Die Baugruppe 10, an der im unteren Bereich zwei Leitwalzen an den Seitenwänden 10.4 befestigt sind, wird vorzugsweise vom Druckwerkbereich 1 in den Rollenwechslerbereich 2 in Pfeilrichtung 14 eingeschoben. Hierdurch kann man sich bei der Montage des Bahnführungselementes eines Deckenkranes im Druckwerkbereich bedienen und somit den Personenaufwand bei der Montage reduzieren. Die Baugruppe 10 wird zum Beispiel mit Stiftelementen 12 an der Bahnführungswand 11 befestigt. Als weiterer Vorteil des neuen Bahnführungselementes erweist sich, die direkte Befestigung der Schalldämmelemente 5 an der Vorder-/Rückwand 10.5 des Gehäuses der Baugruppe 10. Claims (11)

  1. A web-guiding element of a newspaper-printing machine, consisting at least of one leading roller (6) that guides at least one paper web (8) from the reel-changing area (2) by way of at least one paper shaft (4) in a cover construction (3) and at least one web-guiding wall (11) into the print-unit area (1), characterised in that the at least one leading roller (6) is pre-assembled in a frame or in a housing (9) as an assembly group (10), and the assembly group (10) can be introduced or guided through into the paper shaft (4) and is secured with holding devices (12) on the web-guiding wall (11).
  2. A web-guiding element according to claim 1, characterised in that the length dimension (10.2) and the width dimension (10.1) of the assembly group (10) are smaller than or equal to the length dimension (4.2) and the width dimension (4.1) of the paper shaft (4).
  3. A web-guiding element according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the height dimension (10.3) of the assembly group (10) is preferably greater than or equal to the paper-shaft height (4.3).
  4. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that at least one sound-damping element (5) is arranged for sound-damping between the print-unit area (1) and the reel-changing area (2), and the sound-damping element (5) is arranged on the assembly group (10) of the web-guiding element.
  5. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the at least one sound-damping element (5) forms at least one frame wall or housing wall of the assembly group (10).
  6. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the at least one sound-damping element (5) is formed as a holding element of the at least one leading roller (6) and takes up at least parts of the weight of the at least one leading roller (6).
  7. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the holding devices (12) of the assembly group (10) are realized as pin elements, preferably fitting pins, and/or bores, that can be connected with complementary bores and/or pin elements of the web-guiding wall (11).
  8. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that at least one further holding device (7) is arranged on the frame or housing (9) of the assembly group (10) and on the underside of the cover construction (3) in the reel-changing area (2).
  9. A web-guiding element according to claim 8, characterised in that the further holding device (7) is realized as a fixing angle or a U-shaped rail.
  10. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that arranged on the frame or on the housing (10) there are adjusting elements with which the alignment of the leading roller (6) can be changed.
  11. A web-guiding element according to one or more of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that two or more leading rollers (6) are provided, with the axes of the leading rollers (6) being arranged to be offset with respect to each other or in a line.
