Description
Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen
Die Erfindung betrifft Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung.
Strahlungsempfindliche Verbindungen, die ggf. Acetophenon als Subgruppierung bzw. polymere Folgeprodukte mit Acetophenongruppierungen enthalten können, werden beschrieben in EP 0 346 788, EP 0 377 199 und DE 102 06 987.
EP 0 346 788 beschreibt ethylenisch ungesättigte, copolymerisierbare, strahlungsempfindliche organische Verbindungen, die mindestens eine (Meth)acrylestergruppe tragen. EP 0 377 199 beschreibt UV- vernetzbare Massen auf Basis von (Meth)acrylester-Copolymerisaten. In DE 102 06 987 werden Vinyletherderivate beschrieben.
In keiner dieser Schriften wird die polymeranaloge Umsetzung von Keton- Aldehydharzen, die Acetophenon enthalten, mittels radikalischer Polymerisation erwähnt.
Keton- Aldehydharze werden in Beschichtungsstoffen z. B. als Additivharze eingesetzt, um bestimmte Eigenschaften wie Glanz, Härte oder Kratzfestigkeit zu verbessern.
Üblicherweise verfügen Keton- Aldehydharze über Hydroxygruppen und können daher nur mit z. B. Polyisocyanaten oder Aminharzen vernetzt werden. Diese Vernetzungsreaktionen werden üblicherweise thermisch eingeleitet bzw. beschleunigt. Weitere funktionelle Gruppen, wie z.B. Amino- und/oder Carboxygruppen können nur durch spezielle Monomere eingefügt werden, die entweder nicht oder nur schwer im industriellen Maßstab erhältlich sind.
Die polymeranaloge Umsetzung von Cyclohexanon-Formaldehydharzen mit Azoverbindungen wird in „Die Angewandte Makromolekulare Chemie, 168 (1989), S. 129 ff." beschrieben. Das Verfahren ist für den industriellen Maßstab aufwendig. Da Azoverbindungen eingesetzt werden, ist die Herstellung mit hohen Sicherheitsauflagen verbunden. Außerdem sind Azoverbindungen thermisch labil, wodurch eine Lagerung aufwändig ist.
In „Journal of Applied Polymer Science, Vol. 72 (1999), S. 927 ff." werden Cyclohexanon- und Acetophenon-Formaldehydharze beschrieben, die durch die Anbindung von 10 Mol-% Benzoin bzw. Benzoinbutylethern photoaktiv werden. Die Synthese ist aufwändig, da sie über zwei Stufen geführt wird, die über 16 h dauern. Ein vollständiger Umsatz ist nicht gewährleistet, so dass flüchtige Bestandteile enthalten sein können. Zudem reduzieren niedermolekulare Anteile das Leistungsprofil hochwertiger Beschichtungen hinsichtlich mechanischer Eigenschaften. Auch werden nur polymeranaloge Umsetzungsprodukte mit Styrol als Monomer beschrieben. Es ist bekannt, dass die Bewitterungseigenschaften von Polymeren, die Styrol enthalten, unzureichend sind.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war die Herstellung von Produkten aus Keton- Aldehydharzen und ungesättigten Monomeren, die neben Carbonyl- und Hydroxygruppen weitere funktionelle Gruppen besitzen und sich durch veränderte Löslichkeitseigenschaften gegenüber den Ausgangsharzen auszeichnen.
Außerdem war es Aufgabe, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung zu entwickeln, mit dessen Hilfe in einfacher Weise oben beschriebene Eigenschaften breit variiert werden können.
Die Produkte sollten für die Verwendung in Beschichtungsstoffen, Klebstoffen, Druckfarben und Tinten, Gelcoats, Polituren, Lasuren, Pigmentpasten, Spachtelmassen, Kosmetikartikeln und/oder Dicht- und Dämmstoffen geeignet sein.
Überraschender Weise konnte diese Aufgabe gemäß den Patentansprüchen gelöst werden, durch polymeranaloge Umsetzung von Keton-Aldehydharzen, die Acetophenon und/oder Derivate des Acetophenons enthalten, mit ungesättigten Monomeren, durch Bestrahlung mittels UV-Licht.
