Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sanitary outlet unit with an outlet fitting, which has a water outlet, wherein for ventilating the water flow, a ventilation device is provided, which is provided in the flow direction at a distance from the water outlet in the outlet fitting and / or in at least one of the water supply lines leading to the outlet fitting.
The outlet nozzle required for mounting the previously known jet regulators determines the shape of sanitary outlet fittings in the area of the valve outlet. However, there is an increasing desire to design unconventional and aesthetically sophisticated outlet fittings.

Es besteht nun die Aufgabe, eine sanitäre Auslaufeinheit der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, die bei der Ausgestaltung ihrer Auslaufarmatur eine größtmögliche Gestaltungsfreiheit bei zumindest gleichbleibender Funktionalität bietetIt is now the task of creating a sanitary outlet unit of the type mentioned above, which offers the greatest possible freedom of design with at least the same functionality in the design of their outlet fitting
The inventive solution to this problem is in the sanitary outlet unit of the type mentioned in particular that the ventilation device is located lower than the water outlet of the outlet fitting in at least one use position and that the ventilation device has at least one one-way vent valve.
Since in the outlet unit according to the invention, the ventilation device is arranged in the flow direction with distance in front of the water outlet and thus since a spatial separation between the water outlet of the outlet fitting on the one hand and the ventilation device can be achieved on the other hand, the ventilation device of the outlet unit according to the invention can also be arranged deeper than the water outlet. Since the ventilation device of the outlet unit according to the invention has at least one one-way vent valve, a 'flowing out of the water at the outlet fitting still in the outlet fitting water is avoided by the ventilation device even if this ventilation device deeper than the water outlet is arranged in the water outlet of the outlet fitting according to the invention, for example, a beam shaping, while on the other hand, the air intake is optionally also the determination of the flow rate is moved to a further upstream point. This spatial separation of the water outlet can be issued even extremely slim, so that without sacrificing functionality in a maximum design freedom in the design of such outlet units is achieved.
A particularly advantageous embodiment according to the invention provides that the outlet fitting has a jet regulator in the region of its water outlet, and that the ventilation device is provided separately from the jet regulator in the outlet fitting and / or in at least one of the water pipes leading to the outlet fitting. In this preferred. Embodiment takes place a spatial separation between the ventilation of the water jet on the one hand and the beam shaping provided in the beam shaping on the other. The beam forming takes place at the water outlet of the Auslaufarmaitur, while the air intake is provided in the flow direction at a distance in front of the water outlet.
In this case, a preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the ventilation device has at least one duck bill or diaphragm valve and / or at least one umbrella or umbrella valve.
In order to optionally obtain a ventilated or non-aerated water jet from the outlet unit according to the invention, it is expedient if the ventilation device can be opened and closed.
In this case, a particularly simple and connected with only little manufacturing effort embodiment according to the invention provides that the ventilation opening of the ventilation device is preceded by a closure lid, which releases the ventilation opening in an open position and sealingly closes the ventilation opening in a closed position.
So that the water jet flowing through the aeration device can suck in the air and entrain it with thorough mixing, it is advantageous if immediately before a mixing zone forming mouth of the air and water supply an acceleration section is interposed in the water supply to accelerate the air to be mixed with the water flow.
In this case, a preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the acceleration section is formed as a cross-sectional constriction of the inflow-side water line to the aeration device.
A better air mixing of the water jet is achieved when the ventilation device is connected downstream, leading the aerated water flow to the inner circumference of the water pipe or the outlet fitting water. In this particularly advantageous embodiment, the water jet emerging from the ventilation device is deliberately directed to the walls of the fitting housing in order to be reflected there and thus to be better swirled.
In this case, a particularly simple and associated with low production cost embodiment according to the invention, that the water supply is designed as a flow direction V-shaped or funnel-shaped leading grid, the grid openings defining guide walls are designed as water guide walls.
The grid openings of the guide grid have a large flow cross-section and are nevertheless able to guide the water jet well with the guide walls delimiting the grid opening, if the grid openings of the guide grid are configured substantially honeycomb-shaped.
It is expedient if the ventilation device as Einsetzpatrone or cartridge is designed, which is inserted into the leading to the water outlet pipe or fitting section.
A preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the cartridge housing of the ventilation device on the inflow side has at least one passage opening, and that the at least one passage opening is designed as an acceleration section.
It is advantageous if the water supply is provided in the region of the housing outlet of the cartridge housing.
The ventilation device can be used particularly well in the fitting housing when the valve outlet of the at least one ventilation valve is arranged in the region between the acceleration section and the housing outlet of the cartridge housing.
In this case, a preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that in the fitting housing at a distance from the water outlet to the light fitting cross-section leading insertion opening is provided, in which the ventilation device is preferably releasably insertable.
An aerating device designed as an insert cartridge or cartridge can be used directly in a cast housing designed in particular as a cast body, if the receptacle for this insert cartridge or cartridge is machined accordingly in the valve body. An advantageous embodiment according to the invention, in contrast, provides that the insertion opening opens into a preferably sleeve-shaped cartridge or cartridge receptacle, the intended for receiving the ventilation device designed as an insert cartridge or cartridge. This sleeve-shaped cartridge or cartridge receptacle can be made for example of a thin-walled sheet metal construction, which is mounted in the valve body of the outlet fitting.
It is possible to provide the ventilation device directly in the fitting housing of the outlet fitting. In addition or instead, the ventilation device can also be arranged in a line adapter which can be interposed in at least one of the water lines leading to an outlet fitting.
The ventilation device can, barely visible, also mount below a washbasin when the ventilation device is arranged in a line adapter, which is interposed in at least one leading to an outlet fitting water pipes.
It is a particular advantage of a arranged in a line adapter ventilation device that the ventilation device can be interposed in the hot water or cold water pipe. If the ventilation device is interposed in the hot water or the cold water line, can be easily seen from the jet pattern, whether it is the water jet flowing out of the outlet fitting to hot or cold water. For example, if an air addition is provided in the hot water line, while the cold water supply is not assigned to a ventilation device, means a crystal clear stream of water that it is cold water, while a highly aerated water jet hot water and a little aerated water jet indicates mixed water. The user can thus detect the approximate temperature state of the effluent from the outlet fitting, water on the basis of the degree of air mixing, for example, based on the turbidity and whitening by the water bubbles.
It may be advantageous if the outlet fitting shower head is formed. Preferred application examples provide that the outlet fitting is designed as a hand and / or kitchen shower.
Normally, such kitchen showers have the option to change the water jet from spray jet to normal jet. By integrating a possibly also closable ventilation device, for example in the shower handle of such a hand or kitchen shower, it is also possible for the user to make the spray jet or the normal beam either with air mixing or without air mixing, so that the possibilities of beam variations doubled by such a ventilation device which adds value to the user.
