Abstract

　本発明は、標準として用いる核酸や、プローブ、プローブスポット等に起因する誤差の可能性を排除または補正可能とし、遺伝子の発現頻度を再現性よく解析し、また、試料核酸内における一次構造の変化を解析することを目的とする。本発明は、試料核酸及びプローブからなる試料核酸ハイブリッドからのシグナルを検出することで当該試料核酸中の１種以上の標的塩基配列の一次構造を解析する方法であって、 　該１種以上の標的塩基配列を含む合成標準核酸、及び該プローブからなる合成標準核酸ハイブリッドからのシグナルを検出し、該合成標準核酸ハイブリッドからのシグナルを基準として該試料核酸ハイブリッドからのシグナルを補正することで、該試料核酸の一次構造を解析する方法を提供する。
