Aus der US-A-4,965,918 Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 ist ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Behandeln von textilen Warenbahnen bekannt. Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Vorrichtung zum Lockern von textilen Materialbahnen, mit welcher die Amplitude und Frequenz der Rüttelbewegungen auf einfache Weise ein- und verstellbar ist.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, während des Lockerungsprozesses die Materialbahn thermisch zu bearbeiten, d.h. zu kühlen oder zu beheizen und/oder eine Befeuchtung oder Trocknung durchführen zu können.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen gemäss dem Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen näher umschrieben.
Es gelingt durch gleichzeitiges Zuführen von Luft durch Düsen an sich gegenüberliegenden Stellen der Materialbahn und durch Absaugen oder Entweichenlassen der zugeführten Luft in einem benachbarten Bereich zur Luftzuführung die Materialbahn zwischen den Trumen eines Transportbandpaares in Schwingung zu versetzen. Dabei wird die Materialbahn zwischen den beiden Trumen hin und her geschleudert.
