Description

Werbevitrine advertising showcase
The invention relates to a display case with a frame-like housing, at least one formed on a lichtdurchlässi¬ gene carrier advertising space and at least one light source which is arranged in the interior of the housing and by means of the advertising space on its back is illuminated, wherein in the interior of the housing essentially strip-shaped reflectors are arranged, with which the light emanating from the light source can be directed onto the rear side of the advertising area.
Such a display case is used in particular on public streets and squares and makes it possible to affix an advertising poster or other pictorial advertising element in an exchangeable manner on one or more advertising surfaces. In order to attract the attention of persons even in the dark, an advertising display case of the type mentioned is usually illuminated by the backlit advertising area, i. Several light sources are arranged in the interior of the housing with which the advertising surfaces and thus the advertising poster located thereon can be illuminated from the rear side.
For aesthetic reasons, it is desirable to illuminate the advertising space as evenly as possible and as bright as possible. For this reason, it is known to use several light sources in the advertising display case. Since, with the use of a large number of conventional incandescent lamps, problems with excessive heat generation can occur and since the light
Vt000002 technical efficiency of such incandescent lamps is relatively ge ring, a plurality of fluorescent tubes are generally used, which are arranged parallel to each other at a distance.
From DE-B-195 28 925 and GB-A-2 404 485 it is be¬ known to arrange the fluorescent tubes inside the frame parts of the housing, so that they are not visible to an outside viewer of the display case. To direct the light emanating from the fluorescent tubes to the back of the advertising billboard, several reflectors are provided inside the housing. However, it is relatively difficult to evenly and sufficiently illuminate the central area of the advertising board with the lateral fluorescent tubes.
Instead of hiding the fluorescent tubes in the lateral frame parts of the housing, it is also known to arrange the light source in the middle of the housing, as shown for example in DE-A-30 33 462. In order to avoid excessive illumination of the center of the advertising poster, the light source must be provided with covers which act as auxiliary optics. This auxiliary optics must be mounted and aligned exactly, which makes assembly a lot of work.
If the carrier or the advertising surface is a diffuser, e.g. Although a diffusing screen is assigned, the differences in brightness occurring on the advertising surface can indeed be reduced somewhat, but in particular weakly illuminated areas remain on the edge of the advertising surface.
The invention has for its object to procure a display case of the type mentioned, in the simple and cost-effective way, a uniformly illuminated wer¬ can be achieved befläche.
This object is achieved in an advertising space of the type mentioned with the characterizing features of claim 1. In this case, it is provided that the reflectors arranged inside the housing, of which at least some are substantially strip-shaped, form a circulating, preferably closed frame which delimits at least one frame field, wherein the light source or the light source Light sources are arranged in the interior of the frame field. The frame is substantially planar and lies in the plane of the frame-like housing. In this case, the frame formed from the reflectors may be formed in its dimensions to the dimensions of the housing so that it is arranged on or near the inner wall of the housing ange¬. The reflectors forming the frame have convex reflector surfaces on their side facing the center of the frame field. In this way, it is ensured that the light reflected at the reflectors preferably illuminates the edge regions of the advertising surface, whereby it is avoided that darkened zones form in these edge regions.
It has been found that by means of the reflectors the absorption losses occurring in the interior of the housing can be substantially reduced, so that with a relatively small number of light sources, a uniform light distribution on the advertising surface is guaranteed with relatively low energy consumption. By means of the reflectors, the light can be distributed within the display case in a suitable manner on the advertising surface, wherein also in the case of the advertising display case according to the invention the carrier or the advertising surface is preferably associated with a diffusing screen. The assembly of the frame formed by the reflectors is facilitated if the frame is formed in a further development of the invention as a prefabricated, intrinsically stable assembly, which only sets einge¬ in the housing of the display case and must be set.
The strip-shaped reflectors forming the frame preferably have a continuously curved, convex cross-section, at least on their side facing the center of the frame field or the light source, which can be substantially semicircular, with the convex reflector surface facing the center of the frame field points. Alternatively, the strip-shaped reflectors may have a polygonal cross section and in particular a substantially triangular cross section, the base of the triangular shape facing the outer housing and the apex of the triangular shape facing the center of the frame. In this way, reflector surfaces running obliquely to the median plane of the frame and thus of the advertising vitrine are formed, which deflect the light effectively onto the advertising surfaces.
The reflective surfaces of the strip-shaped reflectors may direct the light either directionally or non-directionally, i. diffuse reflectively.
The outer circumferential frame is subdivided in a further development of Er¬ invention by rod-shaped reflector webs in several Rahmen¬ fields, wherein in each frame field, at least one light source is arranged. The frame fields are preferably the same size and each receive a tubular light source, in particular a fluorescent tube, wherein the tubular light sources run parallel to one another. In this way, each light source is surrounded by its own sub-frame, so that the light from the respective light source the light emitted can be effectively reflected and redirected in the desired direction.