Als Keton-Aldehydharze geeignet sind polymere Reaktionsprodukte aus Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel I und Ketonen der allgemeinen Formel II, ggf. unter Verwendung weiterer Ketone.

Als ungesättigte Monomere geeignet sind alle ungesättigten Monomere, die radikalisch polymerisiert werden können.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind daher polymere Reaktionsprodukte, im Wesentlichen enthaltend das Umsetzungsprodukt aus
A) Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel I
mit R = H, unverzweigter oder verzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, Arylrest
und B) mindestens einem Keton der allgemeinen Formel II
mit R1 = unverzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen
wobei die Reste R3 bis R7 stehen für H, Alkyl, OCH3, OC2H5, Cl, F, COO(C1 - C3-Alkyl), R4 bis R6 zusätzlich für OH, SH
und
C) ggf. einem weiteren CH-aciden Keton sowie
D) mindestens einem ungesättigten Monomer, das radikalisch polymerisieren kann,
für die Verwendung als Hauptkomponente, Basiskomponente oder Zusatzkomponente in Beschichtungsstoffen, Klebstoffen, Druckfarben und Tinten, Gelcoats, Polituren, Lasuren, Pigmentpasten, Spachtelmassen, Kosmetikartikeln und/oder Dicht- und Dämmstoffen.
Als Aldehyd-Komponente A) nach Formel I eignen sich prinzipiell unverzeigte oder verzweigte Aldehyde, wie z. B. Formaldehyd, Benzaldehyd, Acetaldehyd, n-Butyraldehyd und/oder iso- Butyraldehyd, Valerianaldehyd sowie Dodecanal. Im Allgemeinen können alle in der Literatur für Keton-Aldehydharzsynthesen als geeignet genannte Aldehyde eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt werden jedoch Formaldehyd und Benzaldehyd allein oder in Mischungen verwendet.
Das benötigte Formaldehyd wird üblicherweise als ca. 20 bis 40 Gew.-%ige wässrige oder alkoholische (z. B. Methanol oder Butanol) Lösung eingesetzt. Andere Einsatzformen des Formaldehyds wie z. B. auch die Verwendung von para-Formaldehyd oder Trioxan sind ebenfalls möglich.
Beispiele für Ketone B) nach Formel II sind Acetophenon, kernsubstituierte Acetophenonderivate, wie Hydroxy-, Methyl-, Ethyl-, tert.-Butyl-, Cyclohexyl-Acetophenon.
Darüber hinaus können zusätzlich zur Komponente B) weitere Ketone C) in Mischung enthalten sein, wie z.B. Aceton, 4-tert.-Butylmethylketon, Methylnaphthylketon, Hydroxynaphthylketon, Methylethylketon, Heptanon-2, Pentanon-3, Methylisobutylketon, Propiophenon, Cyclopentanon, Cyclododecanon, Mischungen aus 2,2,4- und 2,4,4- Trimethylcyclopentanon, Cycloheptanon und Cyclooctanon, Cyclohexanon und alle alkylsubstituierten Cyclohexanone mit einem oder mehreren Alkylresten, die insgesamt 1 bis 8 Kohlenwasserstoffatome aufweisen, einzeln oder in Mischung. Als Beispiele alkylsubstituierter Cyclohexanone können 4-tert.-Amylcyclohexanon, 2-sek.-Butylcyclohexanon, 2-tert.- Butylcyclohexanon, 4-tert.-Butylcyclohexanon, 2-Methylcyclohexanon und 3,3,5- Trimethylcyclohexanon genannt werden.
Benzoin bzw. Alkylether wie z.B. Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, iso-Butylether des Benzoin können als Komponente C) im untergeordetem Maß bis max. 9,9 Mol-% bezogen auf die Ketonkomponente verwendet werden.
Im Allgemeinen können aber alle in der Literatur für Keton- und Keton- Aldehydharzsynthesen als geeignet genannte Ketone, in der Regel alle CH-aciden Ketone, als zusätzliches Keton C) eingesetzt werden.
