Claims (6)
- Motorised suspension system (A) for sliding panels intended to be fastened onto a fixed support, comprising at least:- a rail (5) mounted on a bracket (2, 4) which can be fastened onto the fixed support and including a removable strip (18) covering the front part of the suspension system (A), the said bracket (2, 4) and the rail (5) forming integral parts of a single profile (1), the said profile (1) also including means of click fitting (9, 10) which match complementary means of click fitting (24, 25) in the said strip (18) allowing the fitting and removal of the strip (18), the said profile (1) and the strip (18) being fitted with complementary means (11, 19, 20) preventing the strip (18) from coming off accidentally;- a compact modular assembly (29) for driving the said sliding panel, comprising a motor (30) supplied with low voltage power via grouping box (31) including, among other things, a device for supplying and transforming the mains voltage into a low voltage, whose driving of the said motor (30) is transferred to a transmission pulley (36) via a transmission and motor torque reduction / amplification box (35), which box (35) is integral, removable or fixed, with the motor (30) and including a non-removable fixed means of connecting it to the said rail (5); the said compact modular assembly (29) being autonomous and small in size so that it can be concealed inside the fixed structures of an application with at least one sliding panel, the said modular assembly (29) comprising at once the motor module (30) supplied with 6 volt low voltage power, a module with a standard transmission box (32) and the grouping box module (31) containing the mains and backup power supply devices, mechanical, electrical and/or electronic devices for commanding managing and controlling, the said modules (30, 31, 32) being interconnected and joined to each other, interchangeable and reversible for the two first modules (30, 31) in relation to the third module (32), to form a single unit with a single, interchangeable connecting (37) and fastening device (6) to the fixed structure of the motorised suspension system (A) for sliding panels, formed by the profile (1); the said profile (1) being made up of a first flat part (2) designed to be in contact with the fixed support, a second part (4) which projects out of the said support, the first and the second parts forming the bracket (4) and a third part forming the suspension rail (5) integral at least with the-second part (4) of the profile (1);- the third part (5) forming the rail being also integral with the first part (2) by a horizontal side wall (8), the profile (1) including an incision (38) at least one centimetre in length made at the end of the said profile (1), perpendicular to the connecting device (37), in the horizontal wall (8) and in the substantially horizontal wall of the second part of the bracket (4) opposite the wall (8) to reduce the effect of the noise generated when the said system (A) is operated (A).
- Motorised suspension system (A) according to claim 1, in which one of the ends of the strip (18) forms the enclosure of the compact modular drive unit (29), the module (29) including the interconnections (34") and the connections (34, 34') which are made with cables crimped in the casings of the modules (30, 31, 32) whose ends are fitted with connectors featuring foolproof means to ensure reliable, certain connections with no risk of inversion or confusion.
- Motorised suspension system (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the third part (5) is fitted with click fitting means (9, 10) and the upper end of the first part (2) features a projection (11) towards the outside of the wall in an L shape intended to collaborate with two folded projections (19, 20) of the strip (18) to close the complementary means and prevent the said strip coming off accidentally.
- Motorised suspension system (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the lateral ends of the support profile (1) are closed by two plates (26) fastened by male fasteners (27) and the profile (1) and the strip (18) feature cylindrical or C-shaped housings (12, 13, 14, 21,22, 23) to engage the said fasteners (27).
- Motorised suspension system (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the compact modular unit (29) whose external dimensions (L, W, H) and therefore its volume enter into a volume substantially larger forming a box (28), formed by the width (W') and the height (H') of the section of the said rail (5) of the profile (1) forming a fixed structure as well as by the length (L') constituted by that of the excess of the strip (18) forming a decorative cover and protruding from the end of the said profile (1).
- Use of a motorised suspension system (A) according to one of the preceding claims among other applications to operate sliding shutters.
