Art bzgl. Funktionssicherheit und möglichen bzw. zulässigen Anwendungsumgebungen bzw. Umgebungsbedingungen zu verbessern. The invention has for its object to provide a coaxial connector for a coaxial cable o.g. To improve the type of functional safety and possible or permissible application environments or environmental conditions.
This object is achieved by a coaxial connector of o.g. Art solved with the features characterized in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the further claims.
In a coaxial connector of o.g. It is inventively provided that a sealing sleeve surrounds the outer conductor part in the circumferential direction completely and in the axial direction at least in a region which extends from a radially closed part of the housing on coaxialkabelseitigen end of the housing into the mating area for the mating connector on the plug side Extends into the end of the housing.
This has the advantage that the coaxial connector is sealed within the housing against the ingress of fluids, which seal is independent of any radial openings of the housing, for example in the region of the latching mechanism. As a result, a complete seal is achieved without changes to the housing, so that for a standard appropriate housing, such as FAKRA standardization scheme corresponding housings, a complete seal of the range of coaxial connector can be provided. This makes it possible to use such coaxial connectors even in environments with special environmental conditions, such as wet environments or environments with corrosive fluids, especially in an engine compartment of a motor vehicle, without the functionality of the coaxial connector due to the particular environmental conditions, For example, by short circuit, corrosion or contamination is impaired.
An additional sealing of the coaxial connector between the outer conductor part and the mating housing in the mating region is achieved in that the mating region is limited in the direction of the coaxial cable end of the housing by an annular end face of the housing, wherein on the outer circumference of the sealing sleeve, a first O-ring seal is arranged is arranged and formed in the axial direction between the annular end face of the housing and the plug-side end of the housing in the plug-in region such that the first O-ring seal protrudes into an annular region within the housing, which in the housing for insertion for a portion of Counter housing is omitted. As a result, is located in the housing inserted counter housing, the first O-ring seal on an inner side of the mating housing.
An additional sealing of the coaxial connector between the outer conductor part and the housing is achieved in that on the outer circumference of the sealing sleeve, a second O-ring seal is arranged, which is arranged and formed in the axial direction between the coaxial cable end of the housing and the mating region such that the second O-ring seal rests radially on an inner circumference of the housing.
An additional sealing of the coaxial connector between the coaxial cable and coaxial cable end of the housing is achieved in that at the coaxial cable side end of the housing in the radial direction on an inner side of the housing adjacent annular seal with axial opening for the coaxial cable is arranged. Appropriately, in this case, the inner diameter of the axial opening of the ring seal is smaller than the outer diameter of the coaxial cable.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a crimping sleeve is provided, which is crimped on a coaxial cable-side end of the outer conductor part together with an outer conductor of the coaxial cable. The Crimping sleeve is crimped example, at its coaxial cable end to a plug-side end of the ring seal.
A catch for a guided over the coaxial corrugated pipe is achieved by the fact that at the coaxial cable end of the housing an in particular integrally formed with the housing axial extension is arranged with at least one radially inwardly directed, resilient latching tongue.

According to the invention, a
An area within the sealing
At the
