Alle bis hierher beschriebenen technischen Funktionen lassen sich deshalb auch auf dieses weitere Sperrelement 4 übertragen. Wie bereits angedeutet, braucht das wenigstens eine Sperrelement 4 nicht unbedingt um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar sein. Es können durchaus auch um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbare Sperrelemente 4 Verwendung finden, die sich in den Personendurchgang 16 kippen lassen, um so, quer zur Personendurchgangsrichtung angeordnet, den Personendurchgang 16 zu versperren.
Was die Kontaktmittel 6 betrifft, so bietet sich für den Fachmann zur Verwirklichung der erfindungsgemäßen Idee eine Fülle von unterschiedlichen bekannten Kontaktmitteln 6 an, die je nach Bauweise der Durchgangssperre 1 entsprechend einsetzbar sind. So lassen sich auch Lichtschranken 8 verwenden, die in bekannter Weise nur eine Lichtsendeeinrichtung 9, jedoch keine gegenüberliegende Lichtempfangseinrichtung 10 aufweisen. Anstelle von Lichtschranken 8 können auch andere bekannte, strahlenaussendende Mittel Verwendung finden, deren Strahlungsbereich entweder gestört oder verändert oder unterbrochen wird, um dadurch die Warneinrichtung 15 zu aktivieren.
Auch sollte die Warneinrichtung 15 nicht nur als eine geräusch- oder blinklichtabgebende Einrichtung verstanden werden. Vielmehr ist die Warneinrichtung 15 im Sinne der Erfindung als eine Einrichtung zu verstehen, die ein geeignetes Signal an eine Stelle abgibt, die eine Kontroll- oder Überwachungsfunktion ausüben kann. So lässt sich die Warneinrichtung 15 durchaus auch mit wenigstens einer am Personendurchgang 16 befindlichen Kasse elektrisch schalten, so das bei einem Versuch, eine geschlossene Durchgangssperre 1 missbräuchlich zu überwinden, auch ein entsprechendes Signal über die Kasse an die dort befindliche Kassierperson abgegeben werden kann. Unter den Begriff Warneinrichtung 15 lassen sich auch Kameras einordnen, die an entsprechenden Stellen in einem Selbstbedienungsgeschäft angeordnet und dann eine Person zu filmen imstande sind, wenn diese das Selbstbedienungsgeschäft durch eine geschlossene Durchgangssperre 1 verlassen möchte. Das gleichzeitige Abgeben von Ton- und/oder Lichtsignalen ist dabei mit eingeschlossen.
Abschließend soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass es durchaus möglich ist, wenigstens eines der Kontaktmittel 6 außerhalb des Sperrelementes 4 anzubringen. So ist es bei einer Lichtschrankenlösung durchaus möglich, die Lichtsendeeinrichtung 9 an der Lagerung 2 oder am Schwenkelement 25 anzubringen. Auch ist es, ebenfalls bei Verwendung einer Lichtschranke 8 möglich, die Lichtsendeeinrichtung 9 oberhalb des in Sperrlage befindlichen Sperrelementes 4 an der Decke anzubringen und den oberen Rand 5 oder den oberen Randbereich 5 des Sperrelementes 4 mit einer entsprechenden Spiegelleiste auszustatten, welche die Funktion der Lichtempfangseinrichtung 10 übernimmt.
