The roller shutter is unwound from the shaft and runs on roller shutter inlet elements, each having a funnel-shaped tapered groove in the guide rails on the frame profile.
- roller shutter box due to structural conditions has a greater width than the frame and / or as the roller shutter. Such situations can occur, for example, in the case of renovation, when the roller shutter box has to cover the entire lintel width and thus projects laterally beyond a window opening.
- the roller shutter armor must then be positioned at a distance from the headpiece within the roller shutter box, which is basically possible, but causes problems when entering the roller shutter.
- a roller shutter box system which has a sliding inlet member for a roller shutter and is mounted so that it is both displaced in the longitudinal direction, as well as the head piece is latched.
- the well-known shutter box is only suitable for simple shutters and not suitable for additional covers such as insect screens.
- the object of the invention is therefore to improve a roller shutter box of the type mentioned so that either an insect screen or the like can be used.
- the invention provides a roller shutter box with an additional winding device for a further protective curtain, for example an insect screen, which can be inserted into an additional guide rail between the window frame and the roller shutter guide rail.
- a further protective curtain for example an insect screen
- the head piece and the cover wall element can each be extended by widening elements.
- the matching roller shutter inlet element is still slidably guided on the outer panel element, but has at its side facing away from the outer panel back a guide slope which extends to the additional guide rail so as to form an inlet funnel for the protective curtain in interaction with the rolling edge on the bottom element , It can therefore be a system same roller shutter box be converted by simply profiled widening elements are used. This is no new design, warehousing, etc. the more complex items of the shutter box, especially the header required.
- the setting of the once set position of the roller shutter guide elements can be achieved by clamping, gluing, Welding or screwing done. With regard to possible later changes, the introduction of self-tapping screws is particularly advantageous.
- an additional ringenagenut may be provided in the outer panel member or be used for securing the head piece bobenamnut into which a self-tapping screw can be screwed, so that not only the wall thickness of the hollow plastic profile for anchoring to Available.
- the guide elements on the outer panel element are formed by two spaced parallel guide grooves, into which correspondingly compatible webs projecting from a sliding surface on the roller shutter inlet element engage.
- connection between the roller shutter inlet element and the head piece can take place in each case via interlocking interlocking elements such as profile webs and grooves and / or locking pins and locking recesses.
- the roller shutter inlet element may have an open to the head locking groove into which a corresponding profile web engages when the roller shutter inlet element is pushed onto the head piece.
- latching connection elements may be provided, for example, a latching pin on the roller shutter inlet element, which engages in a corresponding recess on the head piece and is resilient, so that it can be released from the head piece forth. Will the Entklipst connection, the roller shutter inlet element is freely displaceable along the outer panel member.
- a shutter box 100 is shown, which is composed essentially of wall elements 110, 120, 130, 131. It can be formed by an element in each case a wall; It is also possible to assemble a side wall of several profiles or to form two side walls by only one profile.
- the box profile body formed by the outer panel element 110, the cover element 120, the inner panel element 130 and the bottom element 131 is closed at the end by a head piece 160.
- the roller shutter box 100 is mounted on a frame 20, on which a shutter guide profile 21 is mounted. Inside the roller shutter box 100, a roller shutter shaft for receiving a roller shutter is rotatably mounted on a bearing 140.
- a disc 141 covers reinforcing ribs and screw receptacles on the head piece 160 and forms a smooth lateral surface, which can be caught prevents the roller shutter on any protruding elements of the head piece 160.
- a roller shutter inlet element 150 is arranged above the roller shutter guide profile 21 at the transition from the outer diaphragm element 110 to the floor element 131 and has a funnel-shaped groove 154, which serves to guide the side edge of the roller shutter.
- the roller shutter inlet element 150 On its underside, the roller shutter inlet element 150 has a centering wedge 153, which is suitable for insertion into the roller shutter guide profile 21 on the frame 20.
- Fig. 2 shows the outer panel member 110 and the roller shutter inlet member 150 with a distance from each other, so that the view of a sliding surface 152 at the inlet member 150 is free, from which protrude two profile webs 151.
- the roller shutter inlet element 150 can be held by the engagement of its profile webs 151 in the guide grooves 111 form fit on the outer panel member 110 and at the same time be displaced laterally in the guide grooves 111 until the desired position is reached.
- a screw is then screwed through the sliding surface 152, which engages in the outer panel member 110 to set the roller shutter inlet member 150 and to prevent displacement during operation.
- a screw receiving channel 112 is provided in the illustrated embodiment to permit screwing of the header to the outer panel member 110, but may also be used to tighten the roller shutter inlet member 150.
- Fig. 3 shows the roller shutter inlet member 150 in a perspective view, as it results in a view from the headboard side of the shutter box.
- the centering wedge 153 shows Fig. 3 a groove 155 in the upper region and a latching tongue 156 at mid-height.
- a rounding 157 allows the backlash-free support on a rounded rolling edge 132 of the bottom member 131 (see. Fig. 5 ).
- a bore is provided to screw the roller shutter inlet element 150 can.
