Description

  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de l'horlogerie et plus particulièrement à une boîte de montre bracelet.
  • Une telle boite présente des cornes destinées à la fixation des barrettes du bracelet et comporte généralement une couronne de mise à l'heure disposée à trois heures. Pour des raisons esthétiques, mais aussi pour permettre de porter la montre aussi bien au bras gauche qu'au bras droit, il peut être intéressant de placer la couronne entre les cornes.
  • Cependant, la couronne ainsi disposée est d'un accès relativement difficile. C'est pourquoi, il est nécessaire, d'une part d'augmenter son diamètre et, d'autre part, de prolonger les cornes de la boîte afin de libérer de l'espace et faciliter l'accès et le maniement de la couronne.
  • Un tel agencement devient à son tour quelque peu inesthétique et le but recherché en disposant la couronne à douze heures n'est pas atteint. De plus, la couronne étant de grand diamètre, elle risque d'être accrochée et mise involontairement en position de réglage.
  • Le document FR 1 328 371A décrit une boîte de montre comportant :
    • une carrure munie d'au moins une paire de cornes,
    • un trou pratiqué dans la carrure, disposé entre la paire de cornes et destiné à recevoir une tige de mise à l'heure munie d'une couronne,
    • une barrette disposée entre les cornes et formant, avec la carrure, un espace destiné à recevoir la couronne.
  • Cette boîte comporte, en outre, un dispositif de comprenant une pièce mobile agencée de manière à pouvoir fermer au moins partiellement ledit espace pour le masquer et à pouvoir l'écarter pour faciliter l'accès à la couronne. L'accès à la couronne est rendu possible par un basculement du bracelet et de son attache.
  • Pour pallier cet inconvénient, dans la boîte de montre selon l'invention définie par la revendication 1, la pièce mobile est formée d'un couvercle monté pivotant entre les cornes et agencé de manière à pouvoir être rabattu par basculement.
  • La boîte selon l'invention présente encore avantageusement les caractéristiques suivantes :
    • elle comporte au moins une goupille de blocage coopérant avec le couvercle pour le maintenir en position fermée ;
    • elle est munie d'un poussoir coopérant avec le couvercle pour l'actionner;
    • la courbure du dispositif de masquage suit sensiblement la courbure des cornes ;
    • le dispositif de masquage comprend un corps en forme de U, logé dans l'espace compris entre les cornes et fixé à la carrure au moyen de la barrette, le couvercle étant monté pivotant sur le corps autour d'un axe parallèle à la barrette, au voisinage du fond du U, et agencé de manière à pouvoir être rabattu vers la couronne ;
    • le corps en forme de U est muni de moyens de positionnement coopérant avec la carrure et/ou les cornes pour l'immobiliser;
    • la courbure du corps suit sensiblement la courbure des cornes.
  • D'autres caractéristiques de l'invention ressortiront de la description qui va suivre, faite en regard du dessin annexé, dans lequel :
    • La figure 1 est une vue partielle d'une boîte de montre munie d'une couronne disposée entre les cornes.
    • La figure 2 représente cette même carrure de boîte de montre équipée d'un dispositif de masquage.
    • Les figures 3 à 6 illustrent les parties constitutives du dispositif de masquage équipant la boîte de la figure 2.
    • La figure 7 représente un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
  • La boîte de montre représentée partiellement sur la figure 1 comporte une carrure 10 munie de deux cornes 12 et 14 et une barrette 16 engagée dans des trous que comportent les cornes 12 et 14, définissant ensemble un espace 18. La carrure 10 est percée de part en part d'un trou débouchant dans l'espace 18, mais non représenté sur la figure 1. Une tige de mise à l'heure munie d'une couronne 20 est engagée dans ce trou.
  • De par sa position, la couronne 20 est bien protégée, mais d'un accès relativement difficile. Aussi, pour faciliter son accès et sa manipulation, elle présente un grand diamètre. De plus, les deux cornes 12 et 14 sont particulièrement longues, et la barrette 16 y est fixée relativement loin de la couronne 20, de telle sorte que l'espace 18 est important autour de la couronne 20, facilitant ainsi sa manipulation.
  • L'espace 18 est, plus précisément, délimité par les faces intérieures 22 et 24 respectivement des cornes 12 et 14, et la face 26 de la carrure adjacente à la couronne 20.
