  7. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15) présentent des sections transversales circulaires ou ovales.
  8. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15) sont réparties par paires uniformément sur toute la longueur de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11).
  9. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15) sont disposées de manière groupée de telle sorte qu'un premier groupe d'ouvertures de sortie de combustible se répartisse uniformément sur toute la longueur de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11) et présente une première alimentation en combustible commune, et qu'un deuxième groupe d'ouvertures de sortie de combustible se répartisse le long d'une région partielle de toute la longueur de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11) et présente au moins une deuxième alimentation en combustible commune.
  10. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15) sont disposées de manière groupée de telle sorte qu'un premier groupe d'ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15.1) se répartisse uniformément sur une première région partielle (17) de toute la longueur de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11) et présente une alimentation en combustible commune (14.1) et qu'au moins un deuxième groupe d'ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15.2) se répartisse le long d'une autre région partielle (16) de toute la longueur de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11) et présente au moins une deuxième alimentation en combustible commune (14.2).
  11. Brûleur selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les régions partielles (16, 17) ne se chevauchent pas.
  12. Brûleur selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins deux régions partielles se chevauchent.
  13. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15) de deux groupes ou plus de deux groupes d'ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15.1, 15.2) présentent des sections transversales différentes.
  14. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les alimentations en combustible (14) présentent un profil de forme aérodynamique par rapport à un plan en section transversale perpendiculairement à l'axe du brûleur (10).
  15. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les alimentations en combustible (14) présentent des moyens pour la régulation du débit massique du combustible de prémélange.
  16. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les alimentations en combustible (14.1, 14.2) associées aux groupes d'ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15.1, 15.2) présentent des moyens pour la régulation du débit massique du combustible de prémélange (3), afin de les solliciter avec du combustible indépendamment les unes des autres.
  17. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens pour injecter du combustible de prémélange (3) dans les fentes d'entrée d'air sont réalisés sous forme de composant unitaire.
  18. Brûleur selon la revendication 17,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le composant unitaire présente des moyens pour la fixation à un brûleur (1).
  19. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens pour injecter du combustible dans la cavité, qui sont montés dans la région de l'axe du brûleur (10), sont réalisés sous forme de tube à jet (2), qui présente, en plus d'une buse de sortie centrale pour du combustible fluide (4), des ouvertures de sortie de combustible pour l'alimentation en combustible de prémélange dans une région partielle du tube à jet (2) éloignée de l'extrémité du côté de la chambre de combustion, le long de l'axe du brûleur (10), avec une alimentation en combustible associée.
  20. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 19,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens pour injecter du combustible (18) dans la cavité, qui sont montés dans la région de l'axe du brûleur (10), sont réalisés sous forme de corps de forme conique, dont la pointe de cône est orientée vers l'aval et qui présente une buse de sortie (19) pour le combustible.
  21. Brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'il est disposé conjointement à un brûleur secondaire.
  22. Procédé pour faire fonctionner un brûleur (1) pour une combustion à prémélange, comprenant une cavité (8) qui présente au moins une fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11) pour l'alimentation d'un courant d'air de combustion (12), des moyens (2) pour l'injection d'au moins un combustible (4, 6) par le biais d'une lance (2) dans la cavité (8) et des moyens pour l'injection d'au moins un autre combustible (3), cette dernière injection étant en association fonctionnelle avec la fente d'entrée d'air (11), les moyens pour l'injection du dernier combustible (3) dans la fente d'entrée d'air (11) présentant au moins une alimentation en combustible (14) dont les ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15) agissent de telle sorte que le combustible (3) soit introduit des deux côtés de l'alimentation en combustible (14) perpendiculairement ou pratiquement perpendiculairement à l'axe du brûleur (10) dans le courant d'air de combustion (12),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'alimentation en combustible (14) est effectuée avant la fente d'entrée d'air (11) par rapport à la direction du courant d'air de combustion (12).
  23. Procédé selon la revendication 22,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un combustible gazeux est introduit des deux côtés des alimentations en combustible (14) par rapport à un plan en section transversale perpendiculairement à l'axe du brûleur (10) dans le courant d'air de combustion (12).
  24. Procédé selon la revendication 22 ou 23,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le combustible de prémélange (3) est introduit uniformément sur toute la longueur de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11).
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 22 ou 23,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le combustible de prémélange (3) est introduit séparément sur au moins deux régions partielles (16, 17) de la longueur totale de la fente d'entrée d'air tangentielle (11).
  26. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 25,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le combustible de prémélange (3) est introduit avant les fentes d'entrée d'air (11) par rapport à la direction du courant d'air de combustion (12).
  27. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 26,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'alimentation du combustible de prémélange (3) dans les ouvertures de sortie de combustible individuelles (15) s'effectue de manière réglable.
  28. Procédé selon la revendication 25,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'alimentation du combustible de prémélange (3) aux ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15.1, 15.2) des régions partielles (16, 17) est effectuée indépendamment les unes des autres.
  29. Procédé selon la revendication 28,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'alimentation du combustible de prémélange (3) aux ouvertures de sortie de combustible (15.1, 15.2) des régions partielles (16, 17) s'effectue en fonction de la charge.
  30. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 29,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens (2) pour injecter du combustible dans la cavité (8), qui sont montés dans la région de l'axe du brûleur (10) et qui sont réalisés sous forme de tube à jet, introduisent, en plus de l'introduction d'un combustible fluide (4) à travers une buse de sortie centrale, du combustible de prémélange par le biais d'une région partielle du tube à jet (2) éloignée de l'extrémité du côté de la chambre de combustion, le long de l'axe du brûleur (10).
