Fig. 2 shows a cross section through a flat key 1 according to the invention and a schematic detail cross-section through a cylinder 10 of a cylinder lock according to the invention. The surrounding housing is not shown for ease of illustration. The incision cuts 6 arranged on the key narrow sides 3 have arcuate control surfaces 11. Die seitlichen Fortsätze 8, die im Zylinderkern in entsprechenden Nuten angeordnet sind verhindern, dass sich die Zylinderkernstifte 7 in den entsprechenden Kernbohrungen verdrehen können. Bei dem gezeigten Beispiel werden drei verschiedene Zylinderkernstifte 7 hergestellt. Sie weisen entweder einen mittig entlang der Längsmittelebene angeordneten Steg 12, einen in einem ersten Normalabstand zur Längsmittelebene seitlich versetzten Steg oder einen randseitig angeordneten Abtastfortsatz 9 auf. Die Stifte mit seitlich versetztem Steg 12 oder mit randseitigem Abtastfortsatz 9 können in zwei verschiedenen Ausrichtungen in die Zylinderkernbohrungen eingebracht werden, wodurch sich fünf verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Abtastung seitlich versetzter Einschnittfräsungen ergeben. Claims (11)

  1. A cylinder lock with a cylinder core and a housing, in which spring-loaded tumbler pins comprising housing pins and cylinder core pins are provided for querying milled cuts on the narrow side of a flat key, wherein the cylinder core pins (7) are formed at the end protruding into the key channel as scanning protrusions (9), which are narrower than the diameter of the cylinder core pin (7) and are aligned in longitudinal direction of the key channel, wherein at least two cylinder core pins (7) comprise scanning protrusions (9) different from each other and arranged either centrally along the longitudinal centre plane of the key channel or offset in parallel thereto on the left or the right, characterised in that the scanning protrusions (9) are arranged at different standard distances to the longitudinal centre plane and comprise different widths.
  2. The cylinder lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the scanning protrusions (9) of the at least two cylinder core pins (7) are configured as webs which can be arranged at different standard distances in parallel to the longitudinal centre plane or centrally along the longitudinal centre plane.
  3. The cylinder lock according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the cylinder core pins (7) comprise lateral protrusions (8) which are arranged in corresponding grooves in the cylinder core, thereby prevent twisting of the cylinder core pins.
  4. A flat key for a cylinder lock according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the flat key is preferably configured as a reversible key with two key flat sides (4) and two key narrow sides (3), and wherein the flat key comprises milled cuts (6) of varying depth on at least one key narrow side, preferably on two key narrow sides and, as required, further control surfaces, notches or control tracks on the key flat sides, wherein the milled cuts (6) are narrower than the key narrow side (3), and at least two milled cuts (6) different from each other are arranged either centrally along the longitudinal centre plane of the key (1) or offset in parallel to the left or the right thereto, characterised in that the at least two milled cuts (6) are arranged at different standard distances to a longitudinal centre plane of the key and comprise different widths.
  5. The flat key according to claim 4, characterised in that at least one milled cut (6) is covered by two ribs of remaining key material.
  6. The flat key according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that at least one milled cut (6) is arranged at a rim of the key narrow side.
  7. The flat key according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterised in that at least 3, preferably 5 milled cuts (6) possibly intersecting each other are provided, which differ from each other as regards their standard distance to the longitudinal centre plane.
  8. The flat key according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the milled cuts (6) comprise a control surface (11) in form of a circular arc section.
  9. The flat key according to claim 8, characterised in that the circular arc sections of the milled cuts (6) all comprise the same radius.
  10. The flat key according to one of claims 4 to 9, characterised in that longitudinal profile grooves (5) are provided along the key flat sides (4).
  11. The flat key according to claim 10, characterised in that at least two of the longitudinal profile grooves (5) on opposite key flat sides are arranged so as to overlap each other.
