Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandbefestigung fĂ¼r einen Plattenheizkörper und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer derartigen Wandbefestigung.The invention relates to a wall mounting for a panel heater and a method for producing such a wall mounting.

Somit werden bei der Montage des Plattenheizkörpers im Allgemeinen die Gewindestange und der Befestigungshaken direkt an der Wand abgetrennt und entweder aufwendige neue Befestigungen in die Wand gesetzt oder Befestigungsstangen vertikal in dem Boden unterhalb des Plattenheizkörpers angebracht. Die nachträgliche Befestigung in der Wand ist jedoch problematisch, da die Befestigungshaken fĂ¼r die Gliederheizkörper frĂ¼her in der Rohbauphase mit eingebaut wurden, da es an der viertel- oder halbsteinigen, mit Faserzementplatten beschichtete AuĂŸenwand in der Regel keine wesentlichen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten gab und auch heute zum Teil, selbst mit der heutigen DĂ¼beltechnik, nicht gibt. Weiterhin besteht die Gefahr, bei dem Anbohren einer anderen Befestigung die AuĂŸenwand nach auĂŸen zu durchstoĂŸen. Zum Teil besteht die AuĂŸenwand auch nur auschlieĂŸlich aus einer Hartfaser-Zementplatte, wo praktisch keine Befestigung vorgenommen werden kann. Der untere Halter 24 wird auf den gekĂ¼rzten Befestigungshaken 10' gesetzt und weist ein in Längsrichtung verlaufendes Klemmgehäuse 50 mit einem an seiner Oberseite ausgebildeten Längsschlitz 51 sowie eine an dessen vorderem Ende angeschweiĂŸte, nach oben offene Aufnahmebuchse 52 auf, in die ein Aufnahmebacken 56 von oben eingesetzt ist, der vorteilhafterweise durch eine in seine Unterseite geschraubte Verstellschraube 58, die in der Aufnahmebuchse 52 aufliegt, höhenverstellbar ist. Hierbei weist die Aufnahmebuchse 52 an ihrer Unterseite ein Loch 60 mit kleinerem Durchmesser als der Schraubenkopf der Verstellschraube 58 auf, so dass diese mittels eines Werkzeuges, z.B. eines Schraubendrehers bzw. Sechskantinneneinsatzes, von unten gedreht werden kann und der unverdrehbar in der Aufnahmebuchse 52 aufgenommene Aufnahmebacken 56 in seiner Höhenposition verstellt wird. Der Aufnahmebacken 56 hat hierfĂ¼r z.B. eine zumindest in seinem unteren Bereich rechtwinklige Form, die passend in die rechtwinklige Aufnahmebuchse 52 gesetzt ist. An seiner Oberseite weist der Aufnahmebacken 56 einen Querschlitz 60 zur Aufnahme einer hinteren Platte 66 oder einer mittleren Platte (bei z.B. dreilagigen Heizkörpern) des Plattenheizkörpers 20 auf.The
