Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de garniture (10) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac pour former des boudins (20) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier des bouts-filtres (20), comprenant au moins une première gorge (17) et au moins une deuxième gorge (19), un boudin à former (20) ou les boudins à former ( 20) étant acheminé(s) au travers entre la première (17) et la deuxième (19) gorges, la première gorge (17) et la deuxième gorge (19) étant déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de guidage linéaire (21) dans une direction transversale, en particulier perpendiculaire, à la direction de transport du boudin (20) ou des boudins (20), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage linéaire (21) et/ou une butée (22) prévue respectivement pour le dispositif de guidage linéaire, au moins au nombre de un, ou pour les dispositifs de guidage linéaire (21) sont réglables au moyen d'un entraînement (23), en particulier un d'entraînement par vis sans fin, l'entraînement (23) pouvant être commandé au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (26) ou être réglé au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage (23, 24).
  2. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont prévues, pour plusieurs boudins (20), respectivement une première gorge (17) et une deuxième gorge (19) et respectivement un dispositif de guidage linéaire (21).
  3. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (26) ou le dispositif de réglage (23, 24) est relié à un capteur de course (24), en particulier électrique, pour la butée (22) ou le dispositif de guidage linéaire (21).
  4. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la première gorge (17), en particulier supérieure, pour un boudin (20) est disposée sur une unité de support (15), l'unité de support (15) étant reliée à au moins un dispositif de guidage linéaire (21).
  5. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première gorge (17), en particulier supérieure, pour respectivement un boudin (20) est disposée sur une unité de support (15), l'unité de support (15) étant reliée au dispositif de guidage linéaire (21) du boudin respectif (20).
  6. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième gorge (19), en particulier inférieure, pour le boudin (20) respectivement est montée fixe.
  7. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (15) ou les unités de support (15) est(sont) disposée(s) sur un bras support (11) orientable.
  8. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (15) ou les unités de support (15) sont respectivement reliées à deux dispositifs de guidage linéaire (21) situés à distance l'un de l'autre, en particulier dans la direction de transport du boudin (20).
  9. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (15) ou les unités de support (15) présentent respectivement au moins un élément à ressort (25).
  10. Dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu respectivement pour l'unité de support (15) ou les unités de support (15) au moins un organe de poussée (14), en particulier un vérin de levage (14).
  11. Machine (F) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier machine de fabrication de filtres (F), équipée d'un dispositif de garniture (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10.
