Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Herstellung eines Schuhartikels,
    wobei die Vorrichtung eine Form (1) mit einer Formplatte (2) aufweist, wobei die Form (1) mit einem mit einer Steuereinheit (12) ausgerüsteten Pumpsystem (10, 11) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Formplatte (1) wenigstens eine Rille (6) aufweist, die innerhalb der Platte (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Rille (6) eine Form besitzt, die wenigstens zu einem Teil des Umfangs der Platte im Wesentlichen parallel ist, und dass
    - die Rille (6) wenigstens Saugöffnungen (5) aufweist, die in regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Intervallen angeordnet sind, wobei die Rille (6) dazu vorgesehen ist, den entsprechenden Rand einer über der Formplatte (2) angeordneten Brandsohle (8) aufzunehmen, indem dieser Rand durch Unterdruck umgebogen und angedrückt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille (6) auf dem gesamten Umfang der Platte (2) angeordnet ist und somit im Wesentlichen den gesamten Umfang der Formplatte (2) reproduziert.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl von Saugöffnungen (5) in den gekrümmten Abschnitten der Rille (6) größer ist als in den im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Abschnitten der Rille (6).
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugöffnungen (5) im Boden der Rille (6) angeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille (6) einen nicht ausgesparten Teil (7) der Platte, der zwischen der Rille (6) und dem entsprechenden Umfang der Platte angeordnet ist, definiert, wobei der nicht ausgesparte Teil (7) eine Breite von mehr als 0,5 mm hat.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem eine Montagemaschine (14) umfasst, wobei die Maschine umfasst:
    - eine Öffnung (15), um die Einführung der Form in die Maschine zu ermöglichen,
    - einen Träger (16, 17), um die Form (1) durch ihren Formkörper (3) zu unterstützen, wobei der Träger (16, 17) ein abnehmbares Verschlusselement (17) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, den vorderen Teil der Form (1) zu unterstützen und die Öffnung (15) wenigstens teilweise zu verschließen,
    - einen Deckel (18), der zwischen einer ersten so genannten Ruhestellung, in der der Deckel abgenommen ist, um die Einführung der Form (1) zu ermöglichen, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der der Deckel (18) auf den Träger umgeklappt ist, beweglich ist, wobei der Deckel (18) eine Membran (19) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Form (1) in Kontakt zu gelangen, um auf den somit zusammengefügten Schuhartikel einen gleichmäßigen Druck P auszudrücken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form (1) zwischen einer ersten Stellung für die Montage des Schuhartikels und einer zweiten Stellung für die Befestigung, in der der zusammengefügte Schuhartikel auf dem Träger der Montagemaschine (14) angeordnet wird, beweglich ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (14) eine Quelle zum Einleiten von Luft in den Deckel (18) und zum Drücken der Membran (19) wenigstens gegen die Formplatte (2), derart, dass auf den zusammengefügten Schuhartikel ein Druck ausgeübt wird, umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (16, 17) ein bewegliches vorderes Element (16) umfasst, um sich an die Größe der Form (1) anzupassen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch die Membran (19) ausgeübte Druck im Bereich von 0,5 bis 8 Bar liegt.
