Die Rastelemente sind als Rastnasen ausgebildet, welche mit Rastösen verrastbar sind, welche an der ringförmigen Halterung angespritzt sind. Die Halteelemente können als Haken oder Ringnutsegmente ausgebildet sein, welche sich nur über Teile des gesamten Umfanges erstrecken. Damit ergibt sich die Möglichkeit, die Halterung mit den Bürsten von hinten, d. h. in Richtung des Kühlers in die Zarge einzusetzen und einzuclipsen. Die Rastnasen weisen dabei vorzugsweise nach innen (zur Mitielachse) gerichtete Keilflächen auf, auf welchen die Ösen der Halterung beim Einclipsen aufgleiten, nach innen verformt werden, nach Passieren der Rastnasen wieder nach außen schnappen und verriegeln. Damit ist eine axiale Sicherung der ringförmigen Halterung gegeben.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die ringförmige Halterung in Umfangsrichtung mindestens einmal geteilt, d. h. in einer oder mehreren radialen Ebenen. Vorzugsweise ist der gesamte Haltering in drei Segmente, insbesondere zu 120 Grad Zentriwinkel, oder in vier Segmente, insbesondere zu 90 Grad, aufgeteilt. Damit ergibt sich der Vorteil einer einfacheren Herstellung; man benötigt keine großen Spritzwerkzeuge in der Größenordnung des Lüfterdurchmessers, sondern kleinere Werkzeuge, was die Herstellung verbilligt und die Handhabbarkeit der Teile vereinfacht. Claims (9)

  1. Assembly for sealing a fan against a fan frame (2) being part of a fan hood (1) which can be fixed to a radiator or module mounting or the like, wherein the fan can be driven by a combustion engine of a motor vehicle, and the sealing consists of ring-shaped holder (3) fixed to the fan frame (2) and having a plurality of flexible sealing elements, in particular bristles of a brush sealing, characterized in that the ring-shaped holder (3) can be clipped to the fan frame (2), wherein the fan frame (2) has latching and/or retaining elements (5, 6) distributed on the circumference which fixate the holder (3, 4), and wherein the fan frame (2) has an approximately hollow-cylindrical area with an internal wall (2a) and that the latching and retaining elements (5, 6) are arranged at the internal wall (2a).
  2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the fan frame (2) and/or the holder (4) are designed as plastic injection molding parts.
  3. Assembly according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the latching elements are designed as latching noses (5), and that the holder (4) has latching eyes (7) into which the latching noses (5) can be engaged.
  4. Assembly according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the retaining elements are designed as ring groove segments (6) distributed on the circumference into which the holder (4) can be inserted.
  5. Assembly according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the latching and retaining elements (5, 6) are evenly distributed on the circumference of the fan frame (2).
  6. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the ring-shaped holder (3) is radially split and has individual segments (4), preferably two, three or four segments each having a particularly preferred centering angle of 180, 120 and 90 degrees, respectively.
  7. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the retaining elements and the ring groove segments (6), respectively, form a radial and axial retention for the holder (3) and the segments (4), respectively.
  8. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the latching elements (5) form an axial and tangential retention for the holder (3) and the segments (4), respectively.
  9. Fan hood with an assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, with a fan frame and a ring-shaped holder clipped to the fan frame which has a plurality of flexible sealing elements, in particular bristles of a brush sealing.
