Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif destiné à lisser les cheveux, comportant un peigne extérieur (1) et un peigne intérieur (2), montés de manière mobile pour autoriser un mouvement de translation de l'un par rapport à l'autre, permettant de pincer les mèches de cheveux afin de les lisser, les dents du peigne extérieur (1) étant formées par une succession d'arcs (3) dont les creux définissent un tunnel (4) faisant place au peigne intérieur (2) de manière à permettre un agencement dudit peigne intérieur (2) en dessous du peigne extérieur (1) au sein dudit tunnel (4) et d'autoriser ledit mouvement de translation du peigne intérieur (2) par rapport au peigne extérieur (1) afin de décaler les dents dudit peigne intérieur (2) par rapport aux plans formés par les arcs (3) du peigne extérieur.

Description

    Objet de l'invention
  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine du traitement mécanique des cheveux et en particulier à un dispositif défriseur pouvant être utilisé notamment en combinaison avec un sèche-cheveux ou avec une brosse soufflante.
    • Etat de la technique
  • La plupart des dispositifs pour lisser les cheveux crépus ou frisés reposent sur le principe du passage des cheveux entre des pinces ou des rouleaux. La plupart de ces dispositifs sont également pourvus de moyens de chauffage tels que des résistances électriques chauffant un patin ou encore produisant de l'air chaud ou de la vapeur.
  • Un premier dispositif défriseur a été proposé par l'inventeur dans le cadre du document WO 03/026457 . Ce dispositif comportait au moins trois peignes qui constituaient un élément de pinçage apte à exercer une tension continue sur les cheveux tout en les chauffant pour produire un défrisage. Ce dispositif nécessite cependant l'utilisation d'un bouton poussoir qui positionne le peigne mobile en alignement avec les deux autres peignes, rendant possible l'introduction des cheveux.
    • Buts de l'invention
  • La présente invention vise à fournir un dispositif de lissage des cheveux amélioré par rapport à l'état de la technique, et en particulier un dispositif comportant un nombre d'éléments de pinçage plus réduit et plus rigide, permettant de guider les cheveux pour les rendre apte à repousser le peigne mobile sans intervention de l'utilisateur.
    • Résumé de l'invention
  • La présente invention divulgue un dispositif destiné à lisser les cheveux, comportant un peigne extérieur et un peigne intérieur, montés de manière mobile pour autoriser un mouvement de translation de l'un par rapport à l'autre, permettant de pincer les mèches de cheveux afin de les lisser, les dents du peigne extérieur étant formées par une succession d'arcs dont les creux définissent un tunnel faisant place au peigne intérieur de manière à permettre un agencement dudit peigne intérieur en dessous du peigne extérieur au sein dudit tunnel et d'autoriser ledit mouvement de translation du peigne intérieur par rapport au peigne extérieur afin de décaler les dents dudit peigne intérieur par rapport aux plans formés par les arcs du peigne extérieur.
  • Selon un ou plusieurs modes particuliers d'exécution, l'invention comporte l'une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques suivantes :
    • le contour extérieur des dents du peigne intérieur est sensiblement égal au creux des arcs ;
    • les dents du peigne intérieur ont un profil biseauté ;
    • le pas du peigne extérieur est substantiellement identique au pas du peigne intérieur ;
    • le dispositif comporte un moyen de maintien en position d'un peigne par rapport à l'autre ;
    • le moyen de maintien en position est un ressort ;
    • le ressort est muni d'un moyen de réglage de la force dudit ressort ;
    • le moyen de réglage de la force dudit ressort est une vis de réglage.
    Brève description des figures
  • La figure 1 représente les éléments essentiels de la présente invention, à savoir un peigne tunnel avec un peigne mobile pouvant se mouvoir à l'intérieur de ce tunnel à l'aide d'un ressort.
  • La figure 2 représente le mécanisme de réglage du ressort du peigne mobile.
  • La figure 3 représente des coupes A-A' et B-B' avec à la fois une vue en plan et une vue de côté du peigne tunnel avec le peigne mobile se déplaçant à l'intérieur du peigne tunnel ; la vue en plan de la coupe B-B' visualisant le lissage des cheveux lorsque l'on actionne le peigne mobile dans le sens de la flèche.
  • La figure 4 représente dans la coupe A-A' l'introduction des mèches de cheveux à lisser dans le dispositif de lissage.
