  • the dusts separated by the main cyclone unit have a relatively larger volume and a larger amount. Therefore, the main chamber for reserving the dusts separated from the main cyclone unit must be more frequently empted than the sub-chamber 435.
  • the sub-chamber 435 that is less frequently empted is designed to be separated from the main body unit 200 so that only the dust collection unit 410 is designed to be separated from the main body unit 200 so as to empty the main chamber 431.

Fine particles contained in the air being directed downward are finally separated by the motor pre-filter 215 and introduced in an axial direction of the fan/motor assembly.
  • the air directed to the fan/motor assembly 211 is directed in a radial direction and is then finally discharged from the main body unit 200 through the main body discharge portion 290 provided on a side of the main body unit 200.
  • Fig. 12 is a partly broken, perspective view of a connecting state of a dust separation device with a driving unit of a vacuum cleaner according to another embodiment of the present invention.
  • a vacuum cleaner of this embodiment is substantially identical to that of the foregoing embodiment of Figs. 1 through 8 except that the main cyclone unit that primarily filters off the dusts before the air is introduced into the sub-cyclone unit is replaced with a filter unit 620.
  • a filter unit 620 for primarily filtering off the dusts before the air is introduced into the sub-cyclone unit is provided on the dust collection unit.
  • the filter unit 620 includes a dust collection filter 621 and a filter mounting unit 623 for mounting the dust collection filter 621.
  • the filter mounting unit 623 is provided on a lower portion of an upper cover 640 to receive the dust collection filter 623.
  • the dust collection filter 621 is separately received in the filter mounting unit 623.
  • the dust collection filter 621 may be formed of sponge or non-woven fabric.
  • the dust collection filter 621 since the dusts are fixed on the dust collection filter 621, the dust collection filter 621 is required to be periodically cleaned or replaced to prevent the suction of the vacuum cleaner from be deteriorated. Therefore, the dust collection filter 621 must be easily separated from the main body.
  • the dust collection filter 621 is separated.
  • the dust collection filter 621 may be inserted in the filter mounting unit 623 through a sliding motion so that the dust collection filter 621 can be separated from the dust collection filter 621 through the sliding motion.

Claims (13)

  1. Aspirateur (100) comprenant :
    un corps principal (200) ;
    une unité de séparation de poussière (360) qui est ménagée dans le corps principal (200) afin de séparer la poussière de l'air et qui est dotée d'une portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) à travers laquelle la poussière séparée est évacuée ;
    une chambre de stockage de poussière (335 ; 435 ; 635) qui est dotée d'une portion d'arrivée de poussière (336) à travers laquelle la poussière évacuée de la portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) est introduite ; et
    une unité de montage (240) qui est formée sur le corps principal (200) et sur laquelle la chambre de stockage de poussière (335 ; 435 ; 635) est montée,
    dans lequel la portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) et la portion d'arrivée de poussière (336) entrent en contact l'une avec l'autre par une force d'appui grâce à laquelle la chambre de stockage de poussière (335 ; 435 ; 635) est montée sur l'unité de montage (240), empêchant ainsi l'air de fuir, caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de séparation de poussière (360) est disposée horizontalement sur le corps principal (200).
  2. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    la portion d'arrivée de poussière (336) comprend une première surface de contact (337) dotée d'au moins un orifice d'arrivée de poussière (338) à travers lequel la poussière est introduite ; et
    la portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) comprend une seconde surface de contact (366) dotée d'au moins un orifice d'évacuation de poussière (367) qui est raccordé à l'orifice d'arrivée de poussière (338) afin d'évacuer la poussière.
  3. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la seconde surface de contact (366) de la portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) est disposée à un angle prédéterminé par rapport à une direction dans laquelle la chambre de stockage de poussière (335 ; 435 ; 635) est séparée.
  4. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la seconde surface de contact (366) de la portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) est verticale à une direction dans laquelle la chambre de stockage de poussière (335 ; 435 ; 635) est séparée.
  5. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la seconde surface de contact (366) de la portion d'évacuation de poussière (365) est orientée vers une admission de l'unité de montage (240).
  6. Aspirateur (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre une unité de collecte de poussière (310 ; 410) qui peut être montée sur l'unité de montage (240) et dans laquelle une unité principale de séparation de poussière (320 ; 620) servant à séparer la poussière de l'air introduit dans l'unité de séparation de poussière (320 ; 620) est ménagée.
  7. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'unité de collecte de poussière (310) est dotée d'une chambre principale (331 ; 631) dans laquelle la poussière séparée par l'unité principale de séparation de poussière (320 ; 620) est stockée ; et
    la chambre de stockage de poussières (335 ; 635) est formée solidairement avec l'unité de collecte de poussière (310).
  8. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'unité de collecte de poussière (310) comprend en outre un couvercle supérieur (340) servant à ouvrir et fermer simultanément les parties de dessus de la chambre principale (331) et de la chambre de stockage de poussière (335).
  9. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'unité de collecte de poussière (510) comprend en outre un organe d'ouverture/de fermeture (533) servant à ouvrir et fermer simultanément des parties de fond de la chambre principale (331) et de la chambre de stockage de poussière (535).
  10. Aspirateur (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'unité de collecte de poussière (410) est montée sur l'unité de montage (240) après que la chambre de stockage de poussière (435) est montée sur l'unité de montage (240).
  11. Aspirateur (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel l'unité principale de séparation de poussière (320) est configurée pour séparer la poussière de l'air à l'aide d'un procédé de cyclone.
  12. Aspirateur (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel l'unité principale de séparation de poussière (620) comprend un filtre de collecte de poussière (621).
  13. Aspirateur (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel l'unité de séparation de poussière (360) comprend une pluralité de sous-cyclones (363).
