  3. The earth-neutral collector according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the movable part (26) of the accessory (24) is fitted movable in rotation with respect to the fixed part (25).
  4. The earth-neutral collector according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises means for indicating (35) the closed or open state of the accessory (24).
  5. The earth-neutral collector according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the terminal blocks (7,9) are of modular type and comprise at least one input terminal, the input terminals of one of the terminal blocks being respectively separated from the input terminals of a consecutive block by a distance corresponding to the distance between two consecutive comb teeth.
  6. The earth-neutral collector according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the above-mentioned second input terminals (21,37) of the above-mentioned link terminal blocks (20,38) are designed to respectively receive an earth comb tooth and a neutral comb tooth.
  7. The earth-neutral collector according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that each terminal block (7,9) comprises two input connection terminals (14,15), respectively a first terminal and a second terminal, and in that each earth or neutral supply comb comprises two bars (47,48), one (47) of the bars being designed to be electrically connected to the first terminals (14) of the terminal blocks (7,9) whereas the other bar (48) is designed to be connected to the above-mentioned second terminals (15) of said blocks.
  8. The earth-neutral collector according to claim 7, characterized in that it comprises two connection modules called link modules (20,38) each comprising four input terminals (21,21 a,22,22a,36,36a,37,37a), two of the input terminals (21,21 a,37,37a) being designed to be connected to said bars (47,48) and two other input terminals (22,22a,36,36a) being designed to be connected to said accessory (24).
  9. The earth-neutral collector according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that said accessory (24) operates in conjunction with said
    interface (4) and the door of the electric cabinet so as to prevent closing of the cabinet in the open position of the accessory (24).
