Selon l'art antérieur, il est bien connu d'utiliser des appareils électroportatifs du type ponceuses, meuleuses et similaires pour surfacer des parois, cloisons, permettant leur fonctionnement. En pratique, les différentes ponceuses et similaires de ce type sur le marché restent peu faciles à manipuler sur des périodes de temps importantes, car le poids du bloc moteur reste conséquent. Aussi, la manipulation de la ponceuse dans tous les sens et orientations est à la longue fastidieuse et pénible. En outre, l'évacuation des poussières, détritus, requiert d'incorporer à la ponceuse et similaires des moyens complémentaires d'aspiration qui viennent se brancher sur la ponceuse avec des flexibles ou similaires associés à une source d'aspiration ou sont incorporés dans la machine. C'est le cas par exemple des ponceuses girafes ou des ponceuses rotatives orbitales. Les manipulations restent cependant peu pratiques. Claims (3)
- Transportable equipment for grinding, sanding, surfacing and similar operations, grinding machine and similar, of the type comprising an active part accommodating a tool arranged with a body receiving a power transmission device, the device receiving at one end the tool part (5) for sanding, grinding, surfacing and having a turbine arranged for ventilation and passage of air from the exterior and being connected by a hose to a vacuum source and creating a vacuum,
characterized in that the body (1) being internally hollow and accommodating a gear transmission device with two pinions (2a - 2b) having different gear teeth for ensuring an appropriate gearing down, the two pinions are mounted on two perpendicular shafts (2c - 2d) mounted on appropriate bearing means (3 - 4),
and in that one of the shafts (2c) receives, with fastening, the sanding or grinding tool or similar, and the other shaft (2d) is mounted in the hollow body and arranged to receive a turbine mounted and joined by any connecting means, while being in a plane perpendicular to the working plane of the tool (5). - Equipment according to Claim 1, characterized in that the turbine (6) has radial openings (6a) for the passage and entry of air and ducts (6b) with fins (6c) which constitute the means for rotating the turbine which operates by suction, and in that a hose (F) is mounted on a cover (8) having a shouldered receiving end piece (8a).
- Equipment according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the vacuum block (B) is incorporated in a travelling service unit.