Bevorzugt werden Umsetzungsprodukte aus Formaldehyd und/oder Benzaldehyd mit Acetophenon, Hydroxy-, Methyl-, tert.-Butyl- und /oder Cyclohexyl-Acetophenon sowie ggf. 4-tert.-Butylmethylketon, Cyclohexanon, 4-tert.-Butylcyclohexanon, 3,3,5-Trimethylcyclo- hexanon und/oder Heptanon.
Die Synthese der Polymere aus den Komponenten A), B) und ggf. C) erfolgt in einer Kondensationsreaktion in literaturbekannter Weise in basischem Milieu (Dieter Stoye, Werner Freitag, Lackharze, Chemie, Eigenschaften und Anwendungen, Carl Hanser Verlag, München, Wien, 1996, S. 164 ff.; US-PS 2 540 885; US-PS 2 540 886; DE-PS 11 55 909; DL-PS 12 433; DE-PS- 13 00 256; DE-PS 12 56 898; DE 33 24 287; DE 103 38 580.0; EP 0 007 106; DE 12 65 415).
Reaktionsbedingungen : Lösemittel:
Die Reaktion kann unter Verwendung eines Hilfslösemittels durchgeführt werden. Als geeignet haben sich Alkohole wie z. B. Methanol oder Ethanol erwiesen. Es ist auch möglich, als Hilfslösemittel wasserlösliche Ketone wie z. B. Methylethylketon oder Aceton einzusetzen, die dann in das Harz mit einreagieren.
Basen:
Zur Herstellung der erfindungszugrundeliegenden Produkte aus A), B) und ggf. C) werden 0,05 bis 10 Mol-% (bezogen auf das eingesetzte Keton) mindestens einer Base verwendet. Bevorzugt sind (Metall)hydroxide wie z.B. Hydroxide der Kationen NH4, Li, Na, K. Besonders bevorzugt wird Kalium- und/oder Natriumhydroxid eingesetzt.
Verhältnis Keton zur Aldchydkomponcntc:
Das Verhältnis zwischen der Ketonkomponente (Summe B)+C)) und der Aldehydkomponente
A) kann variieren zwischen 1 zu 0,9 bis 1 zu 4. Bevorzugt wird jedoch ein Keton/Aldehydverhältnis von 1 zu 1 bis 1 zu 2,5. Die Ketonkomponente und die Aldehydkomponente können in reiner Form oder in Lösemitteln, wie oben genannt, oder wässrig, zugegeben werden. Besonders bevorzugt ist, dass eine wässrige oder alkoholische Formaldehydlösung, Trioxan und/oder Paraformaldehyd und / oder Benzaldehyd eingesetzt wird.
Verhältnis Keton B) zur Komponente C):
Bezogen auf die Gesamtsumme der eingesetzten Ketone B) und C) kann die Ketonkomponente
B) im Bereich von 10 bis 100 Mol-%, bevorzugt zwischen 20 bis 100 Mol-%, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 25 und 100 Mol-% enthalten sein. Die Ketonkomponente C) kann eingesetzt werden im Bereich von 0 bis 90 Mol-%, bevorzugt 0 bis 80 Mol-%, besonders bevorzugt 0 bis 75 Mol-%.
Durch die Art und das Verhältnis der Komponenten zueinander lassen sich in einfacher Weise Eigenschaften, wie z.B. Löslichkeitseigenschaften in unterschiedlich polaren Lösemitteln, Verträglichkeiten zu weiteren Rohstoffen, Erweichungsbereiche, Glasübergangstemperaturen oder weitere Funktionalitäten wie z.B. OH-Gruppen variieren.
Die Reaktionsprodukte aus A), B) und ggf. C) werden polymeranalog mit der Komponente D) durch Bestrahlung mittels UV-Licht umgesetzt.
Als Komponente D) sind generell alle ungesättigten Monomere geeignet, die radikalisch polymerisiert werden können.
Bevorzugt verwendet werden Malein-, Fumarsäure, Acrylsäure und/oder Methacrylsäure, C1- C4o-Alkylester und/oder Cycloalkylester der Methacrylsäure und/oder Acrylsäure, Hydroxyalkylacrylate und/oder Hydroxyalkylmethacrylate, Glycidylmethacrylat, Glycidylacrylat, 1,2-Epoxybutylacrylat, 1,2-Epoxybutylmethacrylat, 2,3-
Epoxycyclopentylacrylat, 2,3-Epoxycyclopentylmethacrylat, acrylierte Polyether, allein oder in
Mischung, wobei auch Styrol und/oder dessen Derivate im untergeordneten Maß zugegen sein können. Es können auch die analogen Amide verwendet werden.
