Description

The invention relates to a device for separating spatial regions of a room according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a device is DE 297 23 233 U1 refer to.

Are performed in buildings craft activities such as renovation and repair work, the work area is often separated from other areas of a room, apartment o. The like., To prevent unimpeded spreading of the resulting dust in the craft activities and dirt and the cleaning effort after completion to reduce the work.

From the U.S. Patent 5,924,469 a device for separating room areas of a room is known. The known device has a base element and a head piece, wherein a receptacle for fixing a rod is provided at one end of the base element. The header is attached to the opposite end of the base member and has a fastener for fixing a foil or panel. The head piece can be inserted against the spring force of a spring means in the base element. To separate room areas of a room, the device is first attached to the end of a bar, the bar together with the device having a length which is slightly larger than the distance between the floor and the ceiling of the room. Subsequently, a foil or fabric web is attached to the free end of the head piece and placed the rod together with the device between the floor and ceiling of the room, so that the film or fabric web is pressed by the spring force of the spring means against the ceiling. In general, it is necessary for the separation of room areas of a room to set up several supports in the manner described above.

A disadvantage of the known device is that a certain "sagging" of the film or fabric between the headers of two adjacent columns can not be prevented, so that there form gaps between the film or fabric and the ceiling of the room through which In particular, fine dusts can enter the adjacent room area unhindered can. Other gaps can form in the known separation between the walls and the film or fabric, which loosely hung down there, held by the outer supports. In particular, where the supports can not be placed in close proximity to the wall, gaps between the foil or fabric and the wall can not be prevented. Ultimately, by such a separation only coarse dirt, but not fine dust, which settles only slowly, be withheld.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device of the type mentioned above, which allows an improved separation of spatial areas of a room against dust and dirt.

The above object is achieved according to the invention in a device of the type mentioned by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.

The telescoping ceiling rail sections of the ceiling rail, which can be pushed into one another and slide against one another, make it possible to adjust the ceiling rail precisely to the width of the ceiling and accordingly to clamp a foil for separating room areas over the entire distance between two walls of a room in the immediate vicinity of the ceiling. Due to this, sagging of the film and thus formation of gaps between the film and the ceiling can be prevented. With the device according to the invention at the same time a support of the film into the corner between the ceiling and wall is possible, so that even in the area of the walls, the risk of splitting can be reduced. Finally, the device according to the invention, by the gap-free attachment of a foil to the ceiling and the walls of the room, makes it possible to separate areas of space dust-tight from one another. Contamination by dust, dirt or the like can therefore be limited to one of the separated space areas.

In an alternative device it is provided that adjacent ceiling rail parts of the ceiling rail are each firmly connected to each other via at least one connecting means. Also over different lengths Connecting means can make an exact adjustment and adjustment of the length of the ceiling rail to the width of the ceiling. In addition, it is also possible to provide differently long ceiling rail parts, which are then assembled if necessary, until the width of the ceiling results at least approximately. Again, the individual ceiling rail parts are then connected together, so that there is a uniform ceiling rail.

In the context of the device according to the invention, a film is understood to mean any planar piece of a plastic film, a textile, a fleece or a fabric which can be stretched to separate room regions of a room by using supports, frames and other fastening means. It is irrelevant whether the film material is made of natural or synthetic fibers. However, preference is given in principle to those materials which are impermeable to air, but in any case impermeable to the dusts to be retained by the separation of spatial regions. In addition, it may be advantageous if the materials are transparent.

For supporting the ceiling rail in the immediate vicinity of the ceiling, at least one support rail is provided in the device according to the invention, which has at least two support rail parts, wherein adjacent support rail parts are preferably inserted into one another and mutually extendable. This design of the support rail, it is ultimately possible to adjust the height of the support rail to the ceiling height of the room. In order to allow a simple and rapid separation of spatial areas while ensuring the concerns of the ceiling rail on the ceiling, it is generally preferred to provide two support rails for supporting the ceiling rail.

