Description

The invention relates to a wall mounting for a panel heater and a method for producing such a wall mounting.

In residential buildings usually ladder radiators were previously mounted, which consist of a transversely extending upper tube, a parallel to this lower tube and a plurality between the two tubes in the vertical direction mutually parallel link bodies. The attachment was generally made by placing in the wall behind, e.g. walled mounting hook for receiving the lower tube and at least one threaded rod placed in the wall, which projects through between two link bodies and fixed by patch clamps from the front and rear.

Such sectional radiators are increasingly replaced by modern panel radiators, however, have neither through holes for the threaded rod still allow recording through the hooks. Thus, in the assembly of the panel radiator in general, the threaded rod and the hooks are separated directly on the wall and either expensive new fasteners placed in the wall or mounting rods vertically mounted in the ground below the panel radiator. However, the subsequent attachment in the wall is problematic, since the fastening hooks for the sectional radiators were earlier incorporated in the shell phase, since there was on the quarter or half-stone, coated with fiber cement outer wall usually no significant mounting options and even today partially, even with today's DĂ¼beltechnik, not exist. Furthermore, there is the danger of piercing the outer wall to the outside when drilling another attachment. In part, the outer wall consists only auschlieĂŸlich of a hardboard cement board, where virtually no attachment can be made. The attachment vertically in the ground below the panel heater, however, makes it difficult to lay a floor covering and cleaning the floor.

The DE 29 23 903 A1 describes a wall mounting element for panel radiator with a rail, at the lower end of a console and at its upper end a holder with a engageable in the radiator edge claw is slidably disposed. The rail is attached to the wall via a dowel with screws and allows in its lower part over a row of holes the height adjustment of the console and in its upper part a lateral displacement of the claw to adjust the wall mounting the respective panel radiator can.

The invention has for its object to provide a wall mounting for a panel radiator and a method for producing such a wall mounting, which allow a low-cost and low cost subsequent secure attachment.

This object is achieved by a wall mounting according to claim 1 and a method according to claim 11. The dependent claims describe preferred developments.

The invention is based on the idea to largely continue to use the already existing fasteners for the sectional heating elements, what they are shortened in a suitable manner and an inventive fastening set is placed.

Here, a lower holder is placed on the shortened lower mounting hook, which receives the plate heater with a receiving jaws from below. A longitudinal and vertical adjustment of the receiving bak is advantageously made possible by a longitudinally adjustable clamping bush is placed on the shortened attachment hook and the receiving jaws in z. B. a receiving socket is adjustable in height, z. B. by a screwed from below into the receiving jaws, externally accessible screw.

The shortened mounting rod is used according to the invention for attachment of the upper holder, which has to be placed on the shortened mounting bar wall rail and a recorded at the upper end of the adjustment, which in turn carries an upper receptacle for fixing an upper end of the panel radiator. The upper receptacle may e.g. be a retaining plate, which is designed as a downwardly open receiving hook. The wall rail advantageously allows a vertical adjustment, e.g. through an elongated hole, wherein the adjusting bar is advantageously adjustable in the longitudinal direction, e.g. by sliding in an upper socket.

According to the invention, therefore, despite the variable vertical and horizontal distance between the threaded rod and the upper end of the panel radiator with relatively little effort, a secure recording of the upper end of the panel radiator can be achieved.

Since, according to the invention, it is recognized that larger distances of the panel radiator from the wall may also be present, the adjustment bracket can advantageously be shortened with little effort, e.g. in transverse predetermined breaking points. Thus, the adjustment can be formed with sufficient length and shortened at shorter distances at its rear end, so that it does not hit against the wall.

The assembly according to the invention is based on a in Fig. 11 arrangement shown in which a sectional heating element 2 is attached to a wall 3 in a conventional manner. The sectional heating element 2 has a transversely extending upper tube 4 and a parallel thereto extending lower tube 5, between which a plurality of parallel extending in the vertical direction link body 7 are connected. The sectional heating element 2 is connected to the wall 3 via at least one, generally two or three side by side fastened in the wall 3 fastening hooks 10 and at least one also set in the wall 3 threaded rod 12 is attached. The attachment hooks 10 receive the lower tube 5 between the link bodies 7; on the threaded rod 12, a rear clamp 14 and a front clamp 16 are mounted such that they rest between two link bodies 7 and thereby fix them from the rear and front.

