Claims (12)
- Dispositif de sécurité pour la protection par fusible d'un faisceau de câbles, comprenant un fusible à lamelle doté d'au moins deux contacts de branchement pour son utilisation dans le tracé du faisceau de câbles, au moins un raccord (2) étant fixé fixement de façon électroconductrice sur chaque contact de branchement (3) et le fusible à lamelle (1) et la zone de fixation du contact de branchement (3) et le raccord (2) étant scellés au moins par-endroits par recouvrement avec un matériau électro-isolant, le faisceau de câbles (8) et le scellement (9) présentant des cotes de section à peu près identiques, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'étanchéité entourant le raccord (2) est disposé sur celui-ci.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contact de branchement (3) et le raccord (2) sont soudés entre eux.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (2) est une cosse de câble (7).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (2) est une cornière (11).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (2) est un profilé répartiteur.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de scellement est en plastique.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le plastique est un plastique coulable.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le plastique est un plastique compressible.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le plastique est un plastique pulvérisable.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en conséquence que le plastique est un thermoplastique ou un duroplastique.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité est un joint torique (10) ajusté.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un percement (12, 13) est introduit dans le matériau de scellement.