  • Sur la figure 2, la carrure 10 est munie d'un dispositif de masquage 27 monté dans l'espace 18 et qui comporte un corps 28 ainsi qu'un organe de masquage ou couvercle 30 mobile autour d'un axe de rotation parallèle à l'axe de la barrette 16. Le corps 28 vient se loger entre les deux cornes 12 et 14 de la carrure 10, de façon à former, ensemble avec le couvercle 30, un prolongement de la carrure 10 dans l'espace 18.
  • Comme représenté sur les figures 3 et 4, le corps 28 est une pièce monobloc engagée entre les cornes 12 et 14, de manière à s'inscrire dans la continuité de la carrure 10. Il présente une forme en U lorsqu'il est vu de dessus, et possède deux branches 32 et 34, et une partie centrale 36 les reliant. Les deux branches 32 et 34 et la partie centrale 36 délimitent ensemble un espace central 38 destiné à recevoir le couvercle 30.
  • Comme le montre la figure 4, le dispositif, vu de profil, présente une section sensiblement triangulaire, avec un côté vertical opposé à la partie centrale 36, un côté faisant un angle légèrement supérieur à 90° avec le côté vertical et formant la base du triangle, et un côté incliné et incurvé de façon à s'inscrire dans le profil des cornes 12 et 14 et de la carrure 10. Ainsi, les branches 32 et 34 sont délimitées par une face verticale 40 rectangulaire opposée à la partie centrale 36, une face de base 42 également rectangulaire et deux faces latérales 44 et 46 de forme trapézoïdale, la face 44 étant la face intérieure du U et la face 46 la face extérieure, et une face supérieure 48 rectangulaire ayant la même courbure que les cornes 12 et 14.
  • Lorsque le dispositif de masquage 27 est disposé entre les deux cornes 12 et 14, les faces verticales 40 sont attenantes, de part et d'autre de la couronne 20, à la face plane 26 de la carrure 10. Les faces latérales extérieures 46 sont attenantes aux faces intérieures 22 et 24 des cornes 12 et 14, et les faces 42 et 48 prolongent respectivement la face inférieure et la face supérieure de la carrure 10.
  • La partie centrale 36 sert, d'une part à la fixation et au positionnement du dispositif de masquage 27 sur la carrure 10 et d'autre part du bracelet. Elle est percée d'un trou 50 la traversant de part en part et destiné à recevoir la barrette 16, pour assurer le montage du dispositif 27 sur la carrure 10.
  • Une fois monté sur la boîte 10 au moyen de la barrette 16, le corps 28 du dispositif de masquage 27 est bloqué dans un sens de rotation par les surfaces 40 en appui contre la surface 26 de la carrure 10. Deux languettes 52 attenantes à la surface 42 et dépassant latéralement du corps 28, coopèrent avec les cornes 12 et 14 pour bloquer le corps 28 dans l'autre sens de rotation. De la sorte, le corps 28 est parfaitement positionné et maintenu entre les deux cornes 12 et 14.
  • La partie centrale 36 du corps 28 présente deux excroissances 54 et 56 situées de part et d'autre de celle-ci, à son extrémité opposée aux branches 32 et 34. Ces excroissances prolongent le corps 28 en largeur et en longueur. Entre ces deux excroissances 54 et 56, est fixée une barrette 58, destinée à l'attache d'un bracelet.
  • Le dispositif 27 est, en outre, muni de moyens permettant d'assurer le positionnement du couvercle 30 sur le corps 28 et de moyens permettant de le libérer.
  • Pour permettre le pivotement du couvercle 30, les branches 32 et 34 sont percées d'un trou 60 les traversant perpendiculairement aux faces 44 et 46. Il est situé à proximité de la partie centrale 36 et destiné à recevoir une goupille de charnière 62 coopérant avec le couvercle 30 comme cela sera expliqué plus loin.
  • Un trou 64 traversant chacune des branches 32 et 34, perpendiculaire aux faces 44 et 46, et situé dans la partie supérieure des branches, est destiné à recevoir, dans chacune des branches, une goupille de blocage 66 assurant le positionnement du couvercle 30.
