Definitions
- the invention relates to a training shoe for physiotherapeutic leg and foot training. He improves training on cable apparatus and is preferably designed for this training. It can be used in sports physiotherapy, in medical training therapy, in rehabilitation clinics and in physiotherapy practices wherever cable devices are located.
- two eyelets each are located on the outer and inner side edges at the level of the toe base joints or between the height of the toe base joints and the sole tip of the shoe according to the invention.
- the sole of the shoe according to the invention consists of three sole surfaces (insole, midsole and insole), wherein the eyelets are attached to the midsole.
- the shoe according to the invention is characterized by the use of eyelets on the toe and heel, as well as at certain points of the foot inside and outside (see following description and drawing). There can be attached via a snap hook cable weights. This is on a regular Seilzugapparatur a functional and specific strength and coordination training in a simple way possible. In functional training, the shoe according to the invention allows the training of the entire leg muscles (including the foot muscles) in natural movement patterns (leg diagonal to PNF) or in use and sport-specific movement patterns. Likewise, isolated movements of the foot are possible, such as bending and stretching or a tilting movement to the inside (supination) and outward (pronation). Depending on the point of attachment of the snap hook, the upper ankle can be included in these sideways movements, depending on whether the cable is clicked laterally on the heel or laterally on the forefoot.
- the eyelet on the toe is used, which should be approximately on an imaginary longitudinal axis between the second and third toes when a foot is in that shoe.
- the eyelet on the heel is used, which is also on this axis mentioned above, when this axis is extended backwards through the middle of the upper ankle.
- the eyelets are used laterally of the heel. They are placed at a distance of about 3.0 to 4.0 cm, preferably at a distance of about 3.5 cm, from the rear edge of the stand sole.
- the eyelets respectively on the left and right foot edge of the forefoot are approximately at the height of the large and small toe joint or further attached from the direction of the toe.
- two eyelets are preferably attached to the forefoot on the outside and inside of the shoe because, depending on the individual foot size of the patient or the exerciser, the leverage (and hence the preferred starting points on the foot) may shift slightly.
- the first pair of eyelets on the forefoot are at the level of the toe's backbones, and the additional eyelets on the sides of the forefoot are preferably slightly forward in the direction of the toe.
- the distance between the centers of the side ears on each side of the forefoot is preferably from 0.5 to 2.0 cm, more preferably from 1.0 to 1.5 cm.
- both the lateral movements of the foot with inclusion of the upper ankle, the foot diagonals and the leg diagonal can be trained.
- this physiotherapy shoe saves time in preparation for training because the shoes (as opposed to the usual slings) can be easily put on and taken off. For patients and exercisers it means more independence and accuracy in training.
- the shoes are preferably made in staggered sizes, fitting the following foot sizes: size 1) corresponds to the regular shoe size 36-39, size 2) corresponds to the regular shoe size 40-43, and size 3) corresponds to the regular shoe size 44-46.
- Adequate fit for the individual sizes of the feet of the patient or the exerciser is achieved by a flexible padding and / or variable closure systems (eg Velcro), which at the same time ensure a sufficient grip of the foot in the shoe.
- a flexible padding and / or variable closure systems eg Velcro
- the shoe may be designed so that it can be worn on both the right and left foot, that is, the sole is bilaterally symmetrical. However, it is also possible to adapt the soles to the outline of the base of the feet, that is, to make each a left and a right shoe.
- the top of the shoe uses the design and material of a standard trekking sandal.
- the pads of the shoe are preferably made of neoprene and preferably slightly larger than normal trekking sandals to increase adaptability to feet of different sizes (see above).
- the insole and the insole are made of the thermoplastic material EVA with the Shore hardness 50. This material is lighter than leather or rubber and thus ideal for training.
- the insole (the upper sole) preferably has a thickness of 10 mm and the insole preferably has a thickness of 24 mm.