Darüber hinaus geeignet sind (Meth)acryloylchlorid, (Meth)acryloylisocyanat, α,α-Dimethyl-3- isopropenylbenzylisocyanat, (Meth)acrylalkylisocyanat mit Alkylspacern, die über ein bis 12, bevorzugt 2 bis 8, besonders bevorzugt 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome verfugen, wie z. B. Methacrylethylisocyanat, Methacrylbutylisocyanat.
Es können auch Di-, Tri- und/oder Tetraacrylate als Komponente D) verwendet werden, wobei dann verzweigte Produkte gebildet werden. Beispiele sind Di- (DPGDA) oder Tripropylenglykoldiacrylat (TPGDA), Hexandioldiacrylat (HDDA), Trimethylolpropan- triacrylat, wobei alle in der Literatur für radikalische Reaktionen als geeignet genannte höherfunktionelle Acrylate verwendet werden können.
Das Verhältnis aus dem Umsetzungsprodukt aus A), B) und ggf. C) und den ungesättigten Monomeren D) kann variieren zwischen 99 zu 1 bis 1 zu 99, bevorzugt, 99 zu 1 bis 20 zu 80, besonders bevorzugt 99 zu 1 bis 40 zu 60 Masse-%.
Es können auch verschiedene Umsetzungsprodukte aus A), B) und ggf. C) mit den ungesättigten Monomeren D) polymeranalog zur Reaktion gebracht werden.
Die erfindungsrelevanten Reaktionsprodukte aus den Komponenten A), B) und ggf. C) sowie D) besitzen je nach Art und Verhältnis der Komponenten zueinander
• Schmelzbereiche zwischen 0 und 200 °C, bevorzugt 30 und 150 °C, besonders bevorzugt 40 und 125 °C,
• mittlere Molekulargewichte von 300 bis 100 000, bevorzugt von 400 bis 10 000, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 500 bis 5 000 g/mol,
• Farbzahlen (nach Gardner, 50 % in Ethylacetat) kleiner 7, bevorzugt kleiner 5, besonders bevorzugt kleiner 3, • OH-Zahlen zwischen 0 und 250 mg KOH/g, bevorzugt zwischen 0 und 200 mg KOH/g.
• Säurezahlen zwischen 0 und 250 mg KOH/g, bevorzugt zwischen 0 und 200 mg KOH/g.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von polymeren Reaktionsprodukten, im Wesentlichen enthaltend das Umsetzungsprodukt aus
A) Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel I
mit R = H, unverzweigter oder verzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, Arylrest
und B) mindestens einem Keton der allgemeinen Formel II
mit R1 = unverzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und R2 =
wobei die Reste R3 bis R7 stehen fiir H, Alkyl, OCH3, OC2H5, Cl, F, COO(Ci - C3-Alkyl), R4 bis R6 zusätzlich fiir OH, SH
und
C) ggf. einem weiteren CH-aciden Keton
sowie
D) mindestens einem ungesättigten Monomer, das radikalisch polymerisieren kann,
wobei das Umsetzungsprodukt aus A), B) und ggf. C) mit der Komponente D) gemischt und im Anschluss bevorzugt in Inertgasatmosphäre mittels UV-Licht-Bestrahlung zur Reaktion gebracht wird.
Die Herstellung der erfindungszugrundeliegenden Harze erfolgt in der Schmelze oder in Lösung eines geeigneten, organischen Lösemittels.
Die Reaktion kann ggf. beschleunigt werden durch den Zusatz von Photosensibilisatoren als Katalysatoren, wie z.B. tertiären Aminen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird zu der Lösung oder Schmelze des Umsetzungsproduktes aus A), B) und ggf. C) die Komponente D), ggf. in Anwesenheit eines geeigneten Katalysators, gegeben. Sodann erfolgt die Bestrahlung mit geeigneter Strahlung bevorzugt in Inertgasatmosphäre.
