Transfernäpfe entsprechenden Anordnung angeordnet sind. Das Füllband 4 weist Transfernäpfe 6 auf, die eine der Anordnung der Näpfe 2 in der Folie 3 entsprechende eigene Anordnung aufweisen. Der Antrieb des Füllbandes 4 erfolgt, indem die der Folie 3 zugewandte Umlenkrolle 5 als Antriebsrolle ausgebildet ist und mittels eines Servomotors als Antrieb angetrieben wird. Die vollständige Füllung der Transfernäpfe 6 in dem Füllband 4 wird sichergestellt durch den geregelten Antrieb, der eine Pilgerschrittbewegung ermöglicht, bei der die Produkte aufgrund ihrer Masse und Trägheit häufigen Beschleunigungen ausgesetzt werden. Zusätzlich ist dafür auch eine Schwingplatte 12 vorgesehen, die ergänzend oder alternativ zur Pilgerschrittbewegung das Einsortieren bewirkt. Wie der Fig.1 zu entnehmen ist, ist das obere Trumm des Füllbandes 4 auf einen Teil seiner Länge in Förderrichtung aufwärts geführt, um so die Wirkung der Schwerkraft ausnutzen zu können. Weiterhin ist oberhalb des Füllbandes 4 geneigt zu dessen Förderrichtung ein Strömungshindernis 7, nämlich ein Abstreifer angeordnet, der auf dem bisherigen Förderweg nicht in die Transfernäpfe 6 einsortierte Produkte aufhält und unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft zu dem Beginn des Förderweges zurückgleiten lässt und die erneute Möglichkeit des Einsortierens in die Transfernäpfe 6 ermöglicht. Das Füllband 4 ist senkrecht zu der Laufrichtung der Folie 3 ausgerichtet, kann also aus senkrechter Richtung an die Folie 3 herangeführt werden, da das Vorratsgefäß 1 sowie das Füllband 1 mit den Umlenkrollen 5 und dem Antrieb auf einem fahrbaren Gestell 8 angeordnet sind und somit einfach ausgewechselt werden können.Fig. 1 shows a device which serves to transport solid products such as tablets, capsules, dragees, pills or the like. Auf einer derartigen Vorrichtung ist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren durchführbar, für das zunächst in der Satellitenstation aus den Thermoformfolien die Füllbänder 4 hergestellt werden, wobei die freien Enden der Füllbänder 4 durch die darin ausgebildeten Transfernäpfe 6 formschlüssig und dauerhaft miteinander verbunden werden. Zu beachten ist, dass für eine Formatanpassung lediglich das Formwerkzeug in der Satellitenstation, die Antriebsrolle sowie der Platzierer 9 auszuwechseln sind, wobei die Vorbereitungen des Formatwechsels weitgehend außerhalb des Produktionsraumes erfolgen können durch die fahrbare Lagerung der Vorrichtung in einem Gestell 8. Nach den vorbereitenden Schritten werden die Produkte aus dem Vorratsgefäß 1 auf das Füllband 4 geschüttet und durch das Füllband 4 nach deren Einsortieren in die Tansfernäpfe 6 zu dem Platzierer 9 gefördert, der jedes Produkt einzeln ergreift und in die Näpfe 2 der Folie 3 transferiert. Ist die Verschleißgrenze oder der tolerierbare Verschmutzungsgrad des Füllbandes 4 erreicht, wird das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren von vorne gestartet und das in der Satellitenstaion erneut produzierte Füllband 4 als Ersatz für das alte Füllband 4 eingesetzt. - A method according to one of claims 1 to 4 characterised in that at least the upper run of the filling belt (4) is guided upwardly over at least a part of its length in the transport direction.
- A method according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised in that the direction-changing roller (5) which is towards the film (3) is in the form of a drive roller and the drive for the filling belt (4) is effected in a pilgrim step movement.
- A method according to claim 6 characterised in that pockets (10) are provided in the drive roller for positively lockingly receiving the transfer cups (6) and provide for the drive for the filling belt (4).