- the third sole is preferably a leather sole which is inserted between the insole and insole and is preferably 1.5 mm thick. It is needed so that the eyelets can be torn to the shoe.
- the eyelets are preferably attached to the leather sole via the tear-resistant Cordura corduroy material.
- the three soles are joined to one another and to the top of the shoe in a manner conventional in the art.
- the insole and the insole of the shoe according to the invention may have the same circumference.
- the insole of the shoe has a smaller circumference than the insole. This makes it possible to visually leave the eyelets behind the sole edge. At the same time, this also increases the flexibility of the sole (especially on the sole edge), which allows the shoe to be better adapted to feet of different sizes.
- the upper part of the shoe according to the invention of plastic shells (carbon shells), as they are found in inliners, ski boots, etc.
- plastic shells carbon shells
- the shoe can be made even lighter and at the same time firmer.
- the upper part of the inventive shoe is designed in the design of a normal shoe.
- any suitable upper material known to the person skilled in the art such as, for example, leather, synthetic leather, plastic, fabric, or combinations of these materials may be used as the upper.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a training shoe for physiotherapeutic leg and foot training. He improves training on cable apparatus and is preferably designed for this training. It can be used in sports physiotherapy, in medical training therapy, in rehabilitation clinics and in physiotherapy practices wherever cable devices are located.
So far, the physiotherapeutic leg training for attachment to the cables slings were used, which were awkward placed around the foot. In this case, it is not possible to position the snap hooks of the cables exactly at the foot, since the position of the slings will not be completely identical for each individual application procedure. Therefore, the desired accuracy for the attachment of the snap hook is missing. In addition, it is often difficult for patients or exercisers to put on the slings themselves.
Furthermore, leather straps with eyelets were used, which are created above the foot. But this is an important part of the leg muscle chain during training, namely that of the foot. For an effective training here a power transmission over the big toe is indispensable, which is not achieved with this attachment.
Furthermore, the means mentioned are not optimal in terms of secure grip on the foot, since the loops and straps can easily slip during exercise.
It was therefore the problem to develop a device that can be easily created and at exactly predetermined points allows a quick connection with the cables of the physiotherapeutic training apparatus, and with all the important Parts of the leg muscle chain, in particular those of the foot, in which physiotherapeutic training can be included.
- a) jeweils eine Öse an der Schuhspitze und an der Ferse an den Stellen des Sohlenrands befindet, an welchen eine hypothetische Achse vom Zwischenraum der zweiten und dritten Zehe zum Mittelpunkt des oberen Sprunggelenks den vorderen bzw. hinteren Sohlenrand kreuzt;
- a) one eyelet each at the toe and heel at the points of the sole edge where a hypothetical axis from the second and third toe interspaces to the center of the upper ankle intersects the front and rear sole edges;
- b) one eyelet each at the outer and inner side edges, each at a distance of between 3.0 and 4.0 cm, preferably 3.5 cm, from the rear edge of the floorstand; and
- c) in each case at least one eyelet on the outer and inner side edge at the level of the toe joints or between the height of the toe joints and the sole tip.
In a preferred embodiment, two eyelets each are located on the outer and inner side edges at the level of the toe base joints or between the height of the toe base joints and the sole tip of the shoe according to the invention.
In a further preferred embodiment, the sole of the shoe according to the invention consists of three sole surfaces (insole, midsole and insole), wherein the eyelets are attached to the midsole.
The shoe according to the invention is characterized by the use of eyelets on the toe and heel, as well as at certain points of the foot inside and outside (see following description and drawing).
