Claims (8)
- Unité d'actionnement pour portes ou fenêtres, plus particulièrement pour portes ou fenêtres (1) présentant une ouverture vers l'extérieur, comprenant :- un corps de poignée (3), d'un côté duquel dépasse une poignée (4) conçue pour actionner des composants d'entraînement (5) qui dépassent du côté opposé du corps de poignée (3) ; le corps de poignée (3) étant applicable à une première surface (6) du châssis (1a) de porte ou fenêtre (1) formant une paroi d'une rainure tubulaire (7) du profil du dormant de la porte ou fenêtre (1) et ayant au moins une première encoche (8) à travers laquelle les composant d'entraînement (5) peuvent être insérés dans la rainure tubulaire (7) ;- des segments de tige opposés et séparés (9a, 9b) conçus pour actionner des dispositifs de verrouillage (10) de la porte ou fenêtre (1) et, en fonctionnement, se mettant en prise de façon coulissante dans un canal (11) réalisé dans une seconde surface (12) du châssis (1a) de la porte ou fenêtre, contigu et à un certain angle par rapport à la première surface (6) et ayant une seconde encoche (13) à travers laquelle les segments de tige (9a, 9b) peuvent être reliés aux composants d'entraînement (5) à l'intérieur de la rainure tubulaire (7) de sorte à permettre à la porte ou fenêtre (1) d'être au moins ouverte et fermée en déplaçant la poignée (4) ;- un élément de liaison indépendant (15), ledit élément de liaison (15) ayant une partie principale plate (15) conçue pour être positionnée de façon coulissante dans le canal (11) au niveau de la seconde encoche (13) et ayant au moins une surface de butée supérieure (15a) pour positionner de façon coulissante une partie de chacun des segments de tige (9a, 9b) pour fixer lesdits segments de tige aux composants d'entraînement (5) ;
caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'actionnement comprend des moyens de verrouillage (16) ayant une partie secondaire (16a) définissant un bouchon ayant, à sa base, une paire de chevilles d'arrêt (18, 19) qui, en fonctionnement, se mettent en prise avec des orifices respectifs (20, 21, 22, 23) réalisés dans les segments de tige (9a, 9b) et dans la partie principale (15) positionnée au-dessus l'une de l'autre deux par deux de manière à unir les segments de tige (9a, 9b) à la partie principale (15) ; la partie secondaire (16a) étant en mesure de buter de façon coulissante contre les languettes (11a, 11b) du canal (11) lorsque lesdites chevilles et lesdits orifices sont en prise. - Unité d'actionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément indépendant (15) est muni de moyens (17) destinés à relier les segments de tige (9a, 9b) aux composants d'entraînement (5) ; ces moyens de liaison consistant en un goujon cylindrique (17) réalisé en un seul tenant sur une surface de fond de la partie principale (15) de l'élément indépendant et, en fonctionnement, dépassant dans la rainure tubulaire (7) de manière à se mettre en prise avec les composants d'entraînement comprenant une barre (5) dépassant du corps de poignée (3) et ayant une encoche ouverte (5a) à son extrémité libre pour former une fourche qui se met en prise avec le goujon (17).
- Unité d'actionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque cheville d'arrêt (18, 19) possède, au niveau de l'extrémité libre, une encoche centrale (24) formant deux languettes semi cylindriques (24a, 24b) déformables élastiquement et deux saillies radiales (25, 26) sur les languettes (24a, 24b) de manière à permettre le coulissement dans les orifices (20, 21, 22, 23) et le verrouillage correspondant, par interférence, dans les orifices (20, 21, 22, 23) dans la partie principale (15).
- Unité d'actionnement selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les orifices (22, 23) dans la partie principale (15) sont composés de deux extensions (27) à la base de la partie principale (15) et dépassant dans une rainure tubulaire (7).
- Unité d'actionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie principale (15) possède, sur sa surface supérieure (15a), une paroi centrale (28), se prolongeant dans une direction perpendiculaire à la surface supérieure (15a) et définissant un arrêt pour positionner les extrémités opposées respectives des segments de tige (9a, 9b) dans le canal (11).
- Unité d'actionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la paroi centrale (28) possède une seconde paroi supérieure (29) se développant transversalement à la paroi centrale (28) et venant buter, en fonctionnement, contre des languettes en forme de « L » (11a, 11b) du profilé définissant les parois du canal (11), formant ainsi le support pour le reste de la partie principale (15) suspendue sur une seconde encoche (13) dans le canal (11).
- Unité d'actionnement selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la seconde paroi (29) se prolonge dans une direction parallèle à la partie principale (15) et est située à une certaine distance (D) de la partie (15) étant au moins égale à l'épaisseur (S) des segments de tige (9a, 9b) de manière à former un siège partiel pour loger fermement et bilatéralement les extrémités des segments de tige (9a, 9b).
- Unité d'actionnement selon les revendications de 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la seconde paroi (29) forme, avec sa surface supérieure, une butée de fin de course contre laquelle ladite partie secondaire (16a), formant des moyens (16) destinés à verrouiller la partie principale (15) aux segments de tige (9a, 9b), vient buter lorsque ces parties sont réciproquement verrouillées.