The rod-shaped reflector webs have, for example, a substantially diamond-shaped or rectangular cross-section, with one corner of the diamond or rectangular shape facing the associated light source. Alternatively, the rod-shaped reflectors may have a circular or elliptical, convex cross section. In an elliptical cross-sectional shape of the reflector webs, this should be aligned so that the longer major axis of the ellipse lies substantially in the frame plane and facing the associated light source.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen, dass dieIn a further development of the invention can be provided that the
Light source or the fluorescent tube is surrounded by a distance from a light control sleeve. The light control sleeve has distributed over its circumference areas of different light transmission. In this case, the light control sleeve is arranged in such a way that the light emanating from the light source and direct to the carrier or to the advertising surface is more strongly damped by the light control sleeve. As a result, a large part of the light emitted by the light source initially runs substantially in or near the center plane of the frame and is then directed onto the carrier or the advertising surface via the reflectors. Only part of the light emanating from the light source is directed directly to the carrier or the advertising surface due to the light control sleeve. In this way, an approximately uniform Liehe distribution of light on the advertising space can be achieved.
According to FIG. 1, an advertising display case 10 has an outer frame-type housing 11 into which a reflector frame 12 is inserted, as shown in FIG. 2. The Reflektor¬ frame 12 has two parallel spaced, vertical, strip-shaped reflectors 13 and 14, which are connected at ih¬ the upper and its lower end via a respective horizontal strip-shaped reflector 15 and 16 respectively. The four strip-shaped reflectors 13, 14, 15 and 16 thus form a closed, planar, rectangular frame, which forms a rectangular frame field 22 and surrounds. In the frame field 22, three fluorescent tubes 19 are arranged, each of which extends vertically between the reflectors 15 and 16 and are arranged parallel to each other at a mutual lateral distance. The Leucht¬ fabric tubes 19 are connected in a manner not shown to a voltage source. As shown in FIG. 1, the reflectors 13, 14, 15 and 16 forming the outer frame each have a substantially semicircular cross-section, the rectilinear base of the semicircular shape facing the outer housing 11 and a convexly curved reflector surface 13a, 14a, 15a, 16a to the center of the frame 12 has.
On both sides of the frame 12, a translucent lens 20 is arranged in the housing 11, on the outside of which an advertising surface 21 for attaching a billboard, etc., is formed.
The light emitted by the fluorescent tubes 19 partially hits directly on the lenses 20 and penetrates them at least partially. In addition, the light emitted by the fluorescent tubes 19 falls on the reflector surfaces 13a, 14a, 15a and 16a of the outer frames forming reflectors 13, 14, 15 and 16, at which the light is deflected and also directed to the lenses 20.
Figures 3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the advertising showcase, which also has the features of the first Ausfüh¬ insurance form. In addition, the reflector frame 12 by means of two rod-shaped reflector webs 17 and 18, which extend parallel to the vertical reflectors 13 and 14 and at a distance therefrom, divided into three approximately equal Rah¬ menfelder 22, 23 and 24. In each frame field 22, 23 and 24, a fluorescent tube 19 is arranged centrally in each case, the fluorescent tubes 19 extending parallel to one another.
The reflector webs 17 and 18 have a slightly ellipse-shaped cross-section, which is oriented so that the longer major axis of the elliptical shape is in each case aligned with the adjacent fluorescent tube 19 has. As shown, the ellipse shape in the end points of the longer Haupt¬ axis have a ünstetigkeitsstelle or a kink, so that the reflector webs 17, 18 each have side edges, which are facing the associated fluorescent tubes 19. The exposed convex reflector surfaces 17a and 18a of the reflector webs 17 and 18 may each be designed to be reflective or diffuse reflective.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Weiterbildung der Ausgestaltung gemäßFig. 5 shows a development of the embodiment according to
Fig. 3, but this can also be used in a similar manner as a development of the embodiment of FIG. 1 wer¬ the. In order to prevent an excessively large proportion of the light emitted by the fluorescent tubes 19 from falling directly onto the lenses 20, the fluorescent tubes 19 can each be surrounded at a distance by a light control sleeve 25, as shown by way of example in FIG. The light control sleeve 25 is characterized in that it has distributed areas B of different light transmission over its circumference. The areas B of the light control sleeve 25 facing the lenses 20 allow the light emitted by the fluorescent tube inside the light control sleeve 25 to pass through only partially and thus strike the lenses 20 directly. The greater part of the light passes laterally, i. essentially in the center plane of the reflector frame 12 from the light control sleeve 25 and then impinges on the reflector surfaces of the reflectors 13, 14, 15 and 16 or the central reflector webs 17 and 18 and only reaches this after reflection the diffusers 20. In this way, the Leucht¬ tube tubes 19 are not visible from a viewer of the display case from the outside and it can reach the Ein¬ pressure of a uniformly illuminated billboard surfaces.