For the downward extension of the foot, the eyelet on the toe is used, which should be approximately on an imaginary longitudinal axis between the second and third toes when a foot is in that shoe. For the angling of the foot or for bending in the direction of the tibia, the eyelet on the heel is used, which is also on this axis mentioned above, when this axis is extended backwards through the middle of the upper ankle. For the abduction or adduction movement without involvement of the upper ankle, the eyelets are used laterally of the heel. They are placed at a distance of about 3.0 to 4.0 cm, preferably at a distance of about 3.5 cm, from the rear edge of the stand sole. The eyelets respectively on the left and right foot edge of the forefoot are approximately at the height of the large and small toe joint or further attached from the direction of the toe. Preferably, two eyelets are preferably attached to the forefoot on the outside and inside of the shoe because, depending on the individual foot size of the patient or the exerciser, the leverage (and hence the preferred starting points on the foot) may shift slightly. In this embodiment, the first pair of eyelets on the forefoot are at the level of the toe's backbones, and the additional eyelets on the sides of the forefoot are preferably slightly forward in the direction of the toe. The distance between the centers of the side ears on each side of the forefoot is preferably from 0.5 to 2.0 cm, more preferably from 1.0 to 1.5 cm.
With the lateral eyelets on the forefoot, both the lateral movements of the foot with inclusion of the upper ankle, the foot diagonals and the leg diagonal can be trained.
For trainers and physiotherapists, the use of this physiotherapy shoe saves time in preparation for training because the shoes (as opposed to the usual slings) can be easily put on and taken off. For patients and exercisers it means more independence and accuracy in training.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen therapeutischen Schuhs ist folgendermaßen gestaltet:A preferred embodiment of the therapeutic shoe according to the invention is designed as follows:
The shoes are preferably made in staggered sizes, fitting the following foot sizes: size 1) corresponds to the regular shoe size 36-39, size 2) corresponds to the regular shoe size 40-43, and size 3) corresponds to the regular shoe size 44-46. Adequate fit for the individual sizes of the feet of the patient or the exerciser is achieved by a flexible padding and / or variable closure systems (eg Velcro), which at the same time ensure a sufficient grip of the foot in the shoe.
The shoe may be designed so that it can be worn on both the right and left foot, that is, the sole is bilaterally symmetrical. However, it is also possible to adapt the soles to the outline of the base of the feet, that is, to make each a left and a right shoe.
The top of the shoe uses the design and material of a standard trekking sandal. Thus, on the one hand sufficient flexibility of the ankle for training is offered, on the other hand, this also ensures a certain strength and safety of the foot. The pads of the shoe are preferably made of neoprene and preferably slightly larger than normal trekking sandals to increase adaptability to feet of different sizes (see above).
There are three sole surfaces used, which on the one hand allow a secure attachment of the eyelets and in particular increase the tensile strength at the mechanically heavily loaded points of the eyelets, on the other hand ensure a sufficient degree of strength and simultaneous flexibility of the sole.
In a preferred embodiment, the insole and the insole are made of the thermoplastic material EVA with the Shore hardness 50. This material is lighter than leather or rubber and thus ideal for training. The insole (the upper sole) preferably has a thickness of 10 mm and the insole preferably has a thickness of 24 mm.
The third sole (midsole) is preferably a leather sole which is inserted between the insole and insole and is preferably 1.5 mm thick. It is needed so that the eyelets can be torn to the shoe. The eyelets are preferably attached to the leather sole via the tear-resistant Cordura corduroy material.
The three soles are joined to one another and to the top of the shoe in a manner conventional in the art.
The insole and the insole of the shoe according to the invention may have the same circumference. However, in a preferred embodiment, the insole of the shoe has a smaller circumference than the insole. This makes it possible to visually leave the eyelets behind the sole edge. At the same time, this also increases the flexibility of the sole (especially on the sole edge), which allows the shoe to be better adapted to feet of different sizes.
In a further preferred embodiment, the upper part of the shoe according to the invention of plastic shells (carbon shells), as they are found in inliners, ski boots, etc. Thus, the shoe can be made even lighter and at the same time firmer.
In a further preferred embodiment, the upper part of the inventive shoe is designed in the design of a normal shoe. In this case, any suitable upper material known to the person skilled in the art, such as, for example, leather, synthetic leather, plastic, fabric, or combinations of these materials may be used as the upper.