- Fig. 4 shows the corner region of a head piece 160 without further attachments. Shown is the front lower corner region at the transition between the outer panel member 110 and the bottom member 131. There, a receiving position 162 is provided, on which the roller shutter inlet element 150 can be locked on the head piece, when a lateral displacement is not required.
- a profile web 163 is formed with a T-shaped cross section, which is intended to engage in the locking groove 155 of the roller shutter inlet element 150.
- a latching recess 164 is provided, into which the latching tongue 156 can engage.
- a dovetail groove 161 is not associated with the locking of the roller shutter inlet member 150, but is used for the cultivation of additional parts, which are described below.
- Fig. 5 shows from the inside of the roller shutter box forth the roller shutter inlet element 150 which is guided in a form-fitting manner in the guide grooves 111 of the outer panel member 110 and is additionally supported on the rolling edge 132 of the bottom member 131 via the rounding 157. If the roller shutter inlet element 150 is pushed further in the direction of the head piece 160, then it is coupled with the locking groove 155 on the profile web 163 (cf. Fig. 4 ) and the detent 156 engages in the recess 164 on the head piece 160 a.
- Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which an additional, can be wound up on a shaft insect screen 30 in a roller shutter box 100 'is arranged.
- a separate guide rail 22 is provided on the frame 20, through which the guide rail 21 for the roller shutter continues to move to the outside; Accordingly, the roller shutter inlet element 150 'must continue to advance in the direction of the outer panel 110.
- the basic principle of the positive guidance of the roller shutter inlet element 150 'in the outer panel member 110 with the possibility of lateral change of position is also given in this embodiment.
- the outer panel element 110 is displaced together with the roller shutter inlet element 150 'guided therein by the width of the guide profile 22, by attaching a widening element 170 to the head piece 160.
- the widening element 170 engages through its dovetail projections in the corresponding dovetail grooves 161 on the head piece 160 and thus forms a stable, continuous head piece.
- a widening element 180 is inserted between the cover element 120 and the outer panel element 110, so as to bridge the gap and to obtain an upwardly closed roller shutter box 100 '.
- roller shutter inlet element 150 is also required. This differs from the previously described roller shutter inlet element 150 for the roller shutter box 100 in that in the rear area no arc is formed in adaptation to the rounded Abrollkante 132 of the bottom member 131, but that an additional inlet bevel 157 'is formed, which coincides with the rolling edge 132 complements and forms with this a funnel opening for the introduction of the insect screen 30.
- Fig. 10 again shows a perspective on the head piece 160.
- This preferably has a cable feedthrough opening 165 in order to produce no holes on the construction site when installing an electric roller shutter drive.
- a cable guide is formed by two mutually offset cable guide webs 166, 167, which are integrally formed on the head piece, as well as the detailed view of Fig. 11 shows.
- the cable guide ridges project slightly inwards, so that a cable that is once pressed between them is secured against slipping out and shifting when pulling or pressing on the cable from the outside.
- the cable guide webs 166, 167 extend at least so far that a cable to under the disc 141 (see. Fig. 8 ) is guided.
- the risk of hooking a cable loop on the rolled-up roller shutter is eliminated. Other measures during assembly such as the attachment of cable ties or bolted locking plates are no longer necessary.

Roller shutter boxes, which are composed of plastic hollow sections, are known. The object of the invention is therefore to improve a roller shutter box of the type mentioned so that either an insect screen or the like can be used.
This object is achieved by a roller shutter box with the features of claim 1.
The invention provides a roller shutter box with an additional winding device for a further protective curtain, for example an insect screen, which can be inserted into an additional guide rail between the window frame and the roller shutter guide rail. For this purpose, the head piece and the cover wall element can each be extended by widening elements. The matching roller shutter inlet element is still slidably guided on the outer panel element, but has at its side facing away from the outer panel back a guide slope which extends to the additional guide rail so as to form an inlet funnel for the protective curtain in interaction with the rolling edge on the bottom element , It can therefore be a system same roller shutter box be converted by simply profiled widening elements are used. This is no new design, warehousing, etc. the more complex items of the shutter box, especially the header required.
The setting of the once set position of the roller shutter guide elements can be achieved by clamping, gluing, Welding or screwing done. With regard to possible later changes, the introduction of self-tapping screws is particularly advantageous.
In order to achieve a secure anchorage here, an additional Schraubenaufnahmenut may be provided in the outer panel member or be used for securing the head piece Schraubenaufnahmenut into which a self-tapping screw can be screwed, so that not only the wall thickness of the hollow plastic profile for anchoring to Available.
Preferably, the guide elements on the outer panel element are formed by two spaced parallel guide grooves, into which correspondingly compatible webs projecting from a sliding surface on the roller shutter inlet element engage.
The connection between the roller shutter inlet element and the head piece can take place in each case via interlocking interlocking elements such as profile webs and grooves and / or locking pins and locking recesses.
For example, the roller shutter inlet element may have an open to the head locking groove into which a corresponding profile web engages when the roller shutter inlet element is pushed onto the head piece.
In addition, latching connection elements may be provided, for example, a latching pin on the roller shutter inlet element, which engages in a corresponding recess on the head piece and is resilient, so that it can be released from the head piece forth. Will the Entklipst connection, the roller shutter inlet element is freely displaceable along the outer panel member.
