner.
- the first shop element 1 is connected via the pivot fittings 14 with a vertical frame profile 15 which is attached to the window or door opening 16 having wall 17, which only in the Fig. 2 and 5 is indicated schematically.
- the first shop element 1 could also be mounted in a different way with respect to the window or door opening 16 having wall 17 pivotable, but immovable.
- first shop element 1 is pivotally connected to a second shop element 2 about a vertical axis, in the region of its one side edge 7.
- Pivoting fittings 18 serving for this purpose may be designed in a conventional manner.
- the second shutter element 2 is pivotably mounted about a vertical axis 20 displaceably guided parallel to the wall plane 19 (between an open position and a closed position).
- pivot sliding hardware 21 may be formed in a conventional manner and, for example, in horizontal frame sections 22, 23, the guide rails comprise, be guided horizontally and parallel to the wall plane 19 slidably.
- a third loading element 3 is connected in the region of its one side edge 9 to the second loading element 2, wherein it is pivotable about the vertical, displaceable axis 20 about which the second loading element 2 can pivot between an open position (FIG. Fig. 1 to 6 ) and a closed position ( Fig. 7 to 18 ) is pivotally mounted.
- the second and the third store element 2, 3 are thus also against each other about this vertical axis 20 pivotally.
- the pivot slide fittings 21 serve both for the pivotable connection of the second and third loading element 2, 3 and for the pivotable and displaceable mounting of these two store elements 2, 3 with respect to the wall 17.
- the third loading element is pivotally connected about a vertical axis with the fourth shop element 4, in the region of its one side edge 11.
- Serving for this pivot fittings 24 may be formed in a conventional manner.
- the fourth loading element 4 is pivotably mounted about a vertical axis guided displaceably parallel to the wall plane 19 (between an open position and a closed position).
- Serving for this pivoting sliding hardware 26 may be formed in a conventional manner and are, for example guided in guide rails of horizontal frame profiles 22, 23 parallel to the wall plane 19 slidably.
- the sliding folding shutter can be automatically opened and closed by a drive device.
- This drive device comprises a pivot lever 27, which is pivotable about a vertical, fixed pivot axis 28 between an open position (FIG. Fig. 1 to 11 ) and a closed position ( FIGS. 12 to 18 ) is pivotable, by a drive motor 29 via a not shown in detail in the figures gear 30, which is designed here as an angle gear.
- the pivot bearing for the pivot lever 27 is rigidly connected to the upper horizontal frame profile 22.
- the first loading element 1 is pivoted about the vertical axis 13 from its open position to its closed position and vice versa.
- the pivot lever 27 and the first loading element 1 via engagement members 31, 32 are interconnected.
- the pivot axis 28 of the pivot lever 27 is spaced from the vertical axis 13 of the first loading element 1 (see, eg Fig. 5 ) and the cooperating engagement members 31, 32 are formed in this case against each other displaceable.
- the loading element engaging part 31 is formed by a pin-like extension and the pivot lever engagement part 32 by a guide rail, in which engages the pin-like extension of the loading element 1.
- the guide rail can be formed by a downwardly open U-profile.
- the pin-like extension may also have a roller mounted about a vertical axis. When opening and closing the first loading element 1, the pin of the first loading element 1 shifts in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. It would also be conceivable and possible to provide a guide rail on the first loading element 1 into which a pin-like extension of the pivoting lever 27 engages.
- the first shop element 1 and the second shop element 2 are parallel to each other and parallel to the wall plane 19.
- they are approximately perpendicular to the wall plane.
- their planes enclose an angle of at least 3 ° with each other.
- the minimum angle which the store elements 1, 2 enclose with one another in their open positions is predetermined, for example, by stops 33, 34 which come into abutment when the store elements 1, 2 are opened.
- a stop could be present for the second shutter element 2, which limits the displacement of the side edge of the second shutter element 2 facing away from the first shutter element 1 in the direction of the first shutter element 1.
- This minimal angle between the store elements 1, 2 ensures that the pivoting of the second store element 2 by the first store element 1 when it is closed by the pivot lever 27 is made possible.
- a spring element acting between the first and second loading elements 1, 2 in their open positions could also be provided, which is stretched in the open positions of the loading elements 1, 2 and in the sense of a pivoting apart of the two loading elements 1, 2 acts. In this case, it would also be conceivable and possible for the store elements 1, 2 to rest completely against one another in their open positions, ie lie parallel to one another and at right angles to the wall plane 19.
- the transmission 30 is self-locking.
- the pivot lever 27 could be blocked in its closed position in other ways, if the drive motor 29 is not actuated.
- the drive device further comprises an additional pivot lever 35, which is pivotable about a vertical, fixed pivot axis 36 between an open position (FIG. Fig. 1 to 6 ) and a closed position ( Fig. 7 to 18 ) is pivotable, namely by a further drive motor 37.
- the drive is preferably via a in the figures only schematically illustrated gear 38, which is here in the form of an angular gear.
- the vertical pivot axis 36 of the additional pivot lever 35 is spaced in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame profile 22 from the pivot axis 28 of the pivot lever 27.
- the pivot bearing of the auxiliary pivot lever 35 is rigidly connected to the upper horizontal frame profile 22.
- the additional pivoting lever 35 When pivoting the additional pivot lever 35 between its open and closed positions - when the first and second shutter elements 1, 2 are in their open positions - the third shutter member 3 is pivoted between its open and closed positions.
- the additional pivoting lever 35 and the third loading element 3 have cooperating engagement parts 39, 40. These engaging parts 39, 40 can be disengaged in the closed position of the third loading element 3, as will be explained in more detail below.
- the pivot axis 36 of the auxiliary pivot lever 35 from the axis 20 about which the third shutter member 3 is pivotable, spaced and the engaging members 39, 40 thus move against each other when opening and closing the third shutter member 3, as already in connection with the engagement members 31, 32 of the first loading element 1 and the pivot lever 27 has been described.
- the shutter member engagement member 39 may be in the form of a pin-like projection which fits into the in Form a guide rail formed additional pivot lever engagement member 40 engages.
- This guide rail can be formed by a downwardly open U-profile.
- the peg-shaped extension may also have a rotatably mounted about a vertical axis roller.
- the fourth loading element 4 When the third loading element 3 is pivoted between its open and closed position by the additional pivot lever 35, the fourth loading element 4 also pivots between its open position (FIG. Fig. 1 to 6 ) and its closed position ( Fig. 7 to 18 ) about its vertical axis 25, said vertical axis 25 being displaced parallel to the wall plane 19 from the vertical axis 20 about which the third shutter element 3 is pivotable.
- the third and fourth shutter elements 3, 4 are parallel to each other and parallel to the wall plane 19. In their open positions they are approximately perpendicular to the wall plane 19.
- the pivoting of the fourth shutter member 4 in his To allow closed position by the third shop element 3 in its pivoting from its open position to its closed position by means of the additional pivot lever 35 include the third and fourth shop elements 3, 4 in their open positions a minimum angle of at least 3 ° , This minimum angle is predetermined, for example, by stops 41, 42 which start when opening the shutter elements 3, 4 by the additional pivot lever 35 to each other.
- a spring element tensioned in the open positions of the third and fourth loading elements 3, 4 and acting on them in the sense of swiveling apart could be present.
- the store elements 3, 4 could also be completely in contact with each other in their open position, i. standing at right angles to the wall plane 19.
- the transmission 38 of the additional pivot lever 35 is preferably self-locking.
- the additional pivot lever 35 could also be blocked in its closed position in other ways, if it is not driven by the drive motor 37.
- the shop-element engaging part 39 of the third shop element 3 shifts with respect to the auxiliary swiveling lever engaging part 40, and the two engaging parts 39, 40 are disengaged.
- the shank-shaped engagement member 39 formed by a peg-shaped extension is pushed out of the open end of the guide rail, which forms the additional pivot lever engagement member 40 and pushed into the adjacent open end of a stationary longitudinal guide 43, which also formed in the embodiment shown by a guide rail is formed, for example, in the form of a downwardly open U-profile.
- the longitudinal guide 43 is preferably fastened to the upper horizontal frame profile 22.
- the loading element engagement part 39 is guided parallel to the wall plane 19.
- the third and fourth shutter members 3, 4 are further held in their closed positions, i. a pivoting about their vertical axes 20, 25 is prevented and they are held in a parallel to each other and parallel to the wall plane 19 orientation.
- the opening operation of the sliding-folding shutter proceeds in the reverse order, that is, in the reverse order.
- the first and second loading elements 1, 2 are first pivoted into their open positions by means of the pivoting lever 27, wherein the third and fourth loading elements 3, 4 move parallel to the wall plane and the loading element engagement part 39 initially shifts in the longitudinal guide 43 and in turn, in turn, comes into engagement with the additional pivot lever engaging member 40.
- the third and fourth shop element 3, 4 is pivoted by means of the additional pivot lever 35 in its open positions.
- the sliding-folding system further comprises a two-leaf sliding-folding shutter, which is arranged in its open state on the other side of the window or door opening 16.
- the first and second shutter elements 1, 2 of this two-leaf shutter are formed in a completely analogous manner as the first and second shutter elements 1, 2 of the four-leaf shutter described above.
- the drive device here comprises only the first pivot lever 27, which cooperates with the first loading element 1 and is driven by the drive motor 29 via the gear 30.
- the driven additional pivot lever 35 is omitted here.
- the two sliding folding shutters of the embodiment shown are connected to one another via a circumferential frame formed by the vertical frame profiles 15 and the horizontal frame profiles 22, 23. When closed, they each close a corresponding part of the window or door opening 16.
- the sliding-folding system could also comprise only a single sliding-folding shutter, which is arranged in the open state on one side of the side of the window or door opening.
- two four-leaf sliding folding shutters could also be present.
- Various modifications of the embodiment shown are conceivable and possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
- the second and third loading elements 2, 3 could, for example, in the region of their interconnected side edges 8, 9 are also mounted so as to be pivotable about spaced vertical axes, which are guided displaceably parallel to the wall plane 19.
- the shop-element engagement part 31 and the pivot lever engagement part 32 could also be designed in another way, in particular be designed to be displaceable relative to one another.
- the auxiliary pivoting lever engaging part in the form of a pin which engages in a guide rail forming the shop-element engaging part rigidly attached to the third shop element.
- the longitudinal guide 43 could be formed in this case by a guide rail parallel to the wall plane 19 leading device, for example, by a guide channel between them enclosing guide rollers.