  • Un trou 68, pratiqué dans la branche 34 et reliant en biais, sa face de base 42 et sa face intérieure 44, sert de logement à un poussoir 70, représenté en détail sur la figure 4a.
  • Ce dernier coopère avec un ressort 72 intercalé entre lui et le fond du logement. Il vient prendre appui contre la face inférieure du couvercle 30, du côté des goupilles de blocage 66, et permet, par une pression, de le dégager.
  • Le couvercle 30, représenté plus en détail sur les figures 5 et 6, est formé d'une plaque incurvée, dont la courbure suit le profil arrondi des cornes 12 et 14. Il est enroulé sur lui-même à l'une de ses extrémités de façon à former un logement 74 destiné à recevoir la goupille de charnière 62. A son extrémité opposée, il forme un doigt d'accrochage, destiné à coopérer avec les goupilles de blocage 66, et une encoche 76 dimensionnée de manière à recevoir la couronne 20.
  • Ainsi, lorsque le dispositif de masquage 27 est en place sur la carrure 10, le couvercle 30 étant fermé, la couronne 20 est visible à l'intérieur de l'encoche 76, mais protégée par le corps 28 et le couvercle 30. Lorsque le couvercle 30 est ouvert, par pression sur le poussoir 70, la couronne 20 est accessible pour une manipulation éventuelle.
  • On relèvera que la rotation de la couronne 20 en position enfoncée, dans laquelle s'effectue l'armage du ressort de barillet, peut s'effectuer avec le couvercle 30 en position fermée, son ouverture n'étant nécessaire que pour effectuer une correction de l'affichage, en première ou deuxième position tirée.
  • Sur la figure 7, le dispositif de masquage est réduit au couvercle 30, le corps 28 tel que représenté sur les figures 3 et 4, étant intégré à la carrure 10. Cette dernière porte alors les organes de maintien et d'ouverture du couvercle. Le dispositif de masquage, dans cette configuration assure, bien entendu, la même fonction que dans la configuration décrite précédemment.
  • Dans un autre mode de réalisation, qui n'a pas été décrit, le couvercle 30 pourrait être remplacé par un volet coulissant assurant une fonction identique.
  • Ainsi est proposé un dispositif permettant de disposer la couronne à midi tout en permettant une manipulation aisée, sans affecter l'esthétique de la pièce.

Claims (7)

  1. Boîte de montre comportant :
    · une carrure (10) munie d'au moins une paire de cornes (12, 14),
    · un trou pratiqué dans ladite carrure (10), disposé entre la paire de cornes (12, 14) et destiné à recevoir une tige de mise à l'heure munie d'une couronne (20),
    · une barrette (16) disposée entre lesdites cornes (12, 14) et formant, avec la carrure, un espace (18) destiné à recevoir la couronne (20),
    · un dispositif de masquage (27) comprenant une pièce mobile agencée de manière à pouvoir fermer au moins partiellement ledit espace pour le masquer, et à pouvoir être écartée pour faciliter l'accès à la couronne (20) caractérisée en ce que ladite pièce mobile est formée d'un couvercle (30) monté pivotant entre lesdites cornes (12, 14) et agencé de manière à pouvoir être rabattu par basculement.
  2. Boîte de montre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre, au moins une goupille de blocage (66) coopérant avec ledit couvercle (30) pour le maintenir en position fermée.
  3. Boîte de montre selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre un poussoir (70) coopérant avec ledit couvercle (30) pour l'actionner.
  4. Boîte de montre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la courbure dudit dispositif (27) suit sensiblement la courbure desdites cornes (2, 3)
  5. Boîte de montre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif (27) comporte, en outre, un corps (28) en forme de U, logé dans ledit espace (18) et fixé à la carrure (10) au moyen de ladite barrette (16), ledit couvercle (30) étant monté pivotant sur le corps (28) autour d'un axe parallèle à ladite barrette (16), au voisinage du fond du U et agencé de manière à pouvoir être rabattu vers la couronne (20).
  6. Boîte de montre selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps (28) est muni de moyens de positionnement (52) coopérant avec la carrure (10) et/ou lesdites cornes (12, 14) pour l'immobiliser.
  7. Boîte de montre selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée en ce que la 5 courbure dudit corps (28) suit sensiblement la courbure desdites cornes (12, 14).
