Claims (6)
- Machine à bobiner à deux cylindres porteurs, pour bobiner plusieurs bandes partielles obtenues par découpage longitudinal d'une bande de matériau, notamment d'une bande de papier ou de carton, sur une pluralité de mandrins de bobinage maintenus par des têtes de guidage (4) pour former des bobines (3) adjacentes, dans un lit de bobinage formé de deux cylindres porteurs (1, 2),
caractérisée en ce que
la machine à bobiner à deux cylindres porteurs comprend des dispositifs de retenue (5, 8) qui peuvent être rapprochés, avant de ressortir complètement les têtes de guidage (4) hors des mandrins de bobinage ou avant l'éjection hors du lit de bobinage, contre les côtés frontaux extérieurs des bobines extérieures (3) ou qui sont disposés fixement et latéralement aux côtés frontaux extérieurs (6) des bobines (3). - Machine à bobiner à deux cylindres porteurs selon la revendication 1,

les dispositifs de retenue (8) sont disposés fixement au-dessus des têtes de guidage (4). - Procédé pour bobiner des bobines (3) sur des mandrins de bobinage adjacents dans un lit de bobinage d'une machine à bobiner à deux cylindres porteurs, dans lequel les mandrins de bobinage sont maintenus par des têtes de guidage (4), et pour éjecter conjointement les bobines bobinées (3) hors du lit de bobinage après la fin de l'opération de bobinage, au moyen d'un dispositif éjecteur (7),
caractérisé en ce que
pendant le bobinage ou après le bobinage, des dispositifs de retenue (5, 8) sont rapprochés latéralement des côtés frontaux extérieurs (6) des bobines extérieures (2) dans une mesure telle qu'elles ne puissent pas tomber hors du lit de bobinage lors de l'éjection, en ce qu'ensuite les têtes de guidage (4) sont ressorties des mandrins de bobinage et en ce que les bobines (3) sont alors éjectées en commun hors du lit de bobinage.
