Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Induktionsbremse des Heimtrainers, nämlich zum Einstellen des Abstandes der Magnete von der Schwungscheibe umfasst ein Gehäuse mit einer Gehäuseoberschale 2 und einer Gehäuseunterschale 3. In und an dem Gehäuse sind wesentliche Teile der Verstellvorrichtung angebracht. Die Gehäuseoberschale und die Gehäuseunterschale 3 sind über Schrauben 12 miteinander verschraubt (Fig. 3, Fig. 5). Das Gehäuse kann an einem Rahmenteil des Heimtrainers befestigt werden. Die Befestigung erfolgt mittels einer Schlossschraube 9, welche einen das Gehäuse durchgreifenden Dom 2a der Oberschale 2 durchgreift, eine an den Dom anstoßende Hülse 7 ebenfalls durchgreift und unter Zwischenschaltung einer Unterlegscheibe 10 in eine Mutter 11 eingeschraubt ist. Die Hülse 7 und damit auch die Schraube 9 durchgreifen eine Querbohrung in dem Rahmenteil so dass die Mutter 11 und das Gehäuse 2, 3 auf verschiedenen Seiten dieses Rahmenteils liegen. Durch ein Anziehen der Mutter 11 kann die Befestigung des Gehäuses 2, 3 an dem Rahmenteil gesichert werden.
