Die Erfindung betrifft, ein Dreistufen-Transferdruckverfahren zum Bedrucken von Produkten hergestellt aus Textilmaterialien, Textilersatzmaterialien, Leder und Lederimitaten. Derartige Produkte sind beispielsweise Bad-Slipper, wie in der Patentschrift
Aufgabe der Erfindung war es deshalb ein Druckverfahren zu finden das die geschilderten Unzulänglichkeiten des Standes der Technik überwindet. Das neue Druckverfahren sollte es erlauben dass Drucksubstrate, wie beschrieben, insbesondere drucksensible Materialien, im Sinne von physischem Druck, wie Textil-Kunststoffschaumstoff-Verbundmaterialien oder hochflorige Textilmaterialien, so bedruckt werden können, dass mehrfarbige, konturenscharfe und farbgetreue Drucke auf dem Drucksubstrat erhalten werden. Aufgabe der Erfindung war es ferner dass das neue Druckverfahren es erlaubt auch flächenmässig kleine partielle Produkteinzelteile, wie, das ausgestanzte Fußbett-Teil und/oder das Vorderteil von Bad-Slippern und/oder Hausschuhen in Serie zu bedrucken. Aufgabe der Erfindung war des weiteren das mittels dem neuen Verfahren bedruckte Produkt insbesondere Bad-Slipper und Hausschuhe.The object of the invention was therefore to find a printing process that overcomes the described shortcomings of the prior art. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wurde gelöst durch ein Dreistufen-Transferdruckverfahren zum Bedrucken von Textilmaterialien, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die einzelnen Stufen bestehen aus;
- a. dem Auftragen einer Paste, bestehend aus einem thermokataiytisch vernetzbaren Reaktivkunststoff der auf das textile Drucksubstrat, mittels einem Sieb das für die Paste nur in der Größe des Gesamtdruckmotivs durchlässig ist,
- b. dem Andrücken der Paste gemäß a auf das Drucksubstrat, mittels einem auf mindestens 50°C bis 150° temperierten flächenartigen Gerätes, funktionierend nach dem Bügeleisenprinzip bis zur Filmbildung der Paste und
- c. dem Auftragen von Farbpasten mittels Motivsieben auf den gemäß b gebildeten Film, wobei das Gesamtmotiv als das Erste im vollen Konturenumfang aufgetragen wird und anschließend pro Farbe je ein Auftragzug der jeweiligen Farbpaste der Gesamtfarbgamme des Gesamtmotivs erfolgt.