According to the invention, the sectional heating element 2 is first dismantled; Subsequently, the mounting rod 12 is cut at a distance x1 of the wall 3 and the fastening hook 10 at a distance x2 - which is advantageously greater than x1 - severed. Subsequently, the mounting of a plate heater 20 by a fastening set 22 according to the invention from an upper holder 23 and a lower holder 24th

The upper holder 23 has a wall rail 26 with a vertically extending slot 28 and an upper end welded to the upper socket 30 with a longitudinal direction - ie orthogonal to the wall - continuous receiving hole 32. The upper socket part projects forward and has a screw hole 34 on its upper side. In the receiving hole 32, a longitudinally extending adjusting bracket 36 is pushed from the front, which has a plurality of predetermined separation points 37 along its length and is bent at its front end upwards, preferably by about 90 °. At its upper front end, it has a retaining plate with handle hook 40 open at the bottom. The adjusting bracket 36 is fixed in its respective longitudinal position after insertion into the receiving hole 32 by setting a screw 42 with a compression spring 44 from above into the screw hole 34 and screwing it into a sliding nut 46 set in the receiving hole 32. In order to adjust a shorter position if necessary, the adjusting bracket 36 can be shortened at the predetermined separation points 37, so that it does not abut against the wall 3 with its rear end.

The wall rail 26 is placed here on the wall 3, wherein the shortened mounting bar 12 'is inserted through the slot 28. Then, a sliding shoe 48 is placed on the wall rail 26 from the front, the shortened fixing bar 12 'being inserted through a hole 49 of the sliding shoe 48. The exact height position of the wall rail 26 is subsequently carried out by sliding in the sliding shoe 48 along its slot 28 and fixing by means of a nut 50th

The lower holder 24 is placed on the shortened mounting hook 10 'and has a longitudinally extending clamping housing 50 with a longitudinal slot 51 formed on its upper side and a welded at its front end, upwardly open receiving socket 52, into which a receiving jaws 56 from above is used, which is advantageously adjustable in height by a screwed into its bottom adjusting screw 58 which rests in the receiving socket 52. Here, the receiving socket 52 has on its underside a hole 60 of smaller diameter than the screw head of the adjusting screw 58, so that these by means of a tool, e.g. a screwdriver or hexagon insert, can be rotated from below and the receiving jaws 56, which are held in the receiving bush 52 so that they can not be rotated, are adjusted in their height position. The receiving jaw 56 has for this purpose e.g. a rectangular shape at least in its lower portion, which is fittingly set in the rectangular receiving socket 52. On its upper side, the receiving jaw 56 has a transverse slot 60 for receiving a rear plate 66 or a middle plate (in the case of, for example, three-layered radiators) of the panel heater 20.

The clamping bush 50 is thus set from the front on the shortened fastening hooks 10 ', the slot 51 receiving a web of the fastening hook 10. The longitudinal position of the clamping bush 50 is replaced by a Fixing screw 70 fixed, which is set from below through a hole 72 of the clamping bush 50 and screwed into a received in the clamping bush 50 sliding nut 74. Subsequently, the height position of the jaw 56 can be adjusted by turning the adjusting screw 58.

The plate heater 20 is thus fastened with its rear plate 66 by the fastening set 22 according to the invention by being placed at its lower edge in the clamping jaw 56 and fixed from above by the trained as a handle hook 40 retaining plate.

Instead of the sliding shoe 48 z. B. also an annular washer can be used. The adjusting bracket 36 may be formed accordingly without predetermined separation points 37. Instead of the spring 44 and the sliding nut 46 may be formed directly in the screw hole 34 a thread.

To repair the panel heater 20 can be easily dismantled accordingly again.