Das gegebenenfalls enthaltene Lösemittel kann, falls gewünscht, nach beendeter Reaktion abgetrennt werden, wobei dann in der Regel ein Pulver oder eine Schmelze des erfindungsgemäßen Produktes erhalten wird.
Durch den Einsatz von polymerisierbaren Säuren, wie z.B. Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Fumarsäure und/oder Maleinsäure werden Polymere erhalten, die nach Neutralisation mit geeigneten Neutralisationsmitteln unverseifbar und wasserverdünnbar sind. Wasserverdünnbarkeit kann ebenfalls durch Verwendung von z.B. Polyether-Gruppen, Sulfonat-Gruppen- und / oder Amino-Gruppen-tragenden Monomeren, ggf. nach Neutralisation mit einem geeigneten Neutralisationsmittel, erreicht werden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Produkte als Hauptkomponente, Basiskomponente oder Zusatzkomponente in Beschichtungsstoffen, Klebstoffen, Druckfarben und Tinten, Gelcoats, Polituren, Lasuren, Pigmentpasten, Spachtelmassen, Kosmetikartikeln und/oder Dicht- und Dämmstoffen.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass Anteile zwischen 5 und 80 Masse-%, bevorzugt zwischen 10 und 70 Masse-%, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 15 und 60 Masse-% bezogen auf die Gesamtformulierung vorteilhaft sind.
Dabei hat sich auch herausgestellt, dass die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte breit verträglich zu unterschiedlichen Rohstoffen sind und sich leicht einarbeiten lassen.
Die Beschichtungsstoffe, Klebstoffe, Druckfarben und Tinten, Gelcoats, Polituren, Lasuren, Pigmentpasten, Spachtelmassen, Kosmetikartikel und/oder Dicht- und Dämmstoffe können auch Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe wie zum Beispiel Inhibitoren, Wasser und/oder organische Lösemittel, Neutralisationsmittel, grenzflächenaktive Substanzen, Sauerstoff- und/oder Radikalfänger, Katalysatoren, Lichtschutzmittel, Farbaufheller, Thixotropiermittel, Hautverhinderungsmittel, Entschäumer, Antistatika, Eindickungsmittel, thermoplastische Additive, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, Brandschutzausrüstungen, interne Trennmitteln, Füllstoffe und/oder Treibmittel, enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte verbessern insbesondere den Glanz, den Verlauf sowie die Härte von Beschichtungsstoffen, Klebstoffen, Druckfarben und Tinten, Gelcoats, Polituren,
Lasuren, Pigmentpasten, Spachtelmassen, Kosmetikartikeln und/oder Dicht- und Dämmstoffen. Zum Teil wird auch eine verbesserte Haftung beobachtet.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die gemachte Erfindung weiter erläutern aber nicht ihren Anwendungsbereich beschränken:
Beispiele
Beispiel 1: Herstellung der Reaktionsprodukte
600 g Acetophenon, 108 ml Methanol, 200 g Cavasol W 7 M (methyliertes ß- Cyclodextrinderivat, Wacker, Burghausen) und 180 g Formalin (30 %ig in Wasser) werden vorgelegt und unter Rühren im Dreihalskolben in Stickstoffatmosphäre auf 50 °C erwärmt. 16 g 25 %ige Natronlauge werden zugegeben, wobei sich das Reaktionsgemisch auf 70 °C erwärmt. In 90 min werden 33O g Formalin (30 %ig in Wasser) zugegeben, sodann auf 95 °C geheizt und das Reaktionsgemisch 5 h unter Rückfluss gehalten.
Die wässrige Phase wird von der Harzphase getrennt, das Harz mit Wasser bei 100 °C neutral gewaschen und bis 150 °C im Vakuum von flüchtigen Bestandteilen befreit.
Es wird ein gelbliches, klares und sprödes Harz erhalten, das 50 %ig löslich ist in Methylethylketon, Aceton, Ethylacetat und Xylol und einen Erweichungspunkt von 48 °C besitzt. Die Farbzahl nach Gardner einer 50 %igen Lösung in Ethylacetat beträgt 2,2. Die OH- Zahl ist unter 10 mg KOH/g.
