Claims (4)

  1. Un système comprenant un appareil de levée de bobine et un dispositif d'extraction d'un tricot haut sur jambes (100), dans lequel ledit dispositif d'extraction ultrarapide d'un tricot haut sur jambes (100) comporte au moins:
    deux roules latérales (110) disposées l'une face à l'autre, une tige d'enroulement de tissu (120), deux roues d'entraînement (130) et une tige (160) disposée de manière rotative entre les dites roules latérales (110), dans lequel
    un axe rotatif (121) est en protubérance à chacune des extrémités de ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120);
    lesdites roues d'entraînement (130) entraînent en rotation ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu entre lesdites roules latérales pour l'enroulement du tissu; et
    dans lequel le dit appareil de levée de bobine comporte:
    un couple de leviers de commande (140), disposés de manière séparée sur lesdites roules latérales (110);
    un couple de goupilles de sécurité (150), s'engageant séparément dans leur roues d'entraînement correspondante (130), dans lequel une extrémité desdites goupilles de sécurité (150) est fixée à son levier de commande associé, la position relative des dites goupilles de sécurité (150) étant modifiable au moyen d'un déplacement d'une extrémité mobile desdits leviers de commande (140);
    un couple de paliers supports (170), dans lequel une extrémité desdits paliers supports est fixée à la tige (160) et l'autre extrémité desdits paliers supports présente une encoche longitudinale (171), qui est utilisée pour soutenir ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120) sur sa portée entre lesdits paliers supports (170); et
    un couple de cylindres hydrauliques (180), dans lequel une extrémité desdits cylindres hydrauliques (180) est disposée de manière pivotante et l'autre extrémité desdits cylindres hydrauliques (180) présente un arbre cylindrique (181), qui est mobile d'avant et d'arrière le long dudit cylindre hydraulique (180) et l'extrémité externe dudit arbre cylindrique (181) est disposée de manière pivotante auxdits paliers supports (170) associés; et
    dans lequel l'insertion desdites goupilles de sécurité (150) au travers dudit axe rotatif (121) améliore le couplage entre lesdites roues d'entraînement (130) et ledit axe rotatif (121) de ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120); et
    lesdits cylindres hydrauliques (180) apportant une force tampon pour décélérer la rotation desdits paliers supports (170);
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits cylindres hydrauliques (180) sont disposés de manière séparée sur lesdites roules latérales (110) et en ce que chacun desdits leviers de commande (140) présente une extrémité fixe (141) et une extrémité mobile (142), dans lequel lesdites extrémités fixes (141) sont fixées sur la partie interne desdites roules latérales (110) et chacune desdites extrémités mobiles (142) se projète au travers une ouverture (111) d'une roule latérale respective vers l'extérieur de ladite roule latérale, dans lequel ladite extrémité desdits cylindres hydrauliques (180) est disposée de manière pivotante à sa roule latérale associée (110) et une feuillure (131) est disposée sur une face desdites roues d'entraînement (130), ladite feuillure s'étendant vers le périmètre d'une roue d'entraînement respective (130) de telle manière que les axes rotatifs (121) de ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120) peut être engagée dans lesdites roues d'entraînement (130) via lesdites feuillures (131).
  2. Le système selon la revendication 1 dans lequel l'appareil leveur de bobine comporte en outre un verrou de positionnement (112) disposé de manière mobile sur une roule latérale respective (110), dans lequel lesdites roues d'entraînement (130) présentent un orifice de positionnement (132) et, lorsque une opération de levée de bobine est entreprise, par l'insertion desdits verrous de positionnement (112) dans un orifice de positionnement respectif (132), lesdites feuillures (131) desdites roues d'entraînement (130) sont orientées suivant une direction transversale, empêchant la rotation desdites roues d'entraînement de telle manière que ledit axe rotatif (121) de ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120) peut être facilement découplé de la feuillure (131).
  3. Le système selon la revendication 1 ou 2 dans lequel l'appareil de levée de bobine comporte en outre un premier interrupteur de limite (113) disposé à l'intérieur de l'une quelconque desdites roules (110) dans lequel, lorsqu'une opération d'enroulement de tissu est entreprise, ledit premier interrupteur de limite (113) maintient le contact avec ledit levier de commande (140), lorsqu'une opération de levée de bobine est entreprise, par déplacement de ladite extrémité mobile dudit levier de commande (140), ledit levier de commande (140) est détaché dudit premier interrupteur de limite (113), arrêtant automatiquement la puissance de manière à accroître la sécurité de l'opération de levée de bobine.
  4. Le système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appareil de levée de bobine comporte en outre un second interrupteur de limite (114) disposé à l'intérieur de l'une quelconque desdites roules (110) dans lequel, lorsqu'une opération d'enroulement de tissu est entreprise, ledit second interrupteur de limite (114) maintient le contact avec l'un desdits paliers supports (170), lorsqu'une opération de levée de bobine est entreprise, par déplacement de ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120), ladite tige d'enroulement de tissu (120) est détachée dudit second interrupteur de limite (114), arrêtant automatiquement la puissance de manière à accroître la sécurité de l'opération de levée de bobine.
