Stretching device for stretching exercises, having a foot part (1), a grip part (2) and a flexible, non-elastic connecting element (3) for connecting the foot part (1) to the grip part (2), wherein the connecting element is configured as a connecting strap (3) with several loop-shaped receptacles (4) arranged next to one another for inserting the foot part (1) and the grip part (2), characterized in that the grip part (2) is firmly connected to the connecting strap (3) in order to be able to additionally change the distance between the foot part (1) and the grip part (2) by winding and unwinding the connecting strap (3).
  2. Stretching device according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting strap (3) is formed from a single strap piece with superimposed strap layers (5, 6).
