Je nach wahlweisem Ausgestalten der beschriebenen Maßnahmen kann das Sportgerät als Kräftigungs- , Dehnungsund/oder Massagegerät genutzt werden. Das Sportgerät kann anhand der Griffe von einer oder mehreren Personen mit Händen und/oder Füßen, mit ein- und/oder beidseitig einsetzbarem oder gleichzeitigem Griff, betätigt werden. Je nach Wahl des Materials für den Hauptkörper ist das erfindungsgemäße Sportgerät vielseitig einsetzbar, zum Beispiel bei einem einen negativen Auftrieb aufweisenden Basismaterial allein für Trockenübungen, andererseits jedoch vorteilhafterweise bei einem einen positiven Auftrieb aufweisenden Basismaterial je nach Wunsch zusätzlich für gymnastische Übungen im Wassersport. Etwa bei den jeweiligen Enden sind, quer zur Längsrichtung durch den zylindrischen Körper hindurch, Bohrungen 2 ausgestaltet, in die jeweils Kunststoff-Rohrstücke 6 eingesetzt sind. Durch die jeweiligen Rohrstücke 6 sind elastische Bänder 5 in Form einer Schlaufe gezogen. Die elastischen Bänder 5 bilden zusam- men mit der im Griffbereich vorgesehenen Polsterung 4 den jeweiligen separaten Griff 3 des Sportgeräts. Hände bzw. Füße, die in Fig. 1B jeweils schematisch durch die Bezugsziffern 8 und 9 dargestellt sind, können diese separaten Griffe 3 bequem greifen oder fassen und eine Kraftwirkung auf den länglichen Körper ausüben (in Fig. 1B beispielhaft durch jeweilige Pfeile bei 8 und 9 veranschaulicht) , um den Körper aus der in gestrichelter Linie dargestellten Längsachse heraus zu biegen. Durch die dem Körpermaterial eigene Elastizität vermag der Körper 1 vom gebogenen Zustand (Fig. 1B) elastisch wieder in die Ursprungs- bzw. Ruheposition zurückzufedern. Aufgrund einer möglichen, zusätzlich in Längsrichtung existierenden Elastizität - die ggf. nur oder hauptsächlich bezüglich der elastischen Bändern 5 existiert - kann das Sportgerät wahlweise auch gedehnt werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Sportgerät ist keineswegs auf die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten bzw. die oben erläuterten Ausführungsformen beschränkt. Vielmehr sind vielfältige Abwandlungen des Sportgeräts möglich, z.B. hinsichtlich der Ausgestaltung anderer Materialien, Formen und Maße des Körpers, der Art und der Konstruktion der Griffe, der Hinzufügung weiterer Griffe, dem Anbau weiterer technischer und/oder ästhetischer Elemente, usw.
