Claims (11)

  1. Gelenkanordnung zum Verbinden eines Deckels (5) mit einem Träger (3), der an einem Behälter anzubringen oder einstückig mit einem Öffnungsabschnitt des Behälters ausgebildet ist, umfassend ein Gelenk zum Führen des Deckels (5) zwischen einer geschlossenen und offenen Position mit einer Schwenkachse (S), die an der Außenseite des Deckels (5) und/oder des Trägers (3) liegt, und ein Elastomerfederteil, das an der Außenseite des Deckels (5) sowie des Trägers (3) angreift und zumindest in geschlossener Position des Deckels auf Zug vorgespannt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kraftangriffsstelle (25, 27) des Elastomerfederteils an dem Dekkel (5) und dem Träger (3) zumindest in geschlossener Position des Deckels (5) über die Schwenkachse (S) des Gelenks hinaus verlagert ist.
  2. Gelenkanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein starrer Vorsprung (21, 23), vorzugsweise zwei starre Vorsprünge, zum Befestigen des Elastomerfederteils an dem Deckel (5) und/oder dem Träger (3) vorgesehen ist, welcher Vorsprung sich in geschlossener Position des Deckels an der Schwenkachse (S) vorbei nach außen erstreckt.
  3. Gelenkanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Vorsprünge (21, 23) in geschlossener Position des Deckels (5) parallel zueinander liegen.
  4. Gelenkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftangriffsstelle des Elastomerfederteils an dem Deckel (5) und an dem Träger (3) zumindest in geschlossener Position mit Bezug auf den Träger jenseits der Schwenkachse (S) nach außen verlagert ist.
  5. Gelenkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Elastomerfederteil ein Elastomerband (15) ist und insbesondere das Gelenk ein Scharnier ist.
  6. Gelenkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (S) ungekrümmt, insbesondere gerade, ist.
  7. Gelenkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk zum Trennen des Deckels (5) von dem Träger (3) ausgeführt ist.
  8. Gelenkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schwenkbegrenzungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Öffnungsbewegung des Deckels (5) begrenzt.
  9. Gelenkanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkbegrenzungseinrichtung durch einen in dem Gelenk integrierten Anschlag gebildet ist.
  10. Gelenkanordnung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkbegrenzungseinrichtung eine Schwenkbewegung des Deckels von etwa 90° gegenüber der geschlossenen Position des Deckels (5) eingrenzt.
  11. Verschlußeinrichtung für einen Behälter mit einem Deckel (5) und einer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 ausgebildeten Gelenkanordnung (11).
