- the inlet orifices 73a and outlet of the duct 73 are advantageously oriented perpendicular to the main plane of the heat shield 7 so as to simplify the molding of the latter.
- the heat shield 7 is made of thermosetting plastic material filled with fibers and the conduit 73 is obtained by the gas injection technique.
- This technique known per se, and described for example in the patent application WO 03/011557, consists of drawing the duct and the mold so that the outer wall of the duct solidifies more rapidly than the volume at the heart of the duct and injecting gas through one end of the duct, prior to solidification of the plastic material in the core of the duct, so as to evacuate the molten material through the other end of the duct, thus releasing a passage in the center of the duct.
