Claims (13)
- Ein Verfahren zum Färben einer Textilie, die Cellulosefasern enthält, das die folgenden Phasen umfasst:Imprägnieren genannter Textilie in einem Färbebad, das mindestens einen reaktiven Farbstoff bei einem Bad-pH-Wert von zirka 6 bis 8 umfasst, wobei genannte Imprägnierphase der Reihe nach Folgendes umfasst: Erhitzen des Färbebads auf eine Temperatur von 70 bis 110 C und Hinzufügen einer effektiven Menge mindestens eines anorganischen Salzes zum Färbebad;Reaktion der auf den Fasern der imprägnierten Textilie enthaltenen OH-Gruppen mit genanntem mindestens einem reaktiven Farbstoff durch: Abkühlen des Bads auf eine Temperatur von 50 bis 75 C; Alkalinisieren des Bads auf einen pH-Wert von 10 bis 12; Bewegen der Textilie im Bad für mindestens 60 Minuten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Färbebad während der Imprägnierphase auf eine Temperatur von 85 bis 105 C erhitzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Färbebad vor der Alkalinisierungsphase auf eine Temperatur von 60 bis 70 C abgekühlt wird.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Bad auf einen pH-Wert von 10,5 bis 11 alkalinisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine anorganische Salz in einer Menge von 50 bis 80 g/l Bad zum Färbebad hinzugefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das mindestens eine anorganische Salz in einer Menge von 40 bis 70 g/l hinzugefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Färbebad ein Badverhältnis in Kilo Textilie/Litern Badwasser von 1:2 bis 1:5 aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Färbebad ein Badverhältnis in Kilo Textilie/Litern Badwasser von 1:2 bis 1:3 aufweist.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei genannter mindestens einer reaktiver Farbstoff in einer Menge von 5 bis 20% Gewichtsanteil Farbstoff pro Liter Bad in Bezug auf den Farbstoff in Pulverform enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei genannter mindestens einer reaktiver Farbstoff in einer Menge von 10 bis 15% Gewichtsanteil Farbstoff pro Liter Bad in Bezug auf den Farbstoff in Pulverform enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei genannte Methode durch die Verwendung eines Jiggers implementiert wird.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, das zusätzlich die folgenden Phasen umfasst: Vor der Imprägnierphase wird die Textilie durch eine wässrige Imprägnierlösung, die mindestens einen Imprägnierstoff, mindestens ein Dispergiermittel, mindestens ein Bindemittel enthält, vorimprägniert.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei genannte Textile in dunkler Farbe gefärbt wird.
