H s'agit là d'une conception tout à fait classique ou conventionnelle pour une pompe ou une valve utilisée dans le domaine de la parfumerie, de la cosmétique ou encore de la pharmacie pour distribuer des produits fluides contenus dans des récipients tels que des flacons, bouteilles, etc. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne la capacité d'authentification ainsi que la traçabilité de l'organe de distribution ou plus généralement du distributeur utilisant un tel organe de distribution. D. est en effet important de pouvoir identifier sans doute possible l'origine de l'organe de distribution afin de pouvoir distinguer rapidement et facilement entre un authentique et une imitation ou contrefaçon. Plus particulièrement pour la traçabilité, il est important de pouvoir suivre le cheminement ou le parcours de l'organe de distribution depuis sa fabrication jusqu'à sa vente ou sa mise en vente. Une solution proposée par la demande de brevet français FR 2 832 134 prévoit qu'un des composants constitutifs de l'organe de distribution soit pourvu d'une unité d'identification apte à délivrer une information relative à l'organe de distribution. L'unité d'identification comprend un circuit intégré et une antenne apte à émettre des signaux portant une information. Les signaux peuvent être du type radiofréquence. L'unité d'identification est donc apte à délivrer une information sous la forme d'un signal en réponse à un signal d'émission de demande d'information reçue par l'antenne de l'unité. L'unité d'identification selon cette demande peut être localisée à différents endroits au sein de l'organe de distribution. Toutefois, il s'avère que les emplacements proposés dans les différents modes de réalisation présentent de nombreux inconvénients. En effet, le positionnement de l'unité d'identification sur une bague emmanchée sous le corps de la pompe ou de valve présente le problème de visibilité de l'unité et de son support à travers le récipient. Ce positionnement particulier constitue ainsi un inconvénient esthétique. La disposition de l'unité d'indentification au niveau de la tête de distribution pose également problème, celle-ci pouvant être retirée ou arrachée afin d'être par exemple remplacée par une tête de distribution dépourvue d'une telle puce. Donc, ce mode de réalisation peut notamment être problématique dans la constitution de preuves lors d'une contrefaçon. Selon un autre mode de réalisation détaillé dans cette demande, l'unité d'identification est placée autour du corps de pompe sur une bague de support logée sous le joint dans l'ouverture du récipient. L'inconvénient lié à cet emplacement est que le diamètre de l'ouverture devra être calibré de telle sorte à laisser une place suffisante pour y insérer l'unité et son support. Par conséquent, ce mode de réalisation ne convient pas à des cols de récipient de diamètre sensiblement identiques à ceux du corps de pompe, la bague n'ayant pas assez de place pour s'immiscer entre l'ouverture définie par le col et le corps de pompe. Enfin un dernier mode de réalisation envisage de monter l'unité d'indentification sur le joint de col au sein d'un évidement spécifique. Un inconvénient majeur lié à ce positionnement réside dans la possibilité d'écraser l'unité d'identification lors du sertissage de la coupelle sur le récipient, susceptible d'occasionner un dysfonctionnement de ladite unité voire, de la casser irrémédiablement. La présente invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients précités de l'art antérieur liés aux emplacements destinés à loger une unité d'identification au sein d'un organe de distribution ou d'un distributeur utilisant un tel organe. Pour atteindre ce but, la présente invention propose un organe de distribution de produit fluide comprenant un corps définissant un conduit d'entrée, une tige d'actionnement déplaçable dans le corps, un organe d'actionnement couplé à la tige d'actionnement, et des moyens de fixation pour fixer le corps dans une ouverture définie un récipient contenant du produit fluide, une unité d'identification apte à délivrer une information relative à l'organe de distribution, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité d'identification est logée dans un espace défini entre le corps et les moyens de fixation. 5 Avantageusement, ledit espace est délimité par un joint de col disposé autour du corps et destiné à être comprimé sur l'ouverture du récipient. The present invention applies to all distribution members such as pumps or valves. Consequently, the dispensing member 1 shown in the figures can be either a pump or a valve. The dispensing member 1 comprises all the components necessary for mounting it on a container 2. To do this, the container 2 comprises a neck 21 defining an opening 20 through which the inside of the container 2 communicates with the outside. The dispensing member 1 comprises a body 10 defining an inlet sleeve 11 at the level of which a dip tube 14 can be connected which extends inside the container 2 up to its bottom. The body 10 comprises at its end opposite to the inlet sleeve 11 a flange 12 which projects outwards. The dispensing member also comprises an actuating rod 13 which is mounted translatably displaceable inside the body 10. This actuating rod 13 drives an element (not visible) which can w be a piston in the case of a pump or a valve in the case of a valve. But this is not critical to the present invention. An actuating member 15 in the form of a pusher is mounted on the upper end of the actuating rod 13. In the example shown, the pusher 15 forms the dispensing orifice 16, for example in the form of a sprinkler. Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 4, les moyens de fixation 17 comprennent une tourette 172 et une bague à sertir 175. La tourette reçoit le corps dans un logement d'encliquetage et forme également une bride de fixation 173. Cette bride est en prise avec la bague à sertir 175, de manière à pousser la bride sur le joint de col pour le comprimer sur un col de récipient. La tourette s'étend avec une partie 170 autours du corps de manière concentrique : un espace annulaire 19 est ainsi formé entre eux. Cet espace 19 est également délimité, à son extrémité inférieure, par le joint de col. Une unité d'identification, qui peut être identique à celle des figures 1 à 3, est reçue ou fixée dans cet espace. The spinner extends with a part 170 around the body in a concentric manner: an annular space 19 is thus formed between them. This space 19 is also delimited, at its lower end, by the neck seal. An identification unit, which may be identical to that of FIGS. 1 to 3, is received or fixed in this space. In the present invention, the term “fixing means” should be understood as encompassing any device, in one piece or in several pieces, which serves to maintain a fluid dispenser member on or in a reservoir opening. The fixing means can even form a constituent element of the dispensing member, for example a locking ferrule, as is the case in FIG. 4. With the invention, the identification unit 3 is truly part integral to the distribution organ so that it is inseparable from it.

Claims

Revendications claims