In addition to the at least one support rail, a floor rail having at least two floor rail parts may be provided for resting on the floor. It is also expedient if adjacent floor rail parts are inserted into one another and against each other extendable. In this way, a fixation of the film used for the separation both along the ceiling and along the floor, and done over the entire width of the separated space area. In this case, the rail parts of the corresponding rail are pulled against each other just enough so that the rail ends abut against the opposite walls.

In a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention it is provided that the ceiling rail, the two support rails and the bottom rail in the assembled state form a circumferential rectangular frame, wherein the outer support rails rest respectively on the room walls. The rectangular frame can thus be mounted in such a way that the sheet stretched along the frame bears against both the ceiling and the walls of the room and the floor, and no dust or dirt can penetrate into the adjacent space from a separate room area.

For ease of installation and a reduction in manufacturing costs, it is basically expedient that the ceiling rail and the support rails and / or the floor rail are designed to be identical. With regard to a simple installation, it is also expedient if the ceiling rail and the bottom rail have two different profile rails. In this context, it may be so that the rails are formed on the one hand as a basic profile and on the other hand as a connection profile. In this case, the base profile may be characterized in that two opposite sides are formed connectable to at least one connecting profile, wherein the connecting profile can be inserted into the base profile and extendable against the base profile. But it is also possible to provide a uniform profile type, which allows insertion of two adjacent rails.

In order to be able to separate a space region of a room as dust-tight as possible, a sealing means can be provided on the ceiling rail, the support rail and / or the floor rail on the outside to bear against the ceiling, the floor and / or the wall. Preferably, the sealing means extends over the entire rail length and consists in particular of an elastic, in particular foamed plastic or rubber.

Im letztgenannten Fall wechseln sich stets Fixiermittel aufweisende Schienenteile (Verbindungsprofile) mit Schienenteilen ohne Fixierungsmittel (Grundprofile) ab.In order to prevent inadvertent telescoping of the rail parts of the ceiling rail, the support rail and / or the bottom rail, in particular in the mounted state, it is advantageous if at least one rail part has a fixing means for fixing the rail part with a further rail part relative to each other. It is understood that the further rail part in turn may have a fixing means, so that any number of rail parts can be interconnected. It is particularly advantageous if a rail part has two fixing means, so that two adjacent rail parts can be fixed relative to each other on this rail part. In both cases, the ceiling rail, the support rail and / or the bottom rail can be assembled from any plurality of rail parts to achieve the desired rail length. In the latter case, always fixation-containing rail parts (connecting profiles) alternate with rail parts without fixation (basic profiles).

The fixation of the individual rail parts can in principle be achieved by the compounds known from the prior art. For ease of installation and easy disassembly, however, it is advisable to provide latching, clamping, screwing or crimping.

To ensure the stability of the composite of a ceiling rail, two support rails and a bottom rail frame, the support rail may be connected in the assembled state via at least one corner connector with the ceiling rail and / or the bottom rail. The corner connector preferably has at least one spring means whose spring force counteracts an approach of the two longitudinal ends of the corner connector. In this way it is achieved that the rails connected to the corner connectors are biased in the direction of the wall and ceiling or floor.

In order to facilitate the mounting of a frame composed of a plurality of rails, in a preferred embodiment of the invention a foot portion is provided for connection to the floor rail. Through the foot part of the frame can be held during assembly in a vertical position. To the footboard after mounting the frame easily To be able to remove the footboard can be inserted or suspended in the bottom rail.

To ensure adequate stability, the foot part should extend in the state connected to the bottom rail transversely to the bottom rail, and over a length which is preferably between 1 m and 2 m, in particular about 1.4 m. In other words, the foot part should be in contact with the floor at a distance of 1 m to 2 m, preferably about 1.4 m, from the floor rail.

In a preferred embodiment, the device according to the invention not only enables the separation of a spatial area in a plane, but also over a corner. For this purpose, it is provided that at least one rail part, which is preferably the connection profile, has a miter at at least one longitudinal end. It proves to be particularly useful when the miter approximately at an angle of 45 ° to the longitudinal sides of the rail part, so that two adjacent rails whose mitres abut one another form a right angle.