Das hergestellte Harz wird im Verhältnis 1 zu 4 mit Hydroxyethylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat im Verhältnis von 1:1 gemischt. Durch Bestrahlung in Inertgasatmosphäre steigt das mittlere Molekulargewicht nach Abtrennung der flüchtigen Bestandteile von ca. 700 g-mol"1 auf ca. 2 250 g-mol"1. Die OH-Zahl beträgt 137 mg KOH/g.
Anwendungsbeispiel 10 g des Umsetzungsproduktes aus Beispiel 1 werden in 10 ml Butylacetat gelöst und es werden 5 g Vestanat IPDI (Degussa AG) sowie 0,1 g Dibutylzinndilaurat zugesetzt.
Die Lösung wird mit einem Ziehrahmen auf eine Glasplatte appliziert und 60 min bei 120°C gelagert. Der zuvor lösliche Film ist nicht mehr löslich in Butylacetat.
Claims
1. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen, bestehend aus polymeren Reaktionsprodukten hergestellt aus
A) Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel I
mit R = H, unverzweigter oder verzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlen¬ stoffatomen, Arylrest
und
B) mindestens einem Keton der allgemeinen Formel II
mit R1 = unverzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und R2 =
wobei die Reste R3 bis R7 stehen für H, Alkyl, OCH3, OC2H5, Cl, F, COO(C1 - C3-
Alkyl),
R4 bis R6 zusätzlich für OH, SH und
C) ggf. einem weiteren CH-aciden Keton
sowie
D) mindestens einem ungesättigten Monomer, das radikalisch polymerisieren kann.
2. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Aldehydkomponente A) Formaldehyd, Benzaldehyd, Acetaldehyd, n-Butyraldehyd und/oder iso-Butyraldehyd, Valerianaldehyd sowie Dodecanal allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden.
3. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Ketonkomponente B) Acetophenon und kernsubstituierte Acetophenonderivate allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden.
4. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als kernsubstituierte Acetophenonderivate Hydroxy-, Methyl-, Ethyl-, tert.-Butyl- oder Cyclohexyl-Acetophenon allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden.
5. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weitere CH-acide-Ketonkomponente unter C) Aceton, 4-tert.-Butylmethylketon, Methylnaphthylketon, Hydroxynaphthylketon, Methylethylketon, Heptanon-2, Pentanon- 3, Methylisobutylketon, Propiophenon, Cyclopentanon, Cyclododecanon, Mischungen aus 2,2,4- und 2,4,4-Trimethylcyclopentanon, Cycloheptanon, Cyclooctanon, Cyclohexanon und alle alkylsubstituierten Cyclohexanone mit einem oder mehreren Alkylresten, die insgesamt 1 bis 8 Kohlenwasserstoffatome aufweisen, allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden.
6. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als alkylsubstituierte Cyclohexanone 4-tert.-Amylcyclohexanon, 2-sek.-Butylcyclo- hexanon, 2-tert.-Butylcyclohexanon, 4-tert.-Butylcyclohexanon, 2-Methylcyclohexanon und 3,3,5-Trimethylcyclohexanon allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden.
7. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach Anspruch 1, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bis maximal 9,9 Mol-% der CH-aciden-Ketonkomponente C) durch Benzoin oder Alkylether des Benzoins ersetzt werden können.
8. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente D) ungesättigte Monomere verwendet werden, die radikalisch polymerisiert werden können.
9. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente D) Malein-, Fumarsäure, Acrylsäure und/oder Methacrylsäure, C1- C40-Alkylester und/oder Cycloalkylester der Methacrylsäure und/oder Acrylsäure, Hydroxyalkylacrylate und/oder Hydroxyalkylmethacrylate, Glycidylmethacrylat, Glycidylacrylat, 1,2-Epoxybutylacrylat, 1,2-Epoxybutylmethacrylat, 2,3-
Epoxycyclopentylacrylat, 2,3-Epoxycyclopentylmethacrylat, acrylierte Polyether allein oder in Mischung eingesetzt werden, wobei auch Styrol und/oder dessen Derivate sowie die analogen Amide verwendet werden.

Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente D) (Meth)acryloylchlorid, (Meth)acryloylisocyanat, α,α-Dimethyl-3- isopropenylbenzylisocyanat, (Meth)acrylalkylisocyanat mit Alkylspacern, die über ein bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome verfugen, wie Methacrylethylisocyanat, Methacrylbutylisocyanat allein oder in Mischung verwendet werden.
11. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Di-, Tri- und/oder Tetraacrylate als Komponente D) verwendet werden.
12. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente D) Di- (DPGDA) Tripropylenglykoldiacrylat (TPGDA), Hexandioldiacrylat (HDDA) oder Trimethylolpropantriacrylat verwendet werden.
13. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis aus dem Umsetzungsprodukt aus A), B) und ggf. C) und den ungesättigten Monomeren D) variiert zwischen 99 zu 1 bis 1 zu 99 Masse-%.
14. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die polymeren Reaktionsprodukte aus den Komponenten A), B) und ggf. C) sowie D)
• Schmelzbereiche zwischen 0 und 200 °C,
• mittlere Molekulargewichte von 300 bis 100 000 g/mol, • Farbzahlen (nach Gardner, 50 % in Ethylacetat) kleiner 7,
• OH-Zahlen zwischen 0 und 250 mg KOH/g,
• Säurezahlen zwischen 0 und 250 mg KOH/g, besitzen.
15. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Ketonkomponenten (Summe B) und C)) zur Aldehydkomponente 1 zu 0,9 bis 1 zu 4 beträgt.
16. Produkte aus polymeranalogen Umsetzungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ketonkomponente B), bezogen auf die Gesamtsumme der eingesetzten Ketonkomponenten (Summe B) und C)), 10 bis 100 mol% beträgt.
17. Verfahren zur Herstellung von polymeren Reaktionsprodukten, im Wesentlichen enthaltend das Umsetzungsprodukt aus
A) Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel I
mit R = H, unverzweigter oder verzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen,
Arylrest
und B) mindestens einem Keton der allgemeinen Formel II
mit R1 = unverzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und R2 =
wobei die Reste R3 bis R7 stehen für H, Alkyl, OCH3, OC2H5, Cl, F, COO(C1 - C3-Alkyl), R4 bis R6 zusätzlich fiir OH, SH
und
C) ggf. einem weiteren CH-aciden Keton
sowie
D) mindestens einem ungesättigten Monomer, das radikalisch polymerisieren kann,
wobei das Umsetzungsprodukt aus A), B) und ggf. C) mit der Komponente D) gemischt und im Anschluss bevorzugt in Inertgasatmosphäre, ggf. in Anwesenheit eines geeigneten
Katalysators, mittels UV-Licht-Bestrahlung zur Reaktion gebracht wird.
18. Verfahren zur Herstellung von polymeren Reaktionsprodukten nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzungsprodukte aus A), B) und ggf. C) in Gegenwart einer Base hergestellt werden.
19. Verfahren zur Herstellung von polymeren Reaktionsprodukten nach den Ansprüchen 17 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzungsprodukte aus A), B) und ggf. C) in der Schmelze oder in Lösung eines geeigneten Lösemittels mit der Komponente D) umgesetzt werden.
20. Verwendung der polymeren Reaktionsprodukte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, als Hauptkomponente, Basiskomponente oder Zusatzkomponente in Beschichtungsstoffen, Klebstoffen, Druckfarben und Tinten, Gelcoats, Polituren, Lasuren, Pigmentpasten, Spachtelmassen, Kosmetikartikeln und/oder Dicht- und Dämmstoffen.
21. Verwendung der polymeren Reaktionsprodukte nach Anspruch 20, wobei zusätzlich Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, Inhibitoren, Wasser und/oder organische Lösemittel, Neutralisationsmittel, grenzflächenaktive Substanzen, Sauerstoff- und/oder Radikalfänger, Katalysatoren, Lichtschutzmittel, Farbaufheller, Thixotropiermittel, Hautverhinderungsmittel, Entschäumer, Antistatika, Eindickungsmittel, thermoplastische Additive, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, Brandschutzausrüstungen, interne Trennmittel, Füllstoffe und/oder Treibmittel allein oder in Kombination enthalten sein können.
