Claims (11)

  1. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte, das in eine modulare elektrische Vorrichtung, z.B. nach Art eines Trennschalters, integriert ist, umfassend ein magnetisches Stellglied, das auf einen mechanischen Auslöseverschluss einwirkt, der bereitgestellt wird, um im Falle eines Kurzschlusses auf der Leitung, die von der Vorrichtung geschützt wird, einen beweglichen Kontakt von einem feststehenden Kontakt zu entfernen, wobei das Stellglied im Wesentlichen eine Spule (2) umfasst, die mit einem Magnetkreis zusammenwirkt, von dem ein beweglicher Teil (3) in der Lage ist, den Verschluss auszulösen, der über einen Steuergriff (1) der Vorrichtung zurückgestellt werden kann, umfassend:
    - ein Teil (6), das zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten stabilen Position beweglich ist, die jeweils das Nichtvorhandensein und das Vorhandensein eines magnetischen Defekts wiedergeben;
    - ein Teil (6), das mechanisch mit dem beweglichen Teil (3) des Magnetkreises verbunden ist, so dass es von diesem nur in der Verschlussrichtung des Kreises in die zweite Position desselben mitgenommen wird;
    - wobei das Teil (6) mechanisch mit dem Steuergriff (1) verbunden ist, so dass letzterer das Teil nur in der Rückstellrichtung des Verschlusses in seine erste Position mitnimmt;
    - wobei das Teil (6) ein Signalorgan (14) aufweist, das mit einem Fenster (15) zusammenwirkt, das in dem Gehäuse (B) eingerichtet ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil eine Drehtrommel (6) ist, die in dem Gehäuse (B) zwischen ihren beiden stabilen Positionen geführt wird, die in einer Richtung von einem Hebel (7) bewegt wird, wobei ein Distalende der Trommel (6) von dem beweglichen Teil (3) des Magnetkreises mitgenommen wird, und die mit einem elastischen Blatt (12) versehen ist, das radial nach außen orientiert ist, um mit einem Nocken (13) zusammenzuwirken, der über den Schaft des Griffs (1) vorsteht, um diesen in die entgegengesetzte Richtung und über eine gleich lange Hublänge während seines Rückstellhubs mitzunehmen.
  2. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (7) an seinem Ende, das mit der Trommel (6) zusammenwirkt, mit einem Ring (8) fest verbunden ist, der sich darin im Verhältnis zu derselben Drehachse frei dreht, wobei der Hebel (7) über ein Fenster (9), das einen Winkelsektor begrenzt, durch die Wand der Trommel (6) geht, so dass, wenn sich die Trommel (6) in ihrer zweiten Position befindet, der Hebel (7) durch die Rückkehr des beweglichen Teils (3) des Magnetkreises mitgenommen werden kann, ohne die Trommel (6) zu bewegen.
  3. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Distalende des Hebels (7) der Trommel (6) die Form einer Gabel (10) annimmt, die bereitgestellt wird, um in eine ringförmige Rille (11) eines Abschnitts eines beweglichen zylindrischen Kerns (3) eines Magnetkreises zu passen, von der Art, die eine Magnetspule (2) aufweist, die ein Paar koaxiale Kerne umgibt, die jeweils feststehend und beweglich sind, wobei der Abschnitt über die Spule (2) hinausragt.
  4. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das radiale Blatt (12) mindestens in einer Richtung, die zur Drehachse der Trommel (6) parallel verläuft, elastisch ist, und der Nocken (13), der aus dem Schaft des Griffs (1) herausragt, ein Profil und eine Positionierung im Verhältnis zum Schaft aufweist, die derart sind, dass, wenn der Griff (1) bewegt wird, wenn die Kontakte geöffnet werden, er auf seiner Drehbahn auf das Blatt (12) trifft und darüber hinausragt, wobei sich das Blatt elastisch biegt, dann freigegeben wird und in seine anfängliche Position zurückkehrt, während es von dem Nocken (13) über eine Hublänge mitgenommen wird, die gleich lang ist wie die des Hebels (7), wenn der Griff (1) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung betätigt wird, um die Vorrichtung zurückzustellen.
  5. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken (13) ein Profil aufweist, das im Gegenuhrzeigersinn nacheinander eine schiefe Ebene (23) und eine Schulter (24) umfasst, die eine Form parallel zur Drehachse des Griffs (1) aufweist.
  6. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Signalorgan aus einem äußeren Arm (14) besteht, der mit der Trommel (6) fest verbunden ist, der derart positioniert ist, dass, wenn sich letztere in der zweiten Position befindet, eine beispielsweise farbige Oberfläche, die an dem freien Ende des Arms bereitgestellt wird, gegenüber dem Fenster (15) des Gehäuses (B) der Vorrichtung angeordnet wird.
  7. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lichtleiter (16) aus transparentem Kunststoffmaterial zwischen der Oberfläche und dem Fenster (15) eingeschoben ist.
  8. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (15), das mit dem Signalorgan (14) zusammenwirkt, in der Vorderseite des Gehäuses (B) eingerichtet ist.
  9. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (6) eine elastische Ausstülpung (17) umfasst, deren freies Ende (22) mit zwei Reibstellen (25, 26) zusammenwirkt, die mit dem Gehäuse (B) der Vorrichtung fest verbunden sind, um dieses in seiner ersten und zweiten Position zu stabilisieren.
  10. System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstülpung (17) aus einem Arm (18) besteht, der radial aus der Trommel hervorragt, der durch eine Stange (19) verlängert wird, die eine axiale Form aufweist, die sich in Richtung auf das Gehäuse (B) entfaltet, deren freies Ende (22) sich bei Kontakt mit zwei Kanten (25, 26) einer Plattform (21), die aus dem Boden des Gehäuses (B) hervorragen und die Reibstellen bilden, elastisch verformen kann.
  11. Modulare elektrische Vorrichtung, umfassend ein magnetisches Stellglied zum Trennen eines beweglichen Kontaktes von einem feststehenden Kontakt im Falle eines Kurzschlusses in einer Schaltung, die von der Vorrichtung geschützt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein System zum Angeben magnetischer Defekte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche enthält.
