Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées aquifères d'une conduite d'eau, avec une tendance à la migration réduite, dans lequel un alliage de cuivre-étain, de cuivre-étain-zinc ou de cuivre-silicium-zinc, contenant au moins 80 % en poids de Cu est coulé, et, en vue de diminuer la tendance à la migration, la pièce moulée ainsi obtenue est recuite entre 400°C et 800°C pendant au moins 0,5 h et l'élément traité thermiquement est refroidi lentement de 10 jusqu'à 100 K/h.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le refroidissement est effectué à une vitesse de refroidissement de 20 à 60 K/heure.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le recuit est effectué dans une atmosphère de recuit contenant de l'azote, de l'hydrogène et/ou de l'argon.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le recuit est effectué sous vide et le refroidissement consécutif est effectué à l'azote.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage moulé a la composition suivante en % en poids : 2,6 ≤ Sn ≤ 6 ; 4 ≤ Zn ≤ 7 ; 2,0 ≤ Pb ≤ 3; 0,1 ≤ Ni ≤ 0,6 et pour le reste du Cu ≥ 80 et des impuretés inévitables.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage moulé a la composition suivante en % en poids : 3,8 ≤ Sn ≤ 6 ; 5,5 ≤ Zn ≤ 6,5 ; 2,5 ≤ Pb ≤ 3 ; 0,2 ≤ Ni ≤ 0,6 et pour le reste du Cu ≥ 80 et des impuretés inévitables.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage moulé a la composition suivante en % en poids : 3, 9 ≤ Sn ≤ 4, 1 ; 5,9 ≤ Zn ≤ 6, 1 ; 2,8 ≤ Pb ≤ 3,0 ; 0,5 ≤ Ni ≤ 0,6 et pour le reste du Cu > 80 et des impuretés inévitables.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les impuretés inévitables pour les éléments désignés ci-après sont limitées aux valeurs maximales suivantes en pourcentage en poids : Al : 0,01, Sb : 0,1, As : 0,03, Bi : 0,02, Cd : 0,02, Cr : 0,02, Fe : 0,3, Si : 0,02.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage moulé a la composition suivante en % en poids : 0,1 ≤ Ni ≤ 2,0 ; 0,01 ≤ P ≤ 0, 6 ; 0,1 ≤ Pb ≤ 0,7 ; 11 ≤ Sn ≤ 13 ; 85 ≤ Cu ≤ 88,5 et les impuretés inévitables sont limitées en % en poids aux valeurs suivantes : Al ≤ 0,01, Fe ≤ 0,20, Mn ≤ 0,2, S ≤ 0,05, Sb ≤ 0,15, Si ≤ 0,01, Zn ≤ 0,05.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage moulé a la composition suivante en % en poids : 0,1 ≤ Si ≤ 5, 0 ; 0,1 ≤ Zn ≤ 5,0 ; 0,1 ≤ Mn ≤ 1,0 ; 0,1 ≤ Sn ≤ 3,0 ; 0,5 ≤ Pb ≤ 3,0 ; 83 ≤ Cu ≤ 85 et des impuretés inévitables.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage moulé a une teneur en silicium en % en poids de 2,0 ≤ Si ≤ 3,5.
