Method for manufacturing dishwashers of various widths, more especially in flat-pack design, with housings in which a washing chamber (1a, 1b, 1c) with at least one spraying device is positioned, wherein different operating components, such as a water intake, appliance control and water softening device are mounted on the washing chamber, characterized in that the washing areas of the dishwasher, irrespective of their width, have a first left side part (5) that supports operating components, a second right side part (6) that supports operating components and at least one central part (2) that includes the spraying device, wherein, in each case, left side part (5), right side part (6) and central part (parts) in each dishwasher, irrespective of its width, are realized identically, and that for manufacturing a dishwasher with a larger width, one or more intermediate parts (8, 9) are added between the central part (2) or respectively the central parts (2) and the left and right side parts (5, 6).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that for manufacturing a dishwasher with a smaller width, a central part (2) is provided and in each case a left side part (5) and a right side part (6) is mounted on oppositely situated sides.
  3. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that for manufacturing a dishwasher of medium width, a central part (2) is provided along with an intermediate part (8) on each of the two sides and in each case a left side part (5) and a right side part (6) is mounted on oppositely situated sides.
  4. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that for manufacturing a dishwasher of large width, two central parts (2) are provided, between which is positioned an intermediate element (9) and in each case a left side part (5) and a right side part (6) is mounted on oppositely situated sides.
  5. Method according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the depth of the central part (2), side parts (5, 6) and intermediate parts (8, 9) is identical.
  6. Method according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the central part (2) has a wall element, on which a spray arm bearing (3), a collecting container, one or more filters, a metering device (16) and/or a control means (15) are positioned as operating components.
  7. Method according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that guide rails of a pull-out guide are positioned on each of the side parts (5, 6).
  8. Method according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a water drain, a mains connection and/or a drying system (17) for the washing chamber are mountable in a first side part (5 or 6).
  9. Method according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a salt container (13), a resin container (14) and/or a water intake (12) are positioned in the second side part (5 or 6).
  10. Method according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that central part (2), side parts (5, 6) and intermediate parts (8, 9) are produced from plastics material and/or high-grade steel.
