Weiterhin ist der die Stirnfläche der Trittstufe übergreifende Profilschenkel im Bereich seines unteren Endes mit einem die Stirnverblendung der Trittstufe abstützenden leistenförmigen Vorsprung ausgestattet. Abgesehen von dem Umstand, dass sich die Befestigung bzw. Allen der im Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellten Ausführungsformen eines Bausatzes zur Renovierung abgenutzter Treppen ist gemeinsam, dass ein umgreifendes, tragendes erstes Profil 1 jeweils einen die Stirnfläche 2 einer abgenutzten Trittstufe 3 übergreifenden Profilabschnitt 4, einen auf der Trittfläche 7 der abgenutzten Trittstufe 3 aufliegenden und einen die abgenutzte Treppenstufe 3 bereichsweise untergreifenden Profilabschnitt 6 umfasst. Zudem ist ein auf der Trittfläche 7 der abgenutzten Trittstufe 3 aufliegender Erneuerungsbelag 8 welcher vom Profilschenkel 5 des ersten Profils 1 Untergriffen ist, vorgesehen.