Sliding-folding shutters are known in particular in two- and four-winged version. In the closed state of the sliding folding shutter, the individual store elements lie in a common plane and close, optionally together with a second sliding folding shutters, the window or door opening, in front of which they are arranged. In the open state of the sliding folding shutter this accordion-like folded and the individual, pivotally interconnected shutter elements are substantially perpendicular to the wall plane, which has the window or door opening aligned. Here, the store elements, apart from the edge-side first shop element, which is only pivotally mounted, but not slidably mounted, in addition to their respective window or door opening facing edge sides parallel to the wall plane slidably mounted in horizontal guide rails.
Usually, such sliding folding shutters are manually operated. For a two-leaf sliding-folding shutter of this kind, a drive device for automatically opening and closing the sliding-folding shutter has already become known. Here - acts a linear actuator with the swivel and slidable in the horizontal guide rails led side edge of the second loading element to open and close by sliding this side edge of the second loading element along the guide rails, the sliding folding shutter. A disadvantage of this conventional drive device is that it is relatively complicated. Furthermore, a fully aligned in a common plane alignment of the shutter elements in the closed state of the sliding-folding shutter in practice due to the limited tightening force of the drive motor can not be achieved. In a four-leaf sliding folding shutter, there would be an even greater severity of this problem.
In non-generic wing doors drive devices are known, which have a pivotable about a vertical axis by a drive motor pivot lever.

