Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de distribution d'au moins une forme de dosage solide (12), comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    ouvrir un ensemble récipient et couvercle refermable, dans lequel le récipient comprend un réservoir destiné à stocker des formes de dosage solides (12) et une ouverture (13) destinée à distribuer une forme de dosage solide individuelle (12) ; l'ouverture (13) comprend en outre un scellement élastomère (3) qui est au moins partiellement situé de façon circonférentielle autour de l'ouverture (13) ; le couvercle (2, 10) comprend un bouchon (11) qui est fixé d'un seul tenant à une partie intérieure du couvercle (2, 10) et le couvercle (2, 10) est constitué d'une articulation fixée au récipient qui sert à faire tourner le couvercle (2, 10) à un point de pivotement ;
    distribuer au moins une forme de dosage solide (12) à partir du réservoir du récipient et à travers l'ouverture (13) ;
    appliquer une pression suffisante sur une partie extérieure du couvercle (2, 10) pour que le bouchon (11) entre en prise avec le scellement élastomère (3) de l'ouverture (13) ;
    maintenir la pression suffisante par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de fixation situé sur le récipient et sur le couvercle (2, 10) pour former un scellement sensiblement étanche à l'humidité entre le bouchon (11) et le scellement élastomère (3) de l'ouverture (13) ;
    ouvrir l'ensemble récipient et couvercle refermable en éliminant la pression suffisante ;
    distribuer au moins une forme de dosage solide (12) à partir du réservoir du récipient et à travers l'ouverture (13) ;
    appliquer à nouveau une pression suffisante sur une partie extérieure du couvercle (2, 10) pour que le bouchon (11) entre en prise avec le scellement élastomère (3) de l'ouverture (13) ; et
    maintenir la pression suffisante par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de fixation situé sur le récipient et sur le couvercle (2, 10) pour former un scellement sensiblement étanche à l'humidité entre le bouchon (11) et le scellement élastomère (3) de l'ouverture (13).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, lorsque le bouchon (11) entre en prise avec le scellement élastomère (3), une partie supérieure du bouchon (11) entre en contact avec une partie supérieure du scellement élastomère (3).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, lorsque le bouchon (11) entre en prise avec le scellement élastomère (3), au moins une partie du bouchon (11) passe à travers l'ouverture (13) de sorte qu'une partie latérale extérieure du bouchon (11) entre en contact au moins partiellement avec une partie du scellement élastomère (3).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ouverture (13) comprend en outre une feuille qui recouvre au moins l'ouverture (13) et, lorsqu'une pression suffisante est appliquée sur une partie extérieure du couvercle (2, 10), le bouchon (11) entre en prise avec la feuille de l'ouverture pour former un scellement à feuille (1).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un scellement étanche à l'humidité est formé.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le bouchon (11) et le récipient sont composés de matériau similaire.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le bouchon (11) et le récipient sont composés de matériaux différents.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le couvercle (2, 10) est solidaire du récipient et comprend une articulation active avec le récipient.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de scellage comprend un bouchon (11) possédant deux mouvements distincts à réaliser afin de créer un emballage à sécurité enfant.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les formes de dosage solides (12) sont des bandes de test de diagnostic.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les formes de dosage solides (12) sont sélectionnées parmi le groupe constitué de dosages à capuchon de gel, des comprimés enrobés, des films comestibles, des pastilles, des tablettes effervescentes, des tablettes comprimées, des tablettes à dissolubilité rapide, des billes, capsules et sachets remplis de liquide.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de fixation comprend une saillie sur la partie intérieure du couvercle (2, 10) et une fente correspondante sur le récipient.
