Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffplatten aus einem Gemisch von mit Bindemittel versetzten feinen, gröberen und langen lignozellulose und/oder zellulosehaltigen Partikeln, wie Späne, Faser oder Langschnitzel, bestehend aus einer oder mehreren Schichten, die mittels Pressen in eine Endform gebracht und ausgehärtet werden. Die Erfindung für das Verfahren besteht darin, dass während des Herabfallens eines Partikelstromes aus dem Streubunker oder in den Streukopf aus Düsen Wasserdampf mit einer Temperatur von 100° - 180° C, bevorzugt 105 - 130° C zur Einstellung der Feuchte und der Temperatur der Partikel in den Partikelstrom injiziert wird. Dabei ist die Vorrichtung für die Durchführung des Verfahren derart ausgebildet, dass in der Streumaschine (1) zwischen Dosierbunker (2) und Streukopf (3) und/oder im Streukopf (3) an Leitblechen (7) Dampfleisten (8) mit Dampfdüsen (15) über die gesamte Breite des Streukopfes (3) angebracht sind.
