Definitions

  • the invention relates to an elevator assembly as described for example in the document EP-A-1,260,480 .
  • lifting assembly is meant a lifting device in which a platform is adapted to have different heights on a mast, allowing a vertical movement of a load.
  • an elevator assembly may be an elevator, a freight elevator, a rack platform, etc.
  • the invention relates to a driving unit of the elevator assembly, fulfilling a driving function and a guiding function of the platform along the mast.
  • the invention also relates to a geared motor which can in particular be integrated in a power unit of a lift assembly.
  • the invention also relates to a power unit provided with a braking regulator device.
  • Said device finds particular applications on elevators provided with two masts, and two motor units for up and down simultaneously along two masts, so as to move a platform mounted between the two masts.
  • the invention finds applications, inter alia, in the field of construction, for example on construction sites.
  • An object of the invention is to provide a power unit capable of raising and guiding various lifting devices along a mast.
  • the elevating devices may be different in the sense that the trays have different weights and dimensions, but also in the sense that the same tray may require different guidance and driving functions according to the needs of a user.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a geared motor, which can be mounted in a power unit of a lift assembly, said power unit being able to reduce the forces in the guides and the reactions on the mast carrying the unit. driving.
  • Such a power unit may be particularly advantageous in the case where the platform carried by the power unit extends overhang on the rack mast.
  • the scaffolding comprises an elevator assembly.
  • the elevator assembly is provided with at least one rack mast.
  • the mast can be mounted as and when the elevation of the building or the structural work completed.
  • a motorized platform can move vertically along the rack mast, and thus have different heights on said mast.
  • the platform is powered by a power unit comprising at least one engine block and at least two roller boxes. The power unit is guided on the rack mast.
  • the platform is attached to the drive unit which raises it and guides it along said rack mast.
  • the motor units currently known are monoblocks. By monobloc means that the engine block, completing the motor function, and the roller box, fulfilling the guiding function, form a single set.
  • the drive function can not be individualized from the guidance function.
  • this monobloc power unit has a specific structure that changes depending on the platform to be raised and the rack-and-pinion along which it is guided. Indeed, the size of a tray of an elevator, a work platform, a freight elevator or a material hoist is not the same. Each of these lift assemblies must therefore be arranged differently relative to the mast on the one hand and to the power unit on the other hand.
  • the load plate of said hoist is secured to a rack mast via a drive unit.
  • a pan of the mast carrying the rack is directed outwardly with respect to the construction along which the hoist is mounted, and extends in a plane parallel to a plane of the construction.
  • the load plate is hooked on a side face of the power unit, i.e. the power unit is located next to the load plate.
  • the load plate can not be on the side of the face receiving the motors because of the congestion of the latter and the need for the load plate down as close as possible to the ground.
  • the platform of said elevator is secured to a rack mast, via a different drive unit.
  • the pan of the mast carrying the rack is directed outward with respect to the construction along which the elevator is mounted, but extends in a plane perpendicular to a plane of the construction.

  • the drawer arrangement 906 allows some clearance of the platform 91 relative to the lower roller boxes 902. Indeed, opposed ends 907 and 908 of a drawer located in a roller box 902 are in contact with each other. mechanical connection with ends of the platform 91. Also, when a first end 907 of the drawer out of the housing, the second end 908 of said drawer, it enters said housing, by an opposite end of the housing.

  • the shaft 910 is rotatably mounted within the housing 911.
  • a first end of the housing 911 is closed by a first cover 912 fixed to the housing 911.
  • a second end is closed by a second cover 915.
  • the shaft 910 enters the housing 911 through an orifice 913 formed on the first cover 912.
  • a free end 914 of the shaft 910, opposite a rotatably driven end (not shown) is secured to the second cover 915.
  • the shaft 910 is held in position in the orifice 913 by a retaining ring 916 and springs 917, the springs 917 being integral on the one hand with the retaining ring 916 and on the other hand with an inner face 918 of the first cover 912.
  • the braking device 905 is also provided with two pads 920 intended to be applied against the inner wall of the cylinder 911. A friction of the pads 920 against said wall makes it possible to slow down, or even to stop, the rotation of the cylinder 911.
  • the platform 91 descends askew.
  • a cross-position of the platform 91 allows the drawers 906 of the two drive units 900 and 901 to move in translation in their respective housing.
  • the drawer of the lower power unit 900 or 901 actuates, by moving, a connecting rod which, via a rotating arm, presses a disk 923 of the braking regulator device 906 against the second cover 915
  • the disk 923 is fixed in rotation.
  • the cover 923 is provided with tabs 925 capable of being housed in housings 924 formed in the casing 911.
  • the tabs 925 extend radially outwardly on said cover 923.
  • the cover 923 being applied towards the housing 911, the tabs 925 are inserted into the housings 924.
  • the cover 923 being fixed in rotation, it then prevents rotation of the cylindrical housing 911.