The object of the invention is to provide an automatically openable and closable sliding folding shutter of the type mentioned, whose drive device is simple and reliable and works in the closed state, a lying in a common plane alignment of the individual store elements can be achieved. According to the invention, this is achieved by a sliding folding shutter with the features of
By operating the first loading element by means of a pivotable about a vertical pivot axis pivot lever and the third loading element by means of a pivotable about a vertical pivot axis additional pivot lever can be provided a very simple and reliable working drive means of a sliding folding shutter of the type mentioned. In the closed state of the sliding folding shutter, in this case the planes of the individual shutter elements can be set parallel by the drive device, so that they come to rest parallel to the wall plane.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the pivot axis of the pivot lever is spaced from the vertical axis about which the first loading element is pivotable, and the cooperating engagement parts of the pivot lever and the first loading element are mutually displaceable. Such a design can be equipped with a drive device according to the invention in a simple manner, a conventionally trained manually operated sliding folding shutter without making any changes to the Fittings of the shop elements are required and wherein the conventional guide rails can be used for the shop elements.
Advantageously, the vertical axis of the third loading element and the pivot axis of the additional pivot lever are spaced apart from each other and the auxiliary pivot lever and the third loading element have cooperating engagement parts which are mutually displaceable. When closing the shutter starting from its open state, the auxiliary pivot lever is first pivoted from its opening into its closed position, whereby the third shutter element and with it the fourth shutter element are pivoted into their closed positions. As a result, when the pivoting lever cooperating with the first loading element is pivoted about its vertical pivoting axis from its opening to its closed position, whereby the first loading element and the second loading element are pivoted to their closed positions, the loading element engaging part of the third loading element passes in this case out of engagement of Zusatzschwenkhebel engagement part and is guided in the sequence in a stationary longitudinal guide parallel to the wall plane, so that this Zusatzschwenkhebel engagement part can move together with the third and fourth shop element parallel to the wall plane.

During the pivoting of the
In their closed positions, the

This minimal angle between the

The
Preferably, the

In their closed positions, the third and

In the embodiment shown, the sliding-folding system further comprises a two-leaf sliding-folding shutter, which is arranged in its open state on the other side of the window or
The two sliding folding shutters of the embodiment shown are connected to one another via a circumferential frame formed by the vertical frame profiles 15 and the horizontal frame profiles 22, 23. When closed, they each close a corresponding part of the window or
The sliding-folding system could also comprise only a single sliding-folding shutter, which is arranged in the open state on one side of the side of the window or door opening. For example, two four-leaf sliding folding shutters could also be present. Various modifications of the embodiment shown are conceivable and possible without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, it would be conceivable and possible in principle to provide for the
The second and
The shop-
