Der am Schlitten 8 kippbar gelagerte Mitnehmer 12 wurde dabei in seine Parkposition bewegt. Der Mitnehmerzapfen 22 hat sich noch nicht vom Mitnehmer 12 abgelöst. Die Fig. 13a, 13b und 13c zeigen ein ebenfalls vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel, das sich von dem in den Fig. 6 bis 8 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel nur dadurch unterscheidet, dass der Stößel 9 des Elektromotors 3 über ein Gelenk 26 fest mit dem Anschlag 25 des Mitnehmers 12 der Schließvorrichtung 2 verbunden ist, statt lose anzuliegen. Claims (35)

  1. A device for moving a movable furniture part arranged in or on a body of furniture, in particular a drawer or a door, with a closing device for retracting the movable furniture part into a closed final position in or on the body of furniture, whereby the closing device has a catch to carry the movable furniture part and an energy-storing device, in particular at least one spring, to act upon the catch, characterised in that the device (1) comprises an electromotor (3) to drive the catch (12).
  2. The device according to claim 1, characterised in that the catch (12) is detachably coupleable with the movable furniture part (6).
  3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the catch (6) is disposed on a displaceable slide (8).
  4. The device according to claim 3, characterised in that the catch (12) is rigidly connected to the slide (8) and is preferably made in one piece with the slide (8).
  5. The device according to claim 3, characterised in that the catch (12) is movably, preferably tiltably, connected with the slide.
  6. The device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the energy-storing device of the closing device (2) acts upon the slide (8).
  7. The device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the device has a ram (9) acted upon the electromotor (3) to act upon the catch (12) or the slide (8).
  8. The device according to claim 7, characterised in that the ram (9) is preferably pivotably connected with the catch (12) or the slide (8).
  9. The device according to claim 11, characterised in that the ram (9) abuts loosely on the catch (12) or on the slide (8).
  10. The device according to one of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the energy-storing device of the closing device (2) can be charged by the electromotor (3).
  11. The device according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the electromotor (3) comprises a stator (10).
  12. The device according to claim 11, characterised in that the stator (10) comprises at least one electromagnet.
  13. The device according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the electromotor (3) comprises a rotor rotatably disposed with respect to the stator (10).
  14. The device according to claim 13, characterised in that the rotor comprises at least one permanent magnet.
  15. The device according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the electromotor (3) is in the form of an electrical linear motor.
  16. The device according to claim 15, characterised in that the linear motor comprises a stator (10).
  17. The device according to claim 16, characterised in that the stator (10) comprises at least one electromagnet.
  18. The device according to claim 16 or 17, characterised in that the linear motor comprises a runner (17) which is linearly displaceable with respect to the stator (10).
  19. The device according to claim 18, characterised in that the runner (17) comprises at least one permanent magnet.
  20. The device according to one of claims 16 to 19, characterised in that the device comprises a ram (9) acted upon by the linear motor to act upon the catch (12).
  21. The device according to claim 20, characterised in that the ram (9) is disposed on the runner (17) and preferably is made in one piece with the runner.
  22. The device according to one of claims 1 to 21, characterised in that a path-measuring device is integrated into the electromotor (3).
  23. The device according to claim 22, characterised in that the path-measuring device comprises an inductive or capacitive sensor.
  24. An extension guide for a movable furniture part arranged in or on a body of furniture, in particular a drawer or a door, with an extension rail attachable to the movable furniture part and a mounting rail attachable to the body of furniture, characterised in that it has a device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 23.
  25. The extension guide according to claim 24, characterised in that the electromotor (3) is disposed on the mounting rail (19).
