- A highly elastic, electrically insulating support point for rails (1) of a track for railbound vehicles that need to be anchored on a supporting construction (9) with anchorages (10), comprising an elastic base that can be applied onto the supporting construction (9), the anchorages (10) and a spring-loaded mounting for the rail foot (3),
wherein the anchorages (10) provided adjacent to both sides of the rail foot (3) in order to be introduced into the supporting construction (9) feature screw anchors of plastic that can be integrated into the supporting construction and enclose screw bolts (8) that extend through the spring-loaded mounting and the threats of which protrude from the anchorage (10) toward the rail side,
as well as an elastic base in the form of a complementary set of several plates (4-7) that consist of plastic and lie on top of one another, wherein said plates are in the installed state arranged between the supporting construction (9) and the rail foot (3) and their width is greater than that of the rail foot (3) along with the corresponding spring-loaded mounting,
wherein the top plate (7) is realized in the form of a support plate with lateral guide elements for the rail foot (3), wherein at least one plate (5) is realized elastically and resettable for a predefined subsidence of the rail foot, and wherein all plates (4-7) feature openings for the screw bolts (8), onto the threads of which nuts can be screwed in order to brace the rail foot (3) in a spring-loaded fashion,
characterized ina) that the openings in the top plate (7) are provided with integral guide sleeves (12) that serve as guides for a threadless section of the screw bolts (8),b) that the top plate (7) in the form of a support and guide plate for the rail foot (3) is designed with a rear support (71) for the mounting for the rail foot (3) that is realized in the form of a bracket-like or w-shaped rail clamp,c) that the top plate (7) in the form of a support for the rail foot (3) consists of high-strength plastic,d) that a planar plate (6) of high-strength plastic is arranged underneath the top plate (7) for load distribution purposes,e) that the at least one planar elastic plate (5) is arranged underneath the planar plate (6) provided for load distribution purposes and realized with a subsidence capacity of at least one millimeter, andf) that a plate of high-strength plastic with a planar upper side is provided as bottom plate (4). - The support point according to Claim 1, characterized in that the screw anchors (11) of the anchoring (10) are provided with projections (101) and embedded in the concrete of the supporting construction (9) in a torsion-proof fashion.
- The support point according to Claim 1, characterized in that at least the bottom plate (4) is equipped with a ribbing (41, 42) on its underside, and in that the ribbing (41, 42) of the bottom plate (4) is provided for positively engaging into the concrete surface of the supporting construction (9).
- The support point according to Claim 1, characterized in that the anchoring (10) and at least one of the plates (4-7) can be positively and/or non-positively coupled to one another.
- The support point according to Claim 1, characterized in that the bottom plate (4) is realized complementary with the upper part of the enclosure of the anchorage (10).
- The support point according to Claim 1, characterized in that the enclosure of the anchorage (10) is realized in the form of a conical adapter (102) toward the end of the thread (81).
- The support point according to Claim 6, characterized in that the bottom plate (4) features an opening (43) that downwardly widens in a conical fashion and serves for accommodating the conical adapter (102).
- The support point according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that one or more of the plates (4-7) consist/s of several parts and/or is/are made of plastics with different load carrying capacities.
- The support point according to Claim 3, characterized in that the top plate (7) features a rib structure on its underside.
