Claims (6)

  1. Cadre de montage pour une installation sanitaire, comprenant :
    a) au moins deux montants verticaux (1) debout parallèlement et à distance l'un de l'autre, qui :
    aa) sont prévus pour être ancrés à une structure porteuse d'un bâtiment ; et
    ab) présentent, au niveau des côtés tournés l'un vers l'autre, une rainure (15) ; les montants verticaux (1) étant des profilés, par exemple un profilé à quatre pans creux, avec des coins (16) et possède au moins sur deux côtés opposés (12, 14) à chaque fois une rainure (15), chaque rainure (15) présentant des deux côtés des contre-dépouilles (150) ayant une géométrie au moins en principe en forme de T ou en forme de queue d'aronde ;
    b) au moins une plaque d'armature (2) insérée de manière amovible entre les montants verticaux (1), qui :
    ba) sert à fixer les armatures et leurs conduites de raccordement ; et
    bb) possède une branche centrale (20) pour le montage des armatures ou des conduites de raccordement et, à chaque fois au niveau des extrémités extérieures, un adaptateur (21) pour la connexion au montant vertical adjacent (1) ; la branche centrale (20) avec une surface de base verticale (200) de la plaque d'armature (2) entre les adaptateurs (21) prévus au niveau des extrémités extérieures, ayant à chaque fois une courbure (204) partant de ceux-ci vers le haut ou vers le bas, de telle sorte qu'il en résulte un profilé en U plat ; les deux adaptateurs (21) étant formés par des courbures du profilé en U orientées dans l'espace à angle droit à partir de l'étendue longitudinale de la branche centrale (20) ; et, pour la fixation de différentes armatures et conduites de raccordement dans la surface de base (200), une trame de premiers trous (201) étant prévue et
    c) des premiers moyens (3) pour la fixation amovible de chaque adaptateur (21) de la plaque d'armature (2) dans la rainure (15) du montant vertical respectivement adjacent (1) qui est tourné vers la plaque d'armature (2), caractérisé en ce que
    d) l'adaptateur (21) s'appuie sur un côté dans la rainure (15), tandis que de l'autre côté de la rainure (15), une partie de serrage (3) est pressée en tant que premier moyen de fixation (3), laquelle s'appuie contre l'adaptateur (21) ; et
    e) la partie de serrage (3) peut être déplacée au moyen d'un organe de réglage (39), de préférence une vis (39), l'organe de réglage (39) étant supporté sur l'adaptateur (21).
  2. Cadre de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    a) à la suite de la surface de base (200) et de la courbure inférieure et supérieure (204) de la branche centrale (20), chaque adaptateur (21) possède tout d'abord une surface de base (210) ainsi que deux premières courbures (214) ayant chacune un évidement (215), un segment avant situé en avant (212) et un segment arrière situé en arrière (213) ;
    b) une deuxième courbure (216), orientée vers l'extérieur, part à angle droit à chaque fois de la surface de base (210), la courbure sont disposées en avant dans l'espace parallèlement au plan de la surface de base (200) ;
    c) le plus en avant, les deuxièmes courbures (216) se terminent avec une troisième courbure (218) ; et
    d) une griffe (217) recourbée à angle droit part en haut et en bas de la deuxième courbure (216), et s'étend parallèlement à la direction de la première courbure (214).
  3. Cadre de montage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
    a) les deuxièmes courbures (216) sont traversées au centre à chaque fois par une vis (39) avec un filetage extérieur (392) au niveau d'une tige (391) en tant qu'organe de réglage (39), qui repose dans un alésage à filetage interne (219) qui peut être prévu directement dans la deuxième courbure (216) ou qui se présente sous forme d'écrou, qui est fixé de préférence sur le côté arrière de la deuxième courbure (216) ;
    b) une pointe de la tige de vis (393) s'engage de manière fixée axialement mais librement rotative dans la partie de serrage (3) en principe cruciforme, laquelle présente des premières et deuxièmes griffes (31, 32) opposées par paires ; et
    c) dans la surface de base d'adaptateur (210) est prévue une fente (211) qui permet à l'une des deux premières griffes (31) de reposer avec engagement à travers elle.
  4. Cadre de montage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    a) vers l'extrémité libre, la tige de vis (391) est pourvue d'un épaulement (395) depuis lequel se poursuit la tige (391) en tant que tourillon sans filetage (393) ;
    b) le tourillon (393) traverse une rondelle (33) qui bute contre l'épaulement (395) et qui est insérée entre la partie de serrage (3) ; et
    c) à l'extrémité libre, le tourillon (393) présente un épaississement (394), par exemple réalisé sous forme de champignon, de sorte que la partie de serrage (3) soit disposée de manière fixée axialement sur la vis rotative (39).
  5. Cadre de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que dans l'état de la plaque d'armature (2) montée sur les montants verticaux (1) :
    a) à chaque fois le coin arrière (16), orienté vers l'intérieur, des deux montants verticaux (1) vient se placer dans les évidements (215) de la première courbure (214) située à chaque fois en haut et en bas au niveau des deux adaptateurs (21) ;
    b) les segments avant (212) pénètrent en principe par engagement par correspondance de formes dans la rainure respective (15) tandis que les segments arrière (213) font saillie vers l'arrière ;
    c) la troisième courbure (218) des deux adaptateurs (21) vient en prise dans une contre-dépouille avant (150) et la première griffe (31) tournée vers le montant vertical respectif (1) vient en prise dans une contre-dépouille arrière (150) de la rainure concernée (15) ;
    d) les flancs extérieurs des griffes d'adaptateur (217) s'appuient dans la rainure associée (15) ;
    e) une paire respective de deuxièmes griffes (32) vient se placer au niveau de chaque partie de serrage (3) en tant que contour de stabilisation supplémentaire entre la surface de base d'adaptateur (210) et le coin (16) saisi par l'arrière par la première griffe (31) ;
    f) la première griffe (31) tournée vers l'intérieur traverse la fente (211) dans la surface de base d'adaptateur (210) ;
    g) au fur et à mesure du vissage de la vis (39), la troisième courbure (218) et une des deux premières griffes (31) sont pressées plus fortement dans les deux contre-dépouilles (150) de la rainure (15) et en même temps l'autre première griffe (31) est placée plus fortement dans la fente (211) sur la surface d'adaptateur (210) ; et
    h) lors du desserrage de la vis (39), par entraînement de la partie de serrage (3), ses deux premières griffes (31) sont ressorties de leur siège, c'est-à-dire de la contre-dépouille arrière (150) et de la fente (211), jusqu'à ce que l'adaptateur respectif (21) puisse être enlevé du montant vertical adjacent (1).
  6. Cadre de montage selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les montants verticaux (1) sont disposés de manière amovible des montants transversaux (1') qui peuvent être fixés avec des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (4) en forme de joint d'angle (4) dans la rainure (15) du montant vertical respectivement adjacent (1), qui est tourné vers le montant transversal (1').