For ease of installation, it is in connection with the device according to the invention, that the rail parts have different standardized lengths. The length of the connection profile can basically be between 50 mm and 500 mm, preferably between 100 mm and 300 mm. By contrast, it is expedient if the base profile has a length between 1 m and 3 m, with a length of about 1.5 m being preferred.

In connection with the device according to the invention it has been found that a good compromise between ease and rigidity of the rail parts is achieved when the height and / or the width of the rail parts is between 15 mm and 55 mm, preferably about 30 mm. With regard to the weight, it is also advantageous if the rail parts are made of aluminum.

Fig. 1 shows a device 1 for separating room areas of a room with a two ceiling rail parts 2 having ceiling rail 3 for pressing against the ceiling 4. The ceiling rail parts 2 have such a profile that adjacent ceiling rail parts 2 are inserted into one another and against each other. In the illustrated ceiling rail 3, the ceiling rail parts 2 are so far against each other, that extends the ceiling rail 3 over the entire width of the ceiling 4. Provided here is that the ceiling rail 3 is additionally pressed over its entire length to the ceiling 4 and thus rests along the entire length of the ceiling rail 3 to the ceiling 4.

In one embodiment, not shown, it is such that adjacent Dekkenschienenteile are connected to each other via connecting elements, so that there is a uniform or integral ceiling rail. The connection between adjacent ceiling rail parts can be such that in Contrary to the embodiment described above, a relative displacement between adjacent ceiling rail parts is not possible. The adaptation to the width of the ceiling then takes place over different lengths of ceiling rail parts that can be provided as a set.

Furthermore, the shows Fig. 1 two support rails 5 for supporting the Dekkenschiene 3. The support rails 5 have two support rail parts 6, which are similar to the ceiling rail 3 inserted into each other and against each other extendable. The support rail 5 fulfills the one hand the task of pressing the ceiling rail 3 to the ceiling 4, and on the other hand the purpose over the entire length of the support rail 5 to rest on the walls 7.

In addition, the shows Fig. 1 nor a bottom rail 8 for resting on the floor 9, which has two bottom rail parts 10. These are also inserted into each other and extendable against each other. Fig. 1 So ultimately shows a ceiling rail 3, two support rails 5 and a bottom rail 8, which are mounted together to form a circumferential rectangular frame 11. The dimensions of the frame 11 are chosen so that the rectangular frame rests circumferentially on the ceiling 4, the walls 7 and the bottom 9. It is crucial in this context that the frame 11 can be adapted in a simple manner to different room sizes, in which the rail parts 2, 6, 10 pulled against each other so far or inserted into each other, that the length of the ceiling rail 3 and the bottom rail 8 the distance the walls 7 and the length of the support rails 5 correspond to the height of the walls 7.

It is not shown in detail that in the case of very large space regions to be separated, the rails 3, 5, 8 can also have three or more rail parts 2, 6, 10. Alternatively or additionally, it is of course also possible to use rail parts 2, 6, 10 which have different, preferably standardized lengths, so that rails 3, 5, 8 with different maximum and minimum lengths are available depending on the room dimensions. By using rail parts 2, 6 10 in the appropriate number and length, ultimately space areas of any size can be separated. Also not shown in detail, that the ceiling rail 3, the support rail 5 and the bottom rail 8 are designed to be identical.

In Fig. 2 is an embodiment of the ceiling rail 3 from Fig. 1 shown in a cross-sectional view along the section plane II-II. The construction of the ceiling rail 3 shown corresponds identically to the structure of the support rail 5 and the floor rail 8. The illustrated ceiling rail 3 consists of two different ceiling rail parts 2, 2 ', which is a base profile 12 and a connection profile 13. The basic profile 12 is essentially a U-shaped profile, the shape being formed by two struts 14 arranged on the outer longitudinal sides and a transverse strut 15 connecting the two struts 14. Parallel to the transverse strut 15, a further transverse strut 16 is arranged, which is connected via webs 17 arranged at right angles to the cross strut 16 to the transverse strut 15. The webs 17 and the struts 14 are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction. Since also the cross strut 16 is spaced from the struts 14, there is a groove 18 extending along the longitudinal direction of the base profile 12. At the outer edges of the groove 18 are each provided two projections 19 facing each other, which ultimately serve that one of the hook-shaped Projections 20 of the connecting profile 13 engages in the groove 18 of the base profile 12, while the hook-shaped projection 21 engages around the free end of the adjacent strut 14. Thus, the profiles 12, 13 are inserted into one another and connected to each other extendable.

