Nach der Erfindung wird hierzu eine Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren und/oder Dispergieren fließfähiger, insbesondere flüssiger oder pastöser Stoffe (Stoffvorlage) bereitgestellt, welche einen Behälter für eine Stoffvorlage und eine motorbetriebene Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (Homogenisator) umfaßt. Bei dieser Vorrichtung wird die Stoffvorlage von einem Behälterauslaß mittels einer Förderpumpe zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung gefördert, welcher gegebenenfalls Eintragseinrichtungen für Additive in flüssiger oder pulvriger Form zugeordnet sind. Die Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung kann gegebenenfalls auslaßseitig eine Rückförderung in den Behälter für die Stoffvorlage gestatten. Nach der Erfindung zeichnet sich eine solche Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren und/oder Dispergieren dadurch aus, daß die Förderpumpe gesondert zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung angetrieben ist, ein Sensor, vorzugsweise ein Drucksensor, zwischen dem Pumpenauslaß und der Einlaßseite der Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung angeordnet ist, welcher den gesonderten Antrieb der Förderpumpe variabel nach Maßgabe der Fließeigenschaften der Stoffvorlage und/oder entsprechender Prozeßparameter derart steuert, daß die Produktstromförderung zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung immer unter Vordruck erfolgt.According to the invention for this purpose, an apparatus for homogenizing and / or dispersing flowable, in particular liquid or pasty substances (fabric template) is provided which comprises a container for a fabric master and a motorized homogenizer and / or disperser (homogenizer). Bei der Erfindung ist somit der Fördervorgang mittels der Förderpumpe und der Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiervorgang in Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiervorrichtung unabhängig beeinflussbar, so daß die Förderpumpe beispielsweise unter Berücksichtigung der Produkteigenart, wie viskose oder hochviskose Stoffe, geregelt werden kann, so daß man immer sicherstellen kann, daß die von der Förderpumpe in Richtung zu der Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung geförderte Produktmenge oder Stoffmenge immer größer als die Förderleistung der Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung ist. Dank der universellen Steuer- und Regelbarkeit lassen sich somit kürzere Produktverweilzeiten realisieren und der Produktstrom kann gegebenenfalls geringeren Scherwirkungen ausgesetzt werden, so daß man eine schonende Behandlung der Stoffvorlage sicherstellen kann. Auch lassen sich in Abhängigkeit von der Produkteigenart die Durchsätze der Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren und/oder Dispergieren optimieren und steigern. Hierdurch lassen sich zuverlässig Kavitationserscheinungen vermeiden, da die Förderung des Produktstromes zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung immer unter Vordruck erfolgt. Selbst bei einem Reinigungszyklus lassen sich somit Kavitationserscheinungen und hierdurch bedingte Geräuscherscheinungen vermeiden, da sich die hohe Förderleistung in entsprechender Weise unabhängig von dem Produktstromdurchsatz durch die Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiervorrichtung einstellen lässt. Claims (12)

Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren und/oder Dispergieren fließfähiger, insbesondere flüssiger oder pastöser Stoffe (Stoffvorlage), welche einen Behälter (2) für die Stoffvorlage und eine motorbetriebene Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (6) umfaßt, wobei die Stoffvorlage von einem Behälterauslaß (4) mittels einer Förderpumpe (5) zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (6) gefördert wird, welcher gegebenenfalls Eintragseinrichtungen (9) für Additive in flüssiger oder pulvriger Form zugeordnet sind, und wobei die Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (6) auslaßseitig gegebenenfalls eine Rückförderung in den Behälter (2) gestattet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderpumpe (5) gesondert zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (6) angetrieben ist, ein Sensor (14), vorzugsweise ein Drucksensor, zwischen dem Pumpenauslaß und der Einlaßseite der Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (6) angeordnet ist, welcher den gesonderten Antrieb (8) der Förderpumpe (5) variabel nach Maßgabe der Fließeigenschaften der Stoffvorlage und/oder entsprechender Prozeßparameter derart steuert, daß die Produktstromförderung zur Homogenisier- und/oder Dispergiereinrichtung (6) immer unter Vordruck erfolgt.