  • Les figures 4, 5 et 6 représentent respectivement le mécanisme d'introduction des cheveux ou des mèches à lisser dans le dispositif suivi du lissage de ces mêmes mèches.
  • La figure 7 représente une utilisation possible du dispositif de l'invention sur un sèche cheveux.
  • La figure 8 représente une utilisation possible du dispositif de l'invention sur une brosse soufflante.
    • Description détaillée de l'invention
  • Le dispositif de la présente invention peut être appliqué à la fois sur une brosse soufflante ou sur un sèche-cheveux. Il peut également se suffire à lui-même.
  • Le dispositif de l'invention comporte deux éléments essentiels, il s'agit de deux peignes imbriqués l'un dans l'autre que nous appellerons « peigne intérieur 2 » et « peigne extérieur 1 ». Le peigne extérieur 1 se présente sous la forme d'une multitude d'arcs 3 alignés avec une partie creuse formée par les creux des arcs successifs et formant un tunnel 4 dans lequel se trouve le peigne intérieur, les deux étant agencés de manière mobile l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le mot arc est à interpréter au sens architectural selon la définition du Larousse.
  • Le peigne intérieur 2 a une forme semblable au creux formé par les arcs 3 du peigne extérieur 1. L'un étant mobile par rapport à l'autre. Les deux éléments essentiels, c'est à dire le peigne intérieur 2 et le peigne extérieur 1 de ce dispositif défriseur sont visibles dans la figure 1 ou ils sont représentés de manière séparée afin de pouvoir distinguer les éléments en détail.
  • Le peigne extérieur 1 formant le tunnel 4 peut également se déplacer par rapport au peigne intérieur 2 qui peut rester fixe. L'important étant de générer le mouvement d'un élément par rapport à l'autre permettant de pincer les cheveux lorsque les mèches sont introduites entre les deux peignes.
  • En fonction du mode d'exécution choisi au repos, le dispositif peut se trouver en position ouverte telle que représentée à la figure 6 ou encore en position fermée, telle que représentée à la figure 4. En position ouverte, l'arc formé par les dents du peigne extérieur 1 est dans le même plan que les dents biseautées 5 du peigne intérieur 2. La résistance offerte par le ressort 6 pour faire bouger le peigne intérieur 2 par rapport au peigne extérieur 1 peut également être réglé par l'intermédiaire d'une vis 7 représentée dans les figures 1 et 2.
  • L'utilisateur peut choisir d'introduire ses cheveux dans le peigne en position ouverte et de relâcher ensuite le peigne mobile afin que celui-ci, poussé par un ressort réglable 6 pince la mèche de cheveux.
  • Un autre moyen de lisser les cheveux consiste à utiliser le dispositif en position fermée, c'est à dire où les dents biseautées 5 sont décalées par rapport au plan formé par les arcs 3, et d'introduire les mèches de cheveux, qui elles mêmes ajustent la position du peigne mobile avec comme seule résistance l'effort fourni par le ressort 6 de la vis de réglage 7. Cette force est réglable (voir figure 2). Autrement dit, l'utilisateur, en tirant ses mèches de cheveux à travers les dents du dispositif provoque lui-même l'ajustement des dents les unes par rapport aux autres en fonction de la force de traction exercée sur lesdites mèches.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif destiné à lisser les cheveux, comportant un peigne extérieur (1) et un peigne intérieur (2), montés de manière mobile pour autoriser un mouvement de translation de l'un par rapport à l'autre, permettant de pincer les mèches de cheveux afin de les lisser, les dents du peigne extérieur (1) étant formées par une succession d'arcs (3) dont les creux définissent un tunnel (4) faisant place au peigne intérieur (2) de manière à permettre un agencement dudit peigne intérieur (1) en dessous du peigne extérieur (2) au sein dudit tunnel (4) et d'autoriser ledit mouvement de translation du peigne intérieur (2) par rapport au peigne extérieur (1) afin de décaler les dents (5) dudit peigne intérieur (2) par rapport aux plans formés par les arcs (3) du peigne extérieur (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le contour extérieur des dents (5) du peigne intérieur (2) est sensiblement égal au creux des arcs (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les dents (5) du peigne intérieur (2) ont un profil biseauté.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pas du peigne extérieur est substantiellement identique au pas du peigne intérieur.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci comporte un moyen de maintien en position d'un peigne par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien en position est un ressort (6).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort est muni d'un moyen de réglage de la force dudit ressort.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage de la force dudit ressort est une vis de réglage (7).