The connecting profile 13 has a substantially L-shaped form, wherein on the outside of a leg a sealing means 22 is arranged, which extends over the entire longitudinal extent of the connection profile 13. Also, the base profile 12 has on the outside of the strut 15 a sealing means 22 which extends over the entire length of the base profile 12. The sealing means may be an adhesive strip made of foamed plastic, which rests with its adhesive side on the respective rail. The arrangement of the sealing means 22, which also in the support rail 5 and the bottom rail 8 in the in Fig. 2 are shown, causes the rails 3, 5, 8 in the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment directly against the ceiling 4, the walls 7 and the bottom 9 abut. It thus arise between the ceiling, the walls 7, the bottom of the 9th and in Fig. 1 illustrated rectangular frame 11 no column through which fine dust could penetrate.

To connect the base profile 12 with even closer to designating elements along the struts 14 extensions 23 are provided. In contrast, the extensions 24 serve primarily to increase the rigidity of the connection profile 13 and to support a fixing means 25. In the case of FIG Fig. 2 illustrated basic profile 12, it is possible to attach at least one connecting profile 13 on the two longitudinal sides.

Fig. 3a and 3b show the example of a ceiling rail 3, the fixation of the rail parts 2, 6, 10 with each other, which in principle can be provided in all rails 3, 5, 8 in the same way. The Fig. 3a shows a connection profile 13 with two fixing means 25, by each of which a base profile 12 is fixed to the connection profile 13 relative to each other to prevent inadvertent telescoping or pulling apart of base profile 12 and connection profile 13. The fixation of the profiles 12, 13 by a crimp by means of a grub screw 26 is in detail in Fig. 3b shown.

The Fig. 4a and 4b show the connection of two rails 3, 5, 8 via a corner connector 27. Not shown in detail that in all four corners of the frame 11, a corner connector 27 may be provided. There is basically no difference as to whether the support rail 5 is connected to a ceiling rail 3 or a bottom rail 8. The in Fig. 4a illustrated corner connector 27 has two spring means 28 which press the ceiling rail 3 and the support rail 5 apart and thus against the adjacent formed from the ceiling 4 and the wall 7 corner. Of the Fig. 4a can be further seen that the ceiling rail 3 and the support rail 5 are pulled apart so far that touch their ends and the corner between the ceiling 4 and the wall 7 "seal". To connect the corner connector 27 to the rail 3, 5, 8, the longitudinal ends of the corner connector 27 as in Fig. 4c shown inserted between the cross member 15 and the extensions 23, after which the grub screw 29 is tightened. The corner connectors 27 can thus be arranged almost anywhere along the base profile 12. This allows the frame 11 also can then be mounted in a simple manner, if, for example, skirting boards 30 or the like are provided on the walls 7, as shown in FIG Fig. 4b is shown.

Fig. 5 shows a foot part 31, which is connected for mounting the frame 11 with the bottom rail 8. The foot part 31 has a substantially rectangular base member 32 with a projection 33 on the transverse side for engagement in the groove 18. The connection between the foot part 31 and bottom rail 8 takes place either by hooking or pushing the projection 33 into the groove 18 of the bottom rail 8. At the side facing away from the projection 33 transverse side of the foot part 31 is a flattened portion 34 is provided, the contact between the foot part 31 and Floor 9 produces. The two transverse sides of the foot are about 1.4 m apart. During assembly of the frame 11, the bottom rail 8 is supported on the support member 35 projecting transversely to the base member 32.

For the separation of room areas over the corner, ie for separating areas of space by means of barriers, which have two preferably aligned at right angles to each other sides, serve in Fig. 6 Connection profiles shown in plan view 13. The illustrated connection profiles 13 have at each one longitudinal end of an angled by about 45 ° miter, so that two rails 3, 5, 8, which are brought into abutment with their miter, have an angle of 90 ° ,
